I places all the items I wanted in my cart, and then I tried to pay. The card they had on file was declined, for no apparent reason, as there is plenty of room on it, and I use it all the time at WalMart. I entered another credit card number, and after verifying that I was not a robot, was put through an endless verification of marking all the squares with bicycles in them, at least 4 different screens, then mark the squares with cars in them X 3, then all the squares with traffic lights in them X3 3, then all the ones with buses in them! The pictures got grainier with each attempt, and then the whole thing locked up! WOW! And they expect you to go patiently through this procedure? Finally, I paid with PayPal. They say I will receive my order in 5 days?!?! Not holding out hope!

I strongly recommend you avoid ordering online from Walmart.com. If the item arrives damaged, or you decide you want to return it, you will not get a refund. They will tell you that you will be refunded by a certain date, but it will not happen.

On Friday, November 9th, I placed an online order for an electric toothbrush. For two days, the order status displayed "processing" followed by a complete order cancellation on Sunday around 10:30pm. Right when the order was canceled, I contacted Walmart customer service to get some answers. The representative told me that the order was canceled because it was placed on a device different from what was registered to the Walmart account... I was told to wait 30 minutes before placing the order again, but this time on the same device the account was created on.

I waited one whole hour and placed the order again Sunday night around 11:50pm. Come Monday night around 10:00pm, the order was still listed as "processing" so I decided to call customer service again to check on my order. The representative told me the order is good to go for shipping soon and everything was working fine.

Not to blow your mind or anything, but today, Tuesday, November 13th at around 1:00 pm, my order was canceled... I called Walmart customer service AGAIN to figure out what the hell was going on. I told the rep my order was canceled twice now and he told me the same, exact story I was told the last time my order was canceled. "Wait 30 minutes before placing your order again." I told the rep I was told the same thing the other day and he needed to do more research into the order. After being place on hold for a good length of time, he told me he would escalate the situation to the "manager" and to wait 24 HOURS to place the order again...

I am so disappointed and frustrated. This whole experience makes me not even want to shop at Walmart online or in store anymore.

What a waste

The potential for so much more. Quality is lacking. Although the dvd entertainment dept can have some good deals. And the automotive dept occaisionaly has sale items that are ok. Overall, i avoid this store!

Give It A Chance

I have never been a fan of Walmart to be perfectly honest. However, after bad experiences at Amazon I gave it a shot. The prices are better at Amazon, Walmart also takes Paypal so that's another PLUS, customer service and returns/exchanges are better and shipping is much faster. Amazon tries to squeeze $30 or more to expedite shipping and will make you wait for 3 weeks or more if you don't which in my opinion is blackmail. Walmart ships within 2 or 3 days. If whatever I am looking for is not available at Walmart I will go elsewhere however I rearely find that to be the case and I do all my online shopping with them now. Give it a shot it is not like the store and you may just find that it suits all your needs and then some.

I tried Walmart.com to buy the animal food. It's been an awful experience. The searches on their website is horrible. For Purina Bella dry dog food, I got: purina beneful, purina bella wet food & all other dog foods they sell. The customer service is not good. So how are you supposed to put through your order? Website & customer service in bad shape! I informed cs dept the changes needed for me to put thru another order.

Walmart.com thieves

I bought an Irobot on Walmart.com the cost was 778.00 and they sent it by Fedex, I have on video that Fedex never left the item, and call walmart and they told me that as fedex says that I can not give a refund of my money or send another replacement, they told me that I have to make a police report, what happens is that I do not have who stole the item was fedex I never gave it so I can not make a report, in short they are thieves and I'll post this everywhere, it's not fair that your money is stolen and you run out of protection..."

SORRY, SORRY SERVICE

I ORDERED A FAN ON LINE TWO WEEKS AGO AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT EMAIL SAYING IT IS IN PROCESS. I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. WALMART AS GOTTEN AWFUL LAZY IN PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU CAN'T FIND A CASHIER AT CERTAIN TIMES. YOU HAVE TO SCAN YOUR OWN GROCERIES, THEN BAG THEM AND WHEN THERE IS A CASHIER, YOU HAVE TO PUT THEM IN THE CART. YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE GROCERIES AND WORKING WITHOUT ANY PAY. ALSO THE ONLINE WAL-MART WILL LIE AND SAY THAT THEY HAVE A PRODUCT IN STOCK WHEN THEY DON'T. DISGRACE THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!

Grocery pickup

What can I say. I'm lazy. It was so easy to go online, order my groceries and pick them up at the time I choose. Nah, I'm not lazy but I love trying new sites for different things and I must say, Walmart shocked me. Great service, sometimes. Thanks.

I was ordering a product on line, and walmart was offering a promo, buy over $50 and receive $25 dollar credit on your order, by opening a credit card. Within 24hrs of your purchase. Do not fall for this, it is fraudulant. You will get dinged for a new credit card, and not get your $25.00 applied to your purchase or account. You will have to call the credit card co after you receive the card, and then they will then apply to a future purchase. Not what they state on theyre shopping website. I applied for the card to credit my purchase, got a credit slam and nothing for it. Just fishing for new card members with no bienfit.If you don't need this card, don't fall for it. I will be canceling this card and not be doing anything with Walmart credit cards or credit partners again. Just BS to draw people in.

Auto Dept review

I ordered 2 tires for my pickup Tuesday morning from the North St Joseph, MO WalMart. The on-duty manager gave me a full price (on his calculator) and told me it would take 2 days to get the tires. "Do not call or come in until we call you" he said. I wander in Saturday evening to check on whether they came in they had (on Thursday). No phone call and the bill is close to $20 more than what he said :( I know whoever works the desk is not overly taxed they couldn't get a call or text message out announcing the arrival of my new tires. I will think long and hard before I deal with them again.

-I purchased an item for my wife called a Cricut Easy Press 2 on Oct. 9,2018 and it was sold and shipped by Walmart. It was to arrive by Oct. 15th but it never was shipped and order online was still showing "Preparing Order". Talked to Customer Service and all they could do was cancel that order re-order another one which was ordered on Oct. 16th with due date of Oct. 19 (tomorrow). Checked their website on the 18th and it still shows "Preparing Order" plus when they re-ordered their price had risen about $30.00 since I originally ordered and they never bothered to tell me until I discovered the new, higher price last night when I was checking the order status. I called their CS Rep again only to get told that since the price adjustment to correct the new price to the old was over $25 they had no way of correcting it but they could cancel my order (What glorious customer service). I told them that I could order from Amazon for $3 less but the product would cause me a delay on delivery till next week so I chose to speak with a Supervisor and she couldn't help either (same adjustment limit on her too) so I asked for her Manager and finally she made the price adjustment to match it back to my original order that I never received. Hopefully my second order will arrive tomorrow but if I relied on their ordering system I would never see my order tomorrow either since currently it still shows "Preparing Order". I'll update if and when I receive my order but in the future I will find it more reliable to deal with Amazon for better price on most products, more reliable ordering and better tracking information...

I was staying in USA this summer and I had a chance to experience Walmart for the first time. I heard some bad feedback about it, but I've got to say this store is awesome! Such great selection of products and such great price! Shopping online is even better and actually even cheaper! They guarantee free shipping and 2 day shipping & update you if there's any delay. I've got all of my deliveries on time & I was fully satisfied with the whole shopping process and the result. Keep up the outstanding work!

I found out that a lot of Walmart's merchandise online is actually cheaper if ordered online & the free shipping is a plus. They guarantee 2 day shipping & will send you an email if there's any delay. For the most part, I get my deliveries either on time & sometimes earlier. If I go to our local Walmart, stuff I want sometimes isn't available but always available online. A win-win for everyone. I'm handicapped so shopping on their website is a blessing.

Great customer service

Tried to order three storage cubes online. The order wouldn't go through for some reason. Reached their 1800 number and they couldn't figure out the problem. They called two stores close to me found the items, had them sent to one store then somehow arranged to have them shipped to me from there as they were heavy and wouldn't fit in my tiny car and that is why I didn't go into the store in the first place. I was so surprised. I didn't think they talked with each other let alone coordinated efforts. Maria was absolutely amazing and had everything sort s out within 20 minutes!

Disappointed

Disappointed In Casper Wyoming at Westside Walmart I have always gotten my canned beans sprouts now I am told they do not carry them at all anymore and I would have to go 10 miles across town to get bean sprouts canned or fresh Sorry Walmart but that is a long ways to go for bean sprouts so you lose a customer I will now be going to Smith's or Albertson's

Absolutely Horrible!

I order something, then found something else to bring my order high enough for a free two day delivery. I never received the item I ordered. It's been 5 days so I called. I had to speak with 3 different people and the best they could say was they can reorder it and it will be here in 3 days. NOT THE 2 DAY DELIVERY THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 5 DAYS AGO.
