This is a super easy balance bike to assemble. The seat height is adjustable. As is the handlebar. The tires are firm, non-inflatable, and puncture-proof. This is a "pre-bike" without peddles to get young kids started with their balance to make it easier when they get a "real" bike.
I got scammed on Walmart.com and apparently there is no recourse. BUYER BEWARE. The specific company that scammed me was 911BOULDERRIDGE LLC. Bought a pool, never arrived, and it's showing as delivered. Fed Ex has no record of my address. Repeated attempts to contact company have been met with silence, Walmart.com intentionally makes it impossible, or nearly impossible, to dispute a purchase.
I purchase an air mattress and the air mattress would not stay inflated so therefore, it was defective. However, we had to go through a rigmarole to even find the equal value or more on the shelves. None of the product corresponded the prices on tthe shelf. To no avail, I asked for a store manager and each person acted as if they were the mangers. I ended up spesking to Dehona (Coach). I don't appreciate the way I was lied to regards who was the. Looking on my receipt, the manager is Guadalupe who they stated was off today Sunday 27,2021.

I'm not sure why I even bother looking at Walmart's website anymore. So many of the products are out of stock, unavailable or even more expensive than elsewhere. The worst are third party sellers. No background checks whatsoever. With the well known auction site, this is the next best gathering place for fraudsters and dishonest people of all kind. Since Walmart is not interested in fixing this issue like others online apps/websites have done, well, I guess these are the ones that will get my $.
I have had multiple problems tracking my large items I purchased. Like my $500 TV that I ordered. Never got any info from the site or from chatting or calling customer service they just told me to wait 24 hours. Like ok but what is waiting going to do? That won't track my TV idiot's! That won't tell me when my item will be at my front door. Hopefully it isn't stolen or lost by whoever they used to ship it to me. I am so mad. I will never buy anything from their website again.
Saw a product online in a store by our home for $20.88. Went to the store the same item rang up for $48.88. Spoke with Mgr, he informed me they don't price match and online prices are different. He had no authority to override the price. I informed him this wasn't a good customer experience. I went home and ordered the same item for curbside pickup. Walmart is a very low-end store and I expected better but had to remember who I was dealing with.
While eating a slice of Marketside supreme pizza a big dead roach fell out of it on to my plate! It made me run to the bathroom!
Only purchase at Walmart.com if you have no other choice but if you have a problem you will get nothing but empty promises of "escalations" and "call back within 48" hours than never happen. You call back at there is no update but they'll escalate for you! Ha! I'll never shop there again if I can help it. Horrible garbage company.
I have always had terrible customer service experiences with Walmart as a store. But since their online shop has been competing with Amazon, I decided to purchase a drone through Walmart.com instead of Amazon.
Huge mistake. 3 week endeavor to never receive my package because the 3rd-party seller shipped my package super slow and once it arrived in my town... someone on their end placed a return order. NOT COOL. VERY NOT COOL.
So then I had to call their customer service again, as I decided to get a refund instead of deal with this unprofessional company anymore. It's been over a week and 3 phone calls and Walmart still has my money and is telling me that a gift card cannot be refunded after purchase. Sooo... I can go and use the gift card to buy stuff and then return it and get a refund, but YOU CANT REFUND THE GIFT CARD DIRECTLY? This is asinine.

I am frustrated by the number of items on this site that won't ship to PO Boxes. I also hate that the site won't just tell you an item isn't PO box eligible, it tells you "please try your order again" or "sorry, item is out of stock", both of which I've learned mean, at checkout, that the vendor won't ship to PO boxes. Just say it people!
This is a review of the Blairsville, GA Wal-Mart. Store Number: 2257. Just an all around horrible Wal-Mart. The pharmacy is not exactly run by professionals. The cashiers are incredibly rude. No matter what time of the day you visit, there are lines backed up and there are never enough cashiers to assist. This Wal-Mart also doesn't keep a good stock of many items. Their produce is so awful I started buying produce at local produce markets rather than waste any more money on produce here which is likely to go bad so quickly you end up completely trashing produce you paid good money for. I needed to pick up a prescription for my mother recently, otherwise I never would have stepped foot into this place after the bad experiences I have had here in the past. I have been harassed by male employees at this Wal-Mart as well now, on multiple occasions, and had to be very watchful and defensive in order to not have the harassment escalate. A woman shouldn't feel as if she can't shop without having to guard her personal space to the point where it's just ridiculous, and have to be so defensive in order to keep from being harassed by the male employees who work here. Though it's been this way for years. Recently, a friend of mine told me how rude some of the pharmacy employees are, and how badly they've treated her as well. If you ask the locals about this Wal-Mart, you'll find out pretty soon what kind of reputation they have, and it's bad. Even the employees complain about working here and don't like working here, and it shows. I will not be back and I definitely do not recommend this Wal-Mart. Especially if you're a woman hoping to shop in peace and who is hoping to be treated with some basic decency, look elsewhere, because this store is not respectful toward women. The turn over rate here is very high and the management here has been been very bad for years so that probably has a lot to do with that and the generally poor way that the customers are treated here. I have also had similar experiences at another local Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart just generally has a bad reputation for a reason. Their stores and customer service have gone downhill for many years now.
To say my online experience with Walmart was terrible is an understatement! The same order cancelled five times and my order delayed three times. I spoke with Walmart customer service about five times. After all that, I received four calls (voicemails) and an email from the Walmart fraud dept saying my order would be cancelled if I did not get back to them in a timely manner. I have had a Walmart account for well over five years and in-store experiences have generally been good. However, I recently place an online order; after the order was processed, it was immediately cancelled due to 'insufficient funds' (which was not true). I promptly called Capital One who services the Walmart credit card and was told my card was fine and it was Walmart that cancelled the order. I then called Walmart who told me the order was cancelled due to suspicion of fraud. The Walmart rep assured me it would be OK to place the order again and they told me precisely how the order needed to be made. I plan to payoff my Walmart credit card balance and close the account.
So every time l go into Walmart they have moved things around for no other reason than to put the most bought items at the back of the store so you may impulse buy something else on your way there!
Also this mass self check out & being constantly monitored by cameras is just the last staw!

I ordered 75" TV, they gave me damaged TV, and when I tried to return, customer service kept lying to me about scheduling returns. They all act so sweet, and lie in the most possible way, even though their lies are so obvious, they will try to convince you that they are saying the truth. Worst customer service online. Do not trust Walmart.com with big purchases! They should changed their site to Walmart.CON because they are the worst liars with customer service!
I purchased a vanity desk that I never received. Every time I called Wal-Mart.com, It took over 30 minutes to get a hold of anyone. And when I did, there was a language barrier with the agent. I was promised 2 times for a refund and even given a reference number. I even spoke to a manager once and nothing but empty promises. They asked me to contact the third party and had me doing the leg work the whole time. Then finally, they told me my return time was expired. After having me do everything, they still denied me of a refund. They kept putting the blame on everyone else. I've never in my life dealt with a company so unprofessional. I felt like they stole from me. I paid for the item and never got it. It is their responsibility to replace or refund me. Just so upsetting!
Store employee who is delivering my order leaves my item unattended in PUBLIC. They SHOW NO CARE whatsoever. Either they are blind or stupidly incompetent to make sure the customers' items are in a safe location. Anyone picking up my item out there without question is a thief as this store employee does not give a crap. Ended up getting a refund. NEVER buying from Walmart.com.
Buyer Beware! Walmart.com lists the same products at different prices on their website. On will be super low then add a high delivery fee, the other will be higher with free delivery.
When you order more of the lower priced item to qualify for free delivery, when buying it will say "only in store pick-up." Then they will not fill the order at the lower price and give you some lame excuse like out of stock, etc... when questioned their help center said "we reserve the right to change an order at any time". Sounds like BBB needs to look into this Bait & Switch tactic.
