I ordered a Barbie Jeep for my niece and received notice and a photo from Walmart it was delivered. The picture showed it was dropped off at front door of an apartment and literally not packaged. Just in the Barbie jeep box. Could have been easily stolen. POOR!
This is a thrift store. I bought a TCL TV 50" and it stopped working after two months. I approached to this location (niles, IL) and asked them why my TV turned black and what my choice was to return it... they said: "you may buy a new one and to throw the other one away"... it was amazing to hear how they implicitly recognized that what they sold was garbage. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me the same thing (May 22,/2021@ 3pm) They do not care about what you have to say or to keep you as a costumer.
They recognized that whatever you buy, you eventually will end up throwing them away after few either weeks or months...! That is a thrift store. They are not going to take any responsibility for any garbage they sell; however, you are most welcome to continue buying in their thrift store. You never should buy any electrical appliance, cells, or expensive products. They do not guarantee any products more than one month because they know that those things are wasting money... it is a joke when they say that they will cover the first months... that is their game because they know that whatever they have do not last too much time. They do not bother to ask their providers about quality of their products since they are not made in US. Stay away from those thrift stores. If you are a young professional, it is better to spend a little bit more but you will get good asleep. ABT, Best Buy or amazon are a good alternative for electronic equipments, appliance or furniture.
Do not order online either because you never know what they will send to you. I order two mattress and this is what i got (look at the pictures)
I paid 50 dollars for the handy service to assemble a bike purchased from Walmart. After 2 weeks and 4 cancelations from them, I gave up. I paid $#*!s sporting goods 42 dollars to assemble the bike. I got my 50 dollars back a few days later from the company. But, they also promised me a 50 dollar gift card for wal mart for the inconvenience and wasting my time. Now we are a month later and still no gift card. I have contacted them through email several times and every email says it will be here in 3-5 days. Then they said my email was blocking their email, as they are messaging me though email... do they think I'm stupid? So I gave them my private email and they said they issued it to that email, but, guess what... NO gift cards. They are scammers. Be aware. And I need to add, I I ask for the gift card, they OFFERED IT.
During the lock down a Walmart flyer was delivered to my house. I happened to be shopping for a BBQ and they had a cuisinart line that I got interested in. I decided to purchase one but online I couldn't add it to my cart. I called the local store and they confirmed that they had 6 in stock but I had to call the online number to inquire as to why there was no add to cart under the product I wanted. I called and was told they were out of stock. I explained that I called the local store and they had 6 in stock. I was told that didn't matter as it was out of stock online. After a frustrating time trying to get an intelligent response as to why I couldn't do curb side pickup at the local store I gave up. I rarely shop at Walmart and after trying to give them 500 dollars for a BBQ that is in stock at my local store... I'm done with Walmart for good. Bought a BBQ from a smaller local propane store.
I ordered over $500 worth of groceries and 2 plants last night to be picked up today between 9 and 10 am. Out of all of that, there was only 3 problems. I order 2 BUNCHES of bananas and literally got 2 individual bananas. I ordered a cocktail shrimp ring that was supposed to have sauce included. The sauce is not included. (I ate one of the shrimp before taking a photo.) Also ordered were 2 organic Italian flat parsley live plants. They look like they've seen better days. I contacted supportand was refunded for the bananas.
I never got the refund cause I waited too long to contact them about the email that said I would get the refund.
I am still waiting on the refund on the item that I cancelled last month. Horrible customer service.
Spent 3 months trying to return an item purchased on walmart.com which was not what I put in my cart and not what I ordered. I attempted to return in store and was not allowed to do the return there. Their online system does not work. I was told I had to log into an account that doesn't exist in order to return the item and get a refund. Called and tried to chat with multiple representatives/supervisor and just got the run around. Didn't even know that I was not purchasing from Walmart but rather a third party vendor. Third party vendor was willing to accept the return and issue a refund and Walmart made it impossible and would not allow it. Approximately one month ago I was told by phone that a refund was being issued by Sharmaine and I never received it. At the end of the day, after trying to resolve this for 3 months I was told by representative Patrick and supervisor Max that it is now outside of their return policy time period and they couldn't do anything for me. After Walmart made it impossible to facilitate the return it is now outside of the return time frame.
The worst online shopping experience I have every experienced. Walmart is trying to be amazon and broker sales from third party vendors. Walmart does not stand by their service. Their dealings are highly unethical. Their website and systems do not work properly. Customer service is unreliable and a waste of time as they will not resolve anything with customer service as their priority in mind. It is evident that Walmart.com priority is sales and not servicing and treating customer fairly and ethically. I would highly recommend NOT shopping at walmart.com or at walmart as no matter how large the savings might be you will loose and it isn't worth it.
You can get almost anything like clothes and foodstuffs it's people friendly and protected by the security and police
I think I've been scammed. I order a $1288 gazebo, the tracking never showed up, I called 4 times after the supposed delivery date. At first they didn't know where it was and now they say it has been delivered (it has not) and I have to do a police report online, but when I ask where and how to do police report they gave me wrong information. I feel like I've been scammed and this is $1288! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM WALMART ONLINE!
After 2 missed delivery dates this product finally arrived on a non-scheduled day DAMAGED! I didn't even sign for it and they just left it. No signature that is supposedly required, hence why I took off two days to be there for the delivery. The box noticeably had been opened and returned before. The metal frame is twisted and when put together the back end is two inches from touching the ground and the wicker is unraveling around the front of the frame. Very noticeable. When I try to call Walmart to get this resolved they just keep giving me the run around and tell me that someone from corporate will get ahold of me. Four days later no one has yet to contact me back. I have emailed, called, and done there live chat, which is a joke, and still no resolution. Pilot their outsourced delivery service and Walmart distribution do not communicate with each other at all and each one bad mouths each other instead of just problem solving. This set was once again scheduled for pickup yesterday and is still here. Once again no call, no email, no follow-up. I will never shop at Walmart again. They only care about making $ and don't care about the customer at all. I have missed 3 days of work so far from all the missed delivery/pickup days just because Walmart can't figure out their logistics and would rather waste economic resources instead of making things right with their customers. Not only is this horrible customer service but it's also not environmental friendly with them shipping out damaged products and having to pick them back up. Where's the logic in that? Very disappointed in this corporation! This is my very last purchase with Walmart. I'll pay a few bucks more to more sophisticated companies who treat their customers right and have their logistics and customer service in order. It's a shame Walmart can't figure this out after so many years in businesses. They oblivious need to start by hiring people who actually know what they are doing. Quit outsourcing all your work to companies who don't care about your company. Customer service is rude, the lady lied to me on the phone saying she was a manager but when I got the review via email it showed she was just a customer service rep. I'm really not surprised that Walmart hires such dishonest people. Especially after this experience. Buyer beware if you get this item or any item damaged they will not help you out! It's all on you! I would not order from them, go someone else and pay a few bucks to a company who actual cares about their customers!

We are trying to use other online services than Amazon to spread out purchases. We ordered a new sewing machine. It was in stock at the time of the order. A third party (evidently seller) emailed us to tell us it was out of stock a few days later and would not be available. We were then charged for the purchase. No one to call and a bit of a path to go through to get a refund. Ten business days also for the refund which we are still waiting for. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Wallmart.com to anyone. If you don't know it's out of stock and it is not clear that it's a third party seller and not Wallmart, it's too big of a pain. Our money will be tied up roughly 20 days total. Also not good. I gave them one star because after all the hoops, it at least looks like we will get a refund.
Dont know what's going on at Silvis Walmart but I'm tired of waiting in line at the 20 items or less because they refuse to hire enough employees to man the registers. Most of the customers here would rather use a person to checkout. Quit trying to force us into using self-checkout hire more employees, or lower the cost for purchase at the self-checkout.
I recently purchased four dresses from a seller on walmart.com. I ordered them two sizes bigger and yet when I got them they were too small. I've contacted the seller on multiple occasions and have yet to even get a return address let alone any money. NEVER BUY DRESSES FROM PRETTY GIRL ON WALMART.COM.

My wife ordered a lat pulldown machine for my birthday. They completely sent the wrong parts. I have tried to get help 4 times to no avail. Yesterday I called the Broomfield Store and no one answered. Is this a crooked organization that sends me a bad order and keeps my money or is it one that is totally incompetent?

April 11 2021 I ordered tires online for my 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 convertible: the recommended size is 205/55R16 (look it up, don't take my word for it).
On April 19 I went to the Wal-Mart store in Lawrence IN, ******* Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN *******
The Lawrence auto center technicians claimed they couldn't get the wheel off (isn't that their JOB? Smells like maybe an extra $20 or so under the table would get them right off?)
Then they claimed the tires I bought were the "wrong size" (to be candid, the tires on the car, 195/65R16, are not the recommended size; but perhaps for another $20+ under the table they could install the "wrong size" tires?)
In fact, the tires I ordered are exactly the right size.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, I used my lug wrench to manually loosen, then tighten all four wheels. The lugs were NOT excessively tight.
The whole crooked crew should be fired.
Perhaps the manager in charge of the auto care center should be fired as well, for allowing this kind of abuse to happen.
I bought a $ 100 dollar pond skimmer and when I went in to pick it up they had shipped a can of paint. When I asked what's up they said 3rd party. I said you took my money now you are giving me the wrong item. They just kept repeating 3rd party in poor english. I called the customer service line and they said we will refund you. I said I want the product that I ordered and they said that is not a option. I will never set foot in a Walmart again or order any thing online again because they are a bunch of idiots that don't know one product from another. Total waste of time.
After 20 years in Independence Kansas Walmart store still has the same issue! Common items the majority of the time are out of stock! I have called corporate many times about this issue and still the problem continues!
