I keep trying to order through there online store. I says the order has been processed then I get an email saying it is cancelled. This happens every time. Why have an online store if you don't intend on filling any orders.
This is a long story: I signed up for Walmart delivery service in March. Selected free 2 week trial and opted for annual service for 98.00. Seemed like a good deal since our local Walmart has become filthy, boxes all over the aisles & shelves are never stocked. My first delivery was great, they gave you ample time to review substitutions. 2nd delivery ok, out of some things, but overall ok.
In the meantime, Walmart charged my bank account for annual fee on March 24. Ok, no problem. One week later, I get a notice that a charge of 98.00 is being charged to my credit card; is this authorized? I selected no, and my card was suspended for possible fraud. I checked my bank account and found another 98.00 about to come through. I immediately called, a rep, who said he would pass along to billing (I called on a Sunday). I checked Monday to see if progress was made on the refund, and my account wasn't noted. The 2nd rep said they will have to send fax to my bank authorizing reversal. I was on the line with Walmart and my bank to arrange the fax. I was told it was done. When I checked 2 days later, no refund. I called the bank, who informed me that Walmart failed to cancel on their end and it went through. Nothing bank can do. I called Walmart again. Rep # 3 said he will issue a refund on my account; will see in 3-5 business days. He sent an email confirming the refund with a link to my case #. I waited 1 week; no refund and called again. Rep # 4 said refund was never noted on my account (I found the link the 3rd one sent takes me an error page). Now, I'm upset. The 4th rep did put it through. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 10 min & I hung up. From start to finish, I received the refund after 2 weeks.
Now back to the deliveries. For the 3rd order, they had only a few items I ordered, but when I got what they had in stock, they charged for items I did not receive. Another call to Walmart and they did refund within 24 hours. I just received my 4th order. Out of the 8 items I originally ordered, I only received 3 and the once again charged me for something I did not get. Just spent 15 min. On hold to get a refund issued. This service is more headaches than it's worth. Drivers are great, though!
Ordered mower. A week after expected to receive. No mower. Put in a rush. It got canceled. Ordered again. Never received. After 5 calls to customer care and completely getting fed up. They finally took the time to get my order on a truck and get it to me. Poor poor service. Thankyou though to all the people involved with the 5th phone call. You guys addressed the problem and didn't walk away till it was put on a truck. Other wise it wouldn't be here on my porch today if it had been left in the sole hands of the workers.
I have reviewed this place before, it was a much better review than this one. Talk about a rip off. The delivery guy this time brought some stuff between 9-10am and then I noticed quite a few things were missing. As I'm putting things away about an hour or so later, he knocks at my door and brings some more stuff but again, short on a few items. To make sure, I went on my computer and tools look at the order. $25 worth the products I'd already paid for were missing but accounted for on the receipt. They charged me for those items. So then I started looking at the receipt more and noticed they pulled all of the money from my primary bank card! I was shocked and angry because it was supposed to be taken from my ebt/food stamps account. I have been out of work since the pandemic and living meagerly. I'm behind on bills, rent, and my family is currently below the poverty line. When I called Walmart they knew about the $25 and fixed it right away. It's strange they knew but waited until I called to fix it. Then when I asked them to fix it and put the bill on my ebt card they said they wouldn't do it. When I ordered the order I used EBT and it went worked on their screen and everything, but since the transaction was complete they won't fix it. I have an over due notice on my gas bill and I cannot pay that now. I just hope they don't shut it off because I don't think they are a part of the utilities that are being helpful during the pandemic. If I end up with cold showers and no heater because of this, I'll post another review, but needless to say, Walmart lost my business for good today. You don't take the last money out of a struggling families account To pay a bill that supposed to be taken care of from food stamps, they had my number they could have corrected the situation by calling it, there was more than enough food stamp money in my EBT to cover it. Bad company.
How is it possible for me a ** woman to carry ( *) ** lbs bags of dog food from the middle of my yard the delivery guy straight up lied he wrot e delivered to front porch when in fact he left it it was in the middle of my drive way I had to struggle carrying it and my husband dare not he just had spina surgery. This one guy wears sunglasses all day long even when there is no sun cauasain mid thirtys and for ever dragginf items all over my plants boxes are pretty much torn when he arrives or from him just dragging them man then where is yur dolly. And the times that he does leave the on the porch he places them right at the door where i cant even get put

The are still only open 6am until 11pm not 24 hours plus they are not fully stocked up like before limited amount of clothes shoes. Vitamin section very limited it's like they're planning on shutting down as soon they get the word to all customers please be aware something is going on
On 4/13/2021@ 10:30 AM I was in line ready to check out when I noticed the cashier was wearing a Black Lives Matter mask. I believe this is the wrong place to wear such racial dividing apparel in a place that should be family orientated. Just may have to take my business elsewhere. This was at the Clio Michigan store located@ ******* N Linden Rd. *******. My money spends just as good at Meijers. Seen this@ a fast food restaurant once and never went back. Thanks for your time!
Walmart is passing off well made clothing online that is so poorly made that I will ultimately end up throwing in the trash. They are obviously coming from an outside source that has absolutely no quality control. Clothing is made of the cheapest material and looks nothing like what's advertised online. Clearly Walmart care's nothing about their customers and any kind of quality control of their merchandise. I will not shop Walmart online ever again.
For how often I use the website I've only had one issue with a product not getting to me And it wasn't Walmart themselves It was a 3rd party provider Luckily Walmart refunded my Money back
I think Walmart gets a bad rap from some people. They have everything. They're friendly at my local store. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. I shop there.:-)
Most recent grocery order for food had 2 lbs of graound beef that were EXPIRED! Prior order 1 gallon of milk expiration next day. Twenty minute wait at pickup a recent order AND for another there were about 60 items in our past purchases list that were unavailable! Walmart has lost a customer and todays Publix order was perect, ready early, andpicked up immediately. We will gladly pay for prompt service and UNEXPERIED FOOD PRODUCTS. TIME TO HAVE A STATE AUDIT FOR PRICING AND EXPIRED MEAT AND DAIRY PRODUCTS!
Walmart will not support customers with their online purchases when they encounter bad sellers who don't support their products. Amazon and eBay will support the customer when they encounter a bad seller, Walmart does not and most of their online presence is third-party sellers. I made an unfortunate purchase from Walmart.com and the item broke in less than 30 days. When I tried to return it Walmart said I had to go through the seller. I reached out to the seller (Bingo) several times and it took them 3 weeks of being pestered before they responded. The seller's response was that it was past 30 days and they had no responsibility to correct the situation. It was only past 30 days because they delayed in responding in a timely manner. Walmart did nothing to help correct the situation.
Ordered a baby item online and it said it was going to be there 4 days after I ordered it with the pay for shipping, the item was delayed 3 days and still isn't here. Not the happiest about this.
March 8th ordered groceries for an elderly disabled person in my home. Spent 148.77 for a delivery to be delivered to the home the order never made it to the destination. The driver posted a picture of a location that was not in the same neighborhood of where the order was supposedly dropped off at. Called the customer service number didn't get any answers besides that they will put the money back into the account from which it was taken out of. The money never made it to the account. The things that were paid for in this particular order was very important for the person to receive. This person cannot walk around in the store to pick up heavy things such as gallons of water and things that are heavy so this is the whole reason why she needs home delivery service for food and accessories. Give it the benefit of the doubt, called back and placed another order with a different method of paying, same thing happen for $84. Called and spoke to customer service again a picture was taken of the drop off this time the picture was covered up by the driver who supposedly had dropped off the order at this address. Again, no order was dropped off at this address and the money was already taken out of the account. Especially tips. Headquarters did not want to replace the money for this order so they instead decided to regather the order and send a new driver to drop off the order. When the driver delivered it was 2 hours later than their original time it was supposed to been dropped off, and there are things missing and things added that the customer did not purchase. There was no empathy from the people at the store when I call to talk about the situation. And no empathy over the phone it was no professionalism at all from management.
I am so tempted to call the news and report this incident to the news and possibly get a lawyer for money being taken from the disabled.
You would think with the billions of dollars that Walmart makes a year that they would be better at making sure their customers are taken care of especially the ones that are elderly and disabled. Thank you for reading this site driver I hope that you can help assist and will be turning this over to the Better Business Bureau.

Walmart. Com. My first experience with Walmart. Com has been an unpleasant one. The customer service told me and sent e mails claiming I canceled my order which in fact I did not. Then after I contacted the seller they said they didn't say I canceled. So then I contacted both the seller and Walmart to find out about my money being refunded and the Walmart agent told me my money wasn't taken. Well my statement clearly showed the money being taken and basically I was given the run around. My money was refunded two days later but I still felt misled. I'm going to shy away from Walmart because for one they had the means to honor the purchase because they sell and ship the same exact tire but because it was bought from a third party seller through them they didn't make the seller honor the purchase nor would they themselves.
I placed a large order with free next day delivery. Two items were canceled by Walmart despite being in stock and available on the website. Now if I want to reorder those items I have to pay shipping. I chatted with two reps who refused to help me. That six bucks is more important to Walmart than a long time customer. I just want what I ordered, is that asking too much?
I recently made a purchase on line from Walmart thinking it was safe, it is not. The next day I received a call from my credit card company at 3:30am asking if I was making a $137.00 purchase at Walmart. I stated no and canceled the purchase attempt. The main issue is that someone who is directly involved with Walmart took my information and attempted to make purchases in the early morning hours not knowing I had a fraud alert on the card. The problem is that I was woken up, had to make calls and then disrupted the rest of my night, not to mention the cancelation of our credit card also. I made several attempts today to request Walmart investigate the attempt theft which would clearly be identifiable by whom purged records from my transaction to no avail. I got the standard run around cut and paste letter. I would think Walmart would have a true concern of who they employed, there actions has tainted my desire to make any further purchases from Walmart on line.
Unless you want to use Scan and Go, I recommend you skip grocery shopping at Walmart. Today, in the only checkout line, thee were seven loaded carts ahead of me. Finally, one of the customers went to find someone to open another line. It seems that maybe it should be the manager's job to get checkers. At any rate, Walmart is clearly trying to force people to use Scan and Go. If you want good service, you probably should go to another store.
Being the houest person I am. I was shopping at Wal Mart in Upland, Calif. I saw a receipt book sitting on a shelf on an isle in Wal Mart. It contained one Calif. Drivers license 2000. 00 dollars in cash, trying to do the right thing, I turned it in to the manager, 10 days later I went back to see if they contacted the owner, the mang. Told me NO, they just deposited the money I n Wal marts bank account, she told me not to think I'm in tiled to any finder's fee, which I never asked for, she ask me to leave the or I'd be arrested, so never do the right thing when dealing with Wal Mart, cause they WONT..
Tried for the first time. Sold a a $10 gift card for $8.37 got my money next morning a little after 8. I highly recommend
