I don't work for Walmart and I don't get a discount for checking myself out so hire more workers.
They recently remodeled and added several self checkouts with 1/2 being cash only registers, leaving only two service registers and no 10 or 15 or less quick checkouts. The self checkout leads to long lines with customers with a handful of items stuck behind customers with loaded baskets. We are a lake community with high weekend volume and several elderly customers. In addition there are only bags available that fit one or two items and NO PLACE to place your scanned item. In short, created on BIG CLUSTER!
Word of advice to people who gets vaccinated and recieve the gift card of $100. Do not under any circumstances shop online with Walmart. You place an order and they take the money off your card without out your order being confirmed and then they cancel the order stating they fraud division red flagged your card. Now you have to wait 5 business days to get your money back on your debit card. The only fraud is walmart for raking money off your card without the order being confirmed. I used the same debit card at Amazon.com and the order went straight through with no problem. Shame on Walmart.com. They are the frauds.
I ordered a laser printer from Walmart. First it was canceled as the Walmart policy is " delivery would not be allowed if it would take a week longer than it should". I reordered it. It never came on the promised date. I contacted tracking and was told to wait several days. I did and when I contacted again I was informed the item was lost in shipping ---which they never notified me happened. I reordered and was given a further run around. While waiting to hear more, I ordered from Best Buy and now I'm confident I'll receive Item next week. A very frustrating experience!
This app is a complete joke. I'd give it negative stars if I could. I tried it last month, every time the order got screwed up somehow, usually only partial orders received. Today, I placed a $125 grocery order for delivery, selected the $10 express delivery service and was charged 135, which was taken off my card immediately. When I went in the app to track my order, NO RECORD OF THE TRANSACTION exists, even though I received the confirmation e-Mail. Now I have to wait up to 5 days for my money to be returned. This is absolutely unacceptable. Use this app at your own risk, it's completely unreliable.
I showed up at 6:00 to pick up my grocery order, I had placed the day before. They were behind on bringing the orders out, at the Brananfeild Walmart location, we waited then were informed, that the people who were bringing the orders out shift was over so they went home.so about an hour later people who had no experience doing the job started trying to bring them out. So slightly over 3 hours after we arrived, they brought out order out. Walmarts position on this is that since I signed the terms of agreement, I have no recourse and should be happy with an im "sorry "and a $10.00 promo code. I have asked for a more reasonable amount of credit, and have been told sorry, but neither me nor a supervisor nor a manager will be giving me anything more than the $10 promo code as aperantly the terms of service allow them to do anything without recourse I guess. The order was over $400.00 and the order number is in the proof of purchase section.
The last few months the store in Portland Texas has gotten worse each visit. The last time I shopped I had to go back to the parking lot and get my own cart. Not only is there never and employees to help with anything I always have to check myself out too. I cannot use cash or get Cashback on my purchases even though I am a temporary free employee while I'm checking out. This store as a whole is going down hill. I will begin shopping at HEB due to the better service and customer satisfaction.
So like a few days ago I ordered something on Amazon one of the things I wanted was too high demand so I had to get something else another thing that I wanted was to high demand after I bought it and did not get my money back they also clickbaited me on one of the things that I bought by showing that there were multiple in the package of what I was going to get and I only got one and overall my time ordering and all the time that I have to spend waiting just to get disappointments has been terrible I am never ordering from walmart.com again I'm going to stick to Amazon,
Walmart is the private owner of Ozark Trails. They manufacture canopy tents. I purchased one and it rained and the frame bent. Walmart did not want to accept responsibility for their poorly built product that was manufactured in China.
They offered me a $25 gift card on a product that I spent close to $100 for. My advice to all consumers is to go shop at Target. They stand behind their products and are definitely more consumer friendly.
After buying an inversion table yall left out the pieces to do it and ive come to find out yall even lsft more peices out. Ive been dealing with back pain since i was 13 and yall just keep making me wait after paying yall 120$
If you must use walmart.com (I closed my account after this fiasco) here's what you better remember:
1. Check out the 3rd party who is going to fulfill the order. Turns out mine had a 1 star rating!
2. For anything of material value (you decide that number) make sure you specify "Signature Required". Not requiring a signature for your delivery is opening the door for the bad guys. Lots of "Free Shipping" by 3rd parties (who determined the shipping details) does NOT include Signature Required.
3. If you get notified that your product was Delivered, and you can't find it (neighbors, under the bushes, etc.), you should: contest the charge on your credit card; thru Walmart.com, initiate an inquiry to the 3rd party provider; contact Walmart Customer Service at *******278 (they don't have this number on their own website - absurd) after you wait the required 2 full days (also absurd).
PS - also installed a Ring doorbell! Lost horse, barn door, and all that.
PPS - My credit card company declined my Walmart.com order 3 times! I have great credit. When I called to ask why, they authorized the transaction and kind of quietly also commented: 'We have a lot of trouble with them.'
THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY ORDERED ONLINE FROM. ALL 4 OF MY ORDERS HAD A PROBLEM AND I GOT NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE I TALKED TO AT THE COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING FROM A HUGE COMPANY WHEN ORDERING ON WALMART.COM NOT CRAIGSLIST... WHAT A JOKE!

I'd like to know why your aren't refunding my wife's money when she canceled an order before ever receiving it?
You continue to run her in circles every time she contacts you... promising a refund last week that never came.
I will be posting on every social media site that is available to me. It is now my duty to let everyone know that you are not a company that looks out for the best interest of their customers.
Had the tires replaced on the Wife's car this morning and did make it a point to get there early as did not want to hang around all morn. The store was called yesterday afternoon and brand, size and price was determined.
The charge sheet invoice cost (including labor) was almost double the price of the tires alone! I made the mistake of not establishing exact price with service writer at the time of purchase/install. There were charges of $10.00 each for balancing the new tire(s) which were removed from vehicle as part of the replacement process. That's $40.00. Then another $12.00 + $56.00 charge for servicing the TPMS system (which is a device mounted on each wheel to notify driver (light in instrument panel) if tire pressure falls below certain value.) The light was on when taken to Walmart, and it was still on when I drove out. There are several possibilities here. 1.- new tires not inflated properly. 2-no work performed but charges made. I strongly suspect it to be the latter. That's another $68.00.
As 3 of the takeoff tires were still usable, asked service writer to save old tires as they are used for many things around the farm. Sure "nuff" they were all piled on top of the spare which had not been placed in the doughnut area designed.
There is an old saying- get me once, shame on you. Get me twice, shame on me. I think I will get torque wrench out and see if "80Ft-LB" stated values are accurate.
Whoops- Wife has already flown the coop in 'newly tired' vehicle and will have to check torque later. It has been my experience that tire shops will over-tighten with an impact wrench which will then require long tire wrench with a cheater bar to loosen. Been there, done that.
Scanned a reciept from walmart today and several credits were not given to me 2 being cream of wheat and i previously scanned with 2 cinnamon toast dist and was not rewarded please review my 2 large receipts and properly ccredit me as i use inbox daily and its beginning to feel useless
I called and scheduled 4 new tires to be put on my car, and was assured that they had the 4 specific tires I needed and that they would also set them aside for me, to ensure I would get them. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, I was told they now did not have the tires I needed. Classic 'Bait and Switch" tactic. Extremely disappointed by this experience.
People at customer service flat out lied to me and got pissed when I called them out on it. Between having to check yourself out and this today 07/01/21 I'm done with Walmart
I was in Walmart with my family and they made a radio announcement that they support pride month. Why does my family need to know Walmart's opinion on homosexuality? We don't. I also won't need Walmart's opinion in bestiality, rape, incest, child molestation, adultery, or anything else. Walmart can believe however it wants on these issues. But why can't I just shop there without Walmart telling my children they are good with men having sex with men or women having sex with women? This is not relevant to our shopping experience, but it does diminish the experience and makes me want to shop elsewhere.
Walmart online placed a hold on my account for 5 days for an item the cancelled on me because it was out of stock! My pickup time was after 11am on 6/27/21, I'm on my way to the store when I got a text saying they were sorry but the item wasn't in stock and so it was cancelled. I called to find out why they continued to have a hold on my account and they stated it was there policy. It prevented me from getting the item that I really needed because of this hold. I call it fraud, stealing and false advertising. If I was the one who did this, I would be in jail..
This is the worst place I've ever dealt with! Bought four tires and they put them on and the guys were going all over my car witch I didn't like! Then one of them took it out to check how the tires were and when he pulled out of the garage he smoked the tires on my car! There was no call for that! I don't do that myself! I complained about this but nothing was done! Then I ordered a lawnmower on line and when I received it it was all plastic! Guess you know I took it back! Peace of Junk! I would not recommend this place to anyone else!
This is a follow up to my previeous review. I was charged twice for groceries. The second charge was applied the day after picking up groceries. It has now been 10 days and have spoken to corporate 3 times and still havent recieved my money back.
