It's funny how you can order something on walmart.com and if it's in the store you get it really quick. You order groceries to be delivered and you can't get any service. That doesn't make sense. If you can deliver orders from walmart.com so fast, why can't you on grocery orders. Walmart is pathetic!
Don't count on getting food delivery from Walmart. We have and paid for the service. I understand if there is a problem delivering the food, but to lie that a driver has it, and it's on the way! The first time they didn't show, they offered 15 dollars off my next food order. They encouraged me to do the next day. The same thing. Supposedly my food was with a driver over 5 hours. When I asked for a supervisor, they called my husband's phone. They offered 5 dollars off the second time. I am expecting Amazon fresh today. All Walmart needed to do is be honest.
Everything Amazon does right, Walmart.com does wrong. The last three orders I have made have been messed up. Ordered one product and received a similar, but different, product with a value equal to about 50% of the originally ordered item (but was charged the full price of the original order). Another order was lost "between [Walmart's] facility and the shipper". When that happens, good luck. When you try to track the order, all you get is "Your order has been delayed. Try again later." That'll go on for weeks unless you cancel the order, which is, in itself, a chore on Walmart.com. Most of us are used to the quick and efficient ordering and shipping process that Amazon Prime provides (not perfectly, of course, but pretty consistently) so Walmart's inability to process a simple order on a regular basis really stands out. Personally, I only use Walmart.com as a last resort when I cannot find a particular product on another, more reliable, site. It is simply not worth the hassle, even in those rare instances when I may have to pay a little more to avoid having to deal with Walmart.com.
Purchased a 3 wheel adult tricycle for our son who has a disability which he could not use because of his disability! So we purchased this at Walmart.com, we went to the store to return and was told that this wasn't actually purchased from Walmart and that we couldn't return. I had taken the tricycle in with the box and the return person Jennifer was so rude and when I asked for a manager stomped her feet as she walked to get Misti. Misti said there was nothing she could do and so I asked for help to load it and she said we are so short staffed noone could help. Only there was No customers and 4 employees, but they didn't want to help. I leave the store and call Scott the store manager, who I still haven't heard back from. Now I call and speak with walmart.com Rika is the girl and she says they can't do anything to help and we get disconnected. I call back and ask for a supervisor am on hold with a guy who I can't understand his name and he says a supervisor will call me back, I ask for the supervisors name and he says can't give it out. Now I call corporate and speak to Elizabeth only she says that this is a different system and that the President Doug McMillan might review the call and get back with me, she couldn't help except get a supervisor from Walmart.com which I guess is different then Walmart. Bottom line Don't order from Walmart online.
I am very happy that inbox dollars does pay off, recently used $15 dollar gift card at Walmart toward purchase. Very positive experience.
I ordered a cat carrier from Walmart online and they did not even send it to the correct address. Someone else got my package I paid for! It is sheer incompetence when a business makes an error like this, buyer beware when ordering! If you get the run around call the Better Business Bureau and report them for FRAUD!
I have had an enormous, time-consuming hassle with walmart for the past 3 days trying to return a pair of shoes that I received that day, tried on, found that they didn't fit right, and wanted to return immediately.
It says on the walmart website that returns are by usps and fedex. I clicked on the 'return by mail', expecting to receive a usps return label because fedex is not 'mail'. I received a fedex return label instead that wasn't even in a printable form. I didn't know that until later, though.
I then wasted what seemed like forever on live chat with someone called Fatima who was about as slow as a snail with probably about the same comprehension of English. All I wanted was a usps return label, but she refused to send me one. She was supposed to arrange for fedex to come on Monday but nobody came and the parcel is still sitting here.
I tried to send an email to walmart next. In the past that worked better than live chat and didn't take any more time than sending an email to anyone else. Not now, though. Now they have intermingled chat, phone, and email all together in the chat. I had to make 2 attempts to send an email because the first one was aborted by the live chat butting in. I didn't know that, though, until I got an email asking how someone on live chat did.
I went back and tried to send another email. They don't send the message you write, though, so the person who replies to the email doesn't know what you want. Very helpful. I had to write back to someone who was obviously in India and explain what it was that I wanted. I got an email back from someone else in India who had no comprehension of English and sent me an irrelevant reply that showed that they hadn't even read my previous email. This has turned into another amazon, with the same crap customer service, also in India. I wrote back and said they hadn't even read my email to send me such an irrelevant reply. A while later I got an email saying they had initiated a refund. We'll see.
I have now received an email telling me that the return labels are auto-generated. I wrote back and told them again that fedex is not 'mail', usps is mail, and clicking on 'return by mail' should generate a usps label being sent, not a fedex one. I have told them several times that usps comes to my house every day and fedex doesn't. Being in India, they are clueless. They obviously don't have usps there, I don't know about fedex.
The shoes on walmart.com are cheaper than elsewhere for what are supposed to be the same shoes. I had been planning to try some others because I can't get out right now to try any on, but after this hassle I don't think so. I can't face this happening again.
I have canceled my order 1st day because I was not home to pick up. But from know where they delivered at night 8:30PM. In the meantime I placed an order for the next day. And I have canceled again in the morning. Called local store also called cooperate store. Both saying the order is canceled now I am getting an email again the our customer service is busy to deliver the order.
Can't believe this people. I don't want to deliver. I canceled from all my sources don't know what to do.
I purchased a foam mattress topper online from WalMart. I thought it was damaged and thus gave a "do not recommend" and one star. The topper fluffed and is fine.

I had purchased 7 lightbulbs from Walmart.com and the original package got lost in translation. After messaging with Walmart they put me in contact with a representative from Lightbulbs.com and they asked how they could fix it. They ended up sending me a new set of bulbs at no cost and in a very timely manner. I requested that they specifically be delivered on a weekday, and they were very accommodating.
Walmart online ordering is very bad if one want to return the damaged item. I ordered two selves with Walmart online order. The selves were send damaged in two packages. We called for return and they sent one QR code to take it to FedEx. FedEx told me that the QR code only prints one label which can not be used in 2 box. We called again and was told by the agent that there is no rush to return. They will send one label in next 10-15 days and second label will follow about 2-3 weeks after that. I have no choice but wait. This is last time I order any thing from Walmart online. I do not know how they are dreaming compete with Amazon with horrible return policies and bad customer care. One should think twice before using this business.
They can't seem to get anything right.
They take my money and say they delivered my stuff and guess what nothing at my door or mailbox. The thing is I'm home at the time it says it was delivered.

I went online and purchased a few items. Instead of contacting me too inform me they weren't going too deliver my items. They never show up or contact me. And they kept my money. Walmart online. Talk about service.

I paid $77.65 for chlorine tablets never showed up the day of supposed to be delivered I get email stating product being delayed in other words don't have product they said I get full refund the refund they trying to give much less and can't never talk to a real person scamming don't trust this company don't buy online SCAMMERS
Having to schedule a time to pick up your order is ridiculous. They give you a one hour time frame and usually most of the times needed are taken. I can't order something and have my significant other pick it up anymore. It is very frustrating so now we just go to Target.
I had to stop ordering canned goods from Walmart.com because they inevitably were all delivered dented. Today, I had a delivery was the supposed to arrive of cleaning, non-metal, products. I thought they'd be delivered via FedEx as usual, but no, Walmart.com is now using some carrier I've never heard of called LastMileDelivery Sameday. First, the LMD Sameday tracking info didn't work and when I contacted Walmart.com customer service I was told that LMD had lost my package! Very first delivery by this carrier service and they lose it! Walmart.com has left me with no choice but to NEVER order anything from them again.
Bought a phone. Wwnt and picked it up at my local Walmart. They had it waiting on me. 2 days later I wake up to phone with a black screen. Wont do anything. Take it back. Spend 2 hours their with customer service their computers saying it is an unreturnable item. They tell me to call walmart.com. I spend another hour but they said that they got me a refund that will be there in 5 to 8 business days. Well I wait 11 business days no refund. I spend another 2 hours with them only for them to tell me that they cant refund because its past the return date. So be careful what you order. Some things they won't take back even if it is defective.
My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm, I waited until 930, cause I didn't know I could cancel the order, it finally said it was ready at 930pm, I catch the guy as he was walking out the door to let him know I was there, he told me the department was closed and I would have to come back tomorrow... I was there for 3 1/2 hours because I didn't want to lose 200$ in groceries. Then after I finally got the order cancelled by calling the 1-800# it is going to be 3-5 business days before the hold comes off of my account. I called the manager this morning and he was defending the employee. Needless to say I will not be doing online grocery pickup from Walmart any more, I rather go up the street to Kroger may pay a little more, but it will be worth it to have better customer service. By the way, this Walmart is the one in Newnan, GA on Bullsboro.
