I purchased a hair clipper at Walmart with an extended warranty, but when I tried to enforce the warranty, the company never replied to my claim, and Walmart refused to address the issue. It took many calls to make them pay half of what I paid for the item, even though the extended warranty was for the full price of the item. Walmart no lower has the great standards of customer service that they used to have specially for purchases online. I will never again buy any appliances or valuable home goods from Walmart online. "And their customer service online is the worst".
Walmart is a confused online store operator, they are losing orders, and canceling orders without advising customers, Walmart is a ridiculous operation, so far behind the competition.
Terrible experience. I ordered window shades that were way too short so I returned them 10 days ago by mail. Apparently they never received it. Customer service assured me that I would receive a call within 20 minutes from customer service and shipping department. That was 6 hours ago. Should have ordered from Amazon. Lesson learned. Will never do business with Walmart again.
I was very disappointed to find out Walmart does not offer any discount to the Military or Veterans of our Armed services. This is a very telling sign of a company and where they stand in their views of our nation as a whole. We all appreciate the Loyalty other merchants show to our Military community and appreciation for what they have in this wonderful nation of ours from the Blood, Sweat, tears and lives of our Veterans and active duty military. They are very quick to ask their consumers for donations then take credit for the donations but when it comes to giving 10% or 15% like other merchants do they keep their hands in their pockets.

Walmart.com is NOT Walmart. It is now run by shady 3rd party sellers. Unfortunately, if you have an issue, Walmart.com just throws up their hands and states they have no control over 3rd party vendors on their site. I purchased a television, thinking it was from Walmart, it was from some other company called Beach Camera. It arrived broken, after 2 hours on the phone with Walmart.com and hung up on by a supervisor, I got no resolution. I will never again purchase anything substantial from Walmart.com, it has become a haven for shady 3rd party vendors. I am out $1000 and it will take weeks to get a refund NOT a replacement. Buyer beware.
I made an order on Walmart.com on June 4th they then told me that all of my orders were not in stock and canceled my order on June 7th which is today they charge me for those items overdrafting my account I made several phone calls stayed on the phone for almost 30 minutes and they refused to refund me even though they knew they had no authorization to charge me they stated that they had a glitch in the system and therefore they have the right to charge me and would not refund me for those items they stole my money Walmart is the worst do not order from their website unless you use a cash app card a gift card or another type of reloadable card because they will take money out of your account whenever they choose
I think they need to loose third party consumers. The worst is it's hard to get consumer to contact or respond to customers

Three times in the last week my curbside order was canceled. Everything in my order was "unavailable" -large orders can't believe not one thing in the order was available. No out-of-stock notice on the webpage! Sucks
Purchased a Koblenz 12 Gal Wet/Dry Vac and am very pleased with the results of this item. The suction on this Vac is great and pick's up everything. The motor isn't as loud as my other vac, so I will be using this one most of the time. I would recommend this Vac to my family and friends.
PICK UP IS JUST AS BAD. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP. I'M DISABLED & SENT MY GRANDDAUGHTER TO GET IT FOR ME. WELL THE ORDER WAS NOT READY AT THE RESERVED TIME. SHE WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR. SHE CONTACTED THE NUMBER FOR PICK UP & WAS TOLD THE ORDER WOULD BE READY IN 15 MINS. AFTER THE 15 MINS. PASSED SHE CALLED AGAIN AND WALMART ASKED IF SHE COULD COME BACK LATER. BECAUSE SHE LIVES SO FAR AWAY, SHE LEFT. LATER I REC'D AN EMAIL STATING THE ORDER WAS READY FOR PICK UP. I ASKED MY SON IF HE WOULD GET IT AND HE AGREED. AFTER ARRIVING HE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW HE WAS THERE FOR PICK UP. THEY LEFT HIM HOLDING THE PHONE ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE THE LINE DISCONNECTED. WHEN HE AND I TRIED CALLING WALMART AGAIN, NO ONE ANSWERED WHICH IS COMMON. HE ACTUALLY HAD TO GO INSIDE THE STORE IN HOPES SOMEONE COULD ASSIST. THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. I THOUGHT THAT MAYBE IF YOU PAID FOR DELIVERY SERVICE IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER BUT AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS, I SEE OTHERS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS IN EVERY AREA OF THIS SERVICE AS WELL. ITWOULD BE BEST IF YOU DID YOUR OWN SHOPPING BECAUSE YOU CAN'T RELY ON WALMART. THIS HAS BEEN AN AGGRAVATING SITUATION. I'VE CALLED ATLEAST 4 DIVISIONS OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN ONLY TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO DID NOT SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH SO IT WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND THEM, (TALKING ABOUT MAKING MATTERS WORST) NO ONE COULD ADDRESS THIS ON-GOING ISSUE. I HAVE EXPERIENCED GOING THRU THIS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE. NOT ONLY ME BUT MY DAUGHTER HAS AS WELL AND SHE SHOPS FROM A DIFFERENT WALMART. IF WALMART CAN'T MEET THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY SHOULD DISCONTINUE THIS SERVICE!
Twice the two day delivery was a week delivery, they falsely advertise the two day delivery with the email saying it's been delayed ready to send as soon as the money comes off your card and if you want your money back get ready to wait two weeks to get it back, thank God there's Amazon who I will give all my business to from now on... Walmart is Garbage
They have this serious fire hazard at my walmart all the time, takes forever to get out. Once you check out you have to walk back into the store to get in the stupid receipt checking line lol. I was half tempted to bring it to customer service and return it but that line is even longer. Ended up just walking out and being yelled at they NEED TO CHECK MY RECIEPT! Like for what? The gallon of milk that took me 45 minutes to buy? Like bro I rung it up, I basically work here now, so don't be yelling at fellow employees like that.
Loss of password to online account. 2 customer service contacts via telephone and alternately spent 40 minutes online waiting help to regain access to account to no avail. If less than 1 star rating was available - I would have chosen it!

I'm a total stationery nerd and went to Walmart to look for a new dotted journal to turn into a bullet journal for self care and personal/family stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality. I purchased a white "Exceed" journal with dotted pages, 2 bookmark ribbons, and an elastic band to hold the book together when not in use. I'm loving it and would buy again. If you're a stationery snob or just want to try a new notebook, give this one a try. Mine is A5 size I believe.

I had used them before and didn't have a huge amount of trouble but moved on to more reliable options. This time, I needed a product only they had, so I took a chance. The order said it would be delivered the next day. It was late in the day and it didn't say it was anywhere near being delivered. I chatted with customer service and they said it was still coming. I did it again when it got very late and was told it was coming at 11 pm. I complained that it was late, but I said okay. I got a message at 6 am the following morning saying it was delivered at 11:32 pm. I saw no package outside my door (or anywhere). I called again and was told it got sent back to the store. I then called again later on day 3 to inquire and was told that the package almost made it to my home but somehow got damaged on the way so the driver sent it back. I was told that I would get a refund in 3 days. I asked them if they would just try again to send the items and they said it wasn't their policy and that I had to reorder all the items again after my refund was processed. They didn't budge on that so I said fine, give me a refund. In about 10 minutes, I had most of my items coming my way in a few hours through another company. I have no idea what this company is doing or what's up, but the experience was very strange.
Ordered a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday, they put in a flimsy box, not like they had in previous years. By time I got the cake home the box had touched the cake and ruined it. I will never order another cake from Walmart again, I will go to hyvee now on. Use boxes that are not flimsy, we pay money for this..
They took my payment, delivered my item in another city and now I have to dispute with my bank. According to the rep. I could get compensation if I re-ordered, but it would take 2 weeks to deliver. What a Shame.
