Lost my order

Ordered $536.00 electric mower from Walmart. Had to sign so waited entire day they said would arrive. No mower & after 3 days of calling & begging for a time only response I got was email saying I had to go to Fed Ex drop location hour away from my home. Waited 45 minutes to be told they couldn't find it. To avoid interest I had to pay for it in my credit card bill. Hours of wasted time & gas plus $536.00, tall grass & no mower.

On 5/2, I placed order **************. On 5/3, I received an opened plastic package containing two boxes of fruit snacks. One of the boxes was crushed and fruit snacks fell out of the box. Two other items (toothpaste and sandwich bags) were supposed to be inside of the package, but were not. I called the automated phone line, and was able to get a replacement toothpaste; however, I was unable to do anything about the bags. I then got in touch with a customer service rep who said he would refund the bags. I had two other items in the order and they still show as delayed (as of 5/14) - damaged in shipping. Seems like they should have been refunded a long time ago. I have been charged for everything. On 5/14, I had a chat conversation with a service rep who refunded the two delayed items. The rep said there was not a refund for the sandwich bags like the previous CSR I spoke to said he would take care of. Summary is, I ordered six items. I received one item in good shape, one damaged item, two items were marked delivered but were missing, and two items were marked delayed for over two weeks. Thankfully, the chat CSR refunded the delayed and missing items. So two weeks later, the issue is mostly resolved. Neither of the CSRs offered to replace the crushed and opened box of fruit snacks.

Walmart has become a hostile place to shop because the customers become so irate after waiting in line for purchases and returns! Walmart doesn't hire enough people to take care of customers and it has become such a problem that I refuse to shop there any more and take a risk of being in the middle of a fight for someone becoming impatient.

They barely answer the phone, and when they do they give the wrong information. Shelves aren't in stock. The mistakes made on my transaction requires supervisor approval but they can't get anyone on the phone either. Another customer was told "It's just easier if you go somewhere else". I can't blame them, at least they were being honest.

Wow, I have been ordering from Walmart.com for the last month or so and let me tell you it is so much better then going into the store. My items arrive fast and packaged good. If you guys hate going inside Walmart as much as I do you should try Walmart.com it's so much better and faster.

I PURCHASED A COUPLE OF ITEMS, I PROVIDED A DELIVERY DATE BUT BECAUSE THEY USE THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY IN THE WORLD FEDEX I CAN NOT GET THE ITEMS ON THE PROMISED DELIVERY DATE AND ALL WALMART SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE. I ASKED FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELED BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING INFORMATION THE ITEMS ARE STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE AND NOT BEEN PICKED UP BY FEDEX YET NOR WILL THEY BE ANYTIME SOON. WALMART SAYS BASICALLY I AM OUT THE MONEY I SPENT AND THE ITEMS I ORDERED ON WALMART.COM

The last Saturday of April 2022 I order two butters. Thought I wasn't paying attention when my order Came it had a fee tonight I placed a order for one item this time I watched chose my one item that same page stating free delivery. No min order. I went to check out there it was a fee. So I didn't order. What a scam

The employees would not help me find a couple of items. They barely stopped their conversation to even look at me. The online order pick up process meant that there is an unmarked secret area to go to to call a number to pick the item up. No one answered the phone (It was 2:00 in the afternoon on a Wed) and it went to voicemail which was full. I tried to go in to the door and an employee yelled at me. It was insane

Do not I repeat do not place order if there is any kind of security gate to enter they will not deliver your package and you will have to go back and fourth with Walmart and fed ex I've always had issues with fed ex and if I had known that was who was going to deliver I would have just bought a different grill so all in total I will have to wait longer than 10 days for a refund because fed ex refuses to deliver the package they need to put a warning on the shipping page in checkout so others are warned before buying.

I gave a review earlier of Walmart, I spoke with an agent especially for complaints. Her name was solar, she told me she was going to fix the problem and she gave me two $25 promo codes again. She also lied so, I tried to use the codes three times and it says codes are not found. I repeated the codes to her twice to make sure I had them correct. She deliberately lied to me! To get me off the phone. This was a person who is supposed to help you with your problem. Shameful shameful shameful, a monkey could do their job better none of them care about us they don't care if we lose money they don't care about your groceries! They don't care if YOU loss your money. AND the people who's trying to help you they don't care either! HERE IS MY ADVICE! Do not shop at Walmart it will be nothing but stress you'll lose your money you won't get your groceries, they will go to the wrong place, they pick horrible fruits n veggies, and you'll get so angry you will have to repent and pray to God like I did.

Do not recommend

Wanted to give delivery a try, $100 worth of groceries that were all due to expire within 48 hrs. Terrible. They don't bother to check expiration and are probably told to pick up the stuff that's about to expire to get rid of it. Will not try again.

Thinking back pre-covid, I hardly shopped at walmart, and when I did, I was getting socks, grandkids toys and such.
Fast forward to full out 2 years in covid.
I am now purchasing just about everything thing here, more tha half of my groceries many bulky items, but as well as meat, can goods, bread.
I give credit where credit is due, this is a very well organized, greased organization period, hats off to Walmart, who would have thought!

Never ordering online

After the situation with FedEx stealing my packages, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SO CALLED SHIPPING CARRIER EVER AGAIN! I will never order anything that will be shipped by FedEx. They are a terrible, disheartening, untrusting, disrespectful company and the people who work for you are the same. Packages i ordered for Christmas were received but NO PRODUCT IN PACKAGES! Several of my packages are left opened on my porch! Y'all sign for my package, take items, and re tape the package. I HAVE SO MUCH PROOF! FedEx does NOT take any accountability and does NOT TAKE any responsibility, they don't have any sympathy or willingness to resolve issues. It's sad I'm talking about my Christmas gifts that were ordered last year, ITS NOW APRIL.

I've tried communicating with Walmart and FedEx on the issue with my biggest concern they initiated. NEITHER are helpful in resolving a problem. Just a big back and forth runaround. I paid $350 for a Apple Watch that i never recieved. I've tried working with my bank disputing the transaction and they are like oh not our problem either, you gotta talk with FedEx and Walmart.

Many more packages i received only through FedEx have been tampered with, destroyed or missing and never received. They are thieves and liars!
Be safe!

-NOT every employee is wrong but many altercations have determined that majority of them who work for FedEx, ESPECIALLY there customer support is beyond non supportive

Canceled my order twice because they suspected fraud. I had to call for him to enter it in manually so it doesn't cancel my next order. Ridiculous. Now I have to wait longer before getting my item. This is wrong, you cannot stop people from ordering because you "suspect" only if you know for sure. I should get free shipping for thus, now I have to wait longer. Lucky I don't go through a different provider. Make sure you check your email after ordering, they might cancel your order and make you waste time and energy.

Walmart is slacking

Many times their website is not current. This is frustrating because when you go to the store based on what you see, the product is not in stock. Also their grocery pick up is a 3 at best. I have called several times to complain and asked for a mgr. To call back. Never received a callback.

Walmart seems to be on a trend to get your money and offer no customer service. The Parker Az Walmart had chairs at the pharmacy. I was using one while waiting for my wife to get my prescription filled. A walmart employee came and questioned me why i was sitting there. My wife had other shopping to do so told me to stay there while she finished, the employee came back and told me i could not sit there that the chairs were for vaccine customers. I was the only one there. My next trip to Walmart they took all of
The chairs away. I also noticed in earlier visits there are no chairs available in the shoe dept. apparently they are not interested in accommodating people with disability's. The employees are not downright rude
But the aren't interested in helping, and the stores are so short handed at the checkout lines and there is always a long line and wait times are unacceptable. My thought is Walmart wants your money but doesn't want to give you any customer service. This seems to be the trend in the U.S. business's
It's so sad this seems the company's only concern is profits
