I tried Walmart.com yesterday. I work at Walmart and we're supposed to get free delivery with an order of $35 or more. So, I placed an order for $35. $7 is about the price for the delivery fee, but it's supposed to be waived for employees. I was not alerted that I would be tipping $7 as a required tip and Walmart.com applied a $7 tip to my order without my approval. Therefore, my total came up to $41 and change. In additikn to that, they also charged me an additional $7 which I can assume is the delivery fee. I guess free delivery isn't free. Will not be using walmart plus again!
Yesterday I had to pick up an Rx at Wal Mart in Allen exchange drive west, the only lane available were self-checkout lanes. I ask the employee supervising the lanes if a manual lane could be opened, she said she would check me out using a self-checkout lane. However, she assigned the task to a young man who apparently did not know how to run the lane. After several false starts and about 10 minutes she helps him get started. After about 15 minutes we are done so I give him three coupons which immediately confused him, with the supervisors help we got thru the check-out after about 20 minutes. I had to go back today as one of my Rx was not in stock, I also picked up a few items again nothing, but SELF-CHECK was open. We have always shopped Wal-Mart but do not and will not use self-check lanes and will begin to look for facilities that offer manuel check-out lanes.
I had another fraud charge to my account on Wam.com. The incompetence below my mind. You recognized it was fraud but still sent half the items. Walmart you have shown countless times that you are irresponsible in this area, you are also accountable.
Walmart has now hit bottom in my opinion. When they sent me two of an item, I smelled "scam". When they sent me a refurbished product (Router) I will no longer buy from them online ever. First two times... Shame on Walmart. There won't be a third time. The refurbished sticker was on the inner of two boxes, so that the package had been opened by the time I saw it. Pass it on.
I made a purchase for 8 items on 12/5/21 which they all had to be returned, everything was returned by mid jan 2022
Got credit for $862.82 however the rest of the money ($619.53) I never received
Tried contacting them about 5 times and every time the answer was that I will get back my money but I never received it, nor are they even willing to send me a confirmation email!
I got 1 traking with usps & show up delivered & it was not the case & i went to usps & they told me its beieng to a other address & when i went there they show me the item & it was notthe item what i ordered then i got a new traking with fedex also show up delivered & it was not the case & then hwen i asked for a refund & i got only back the price for the item not any taxes PLEASE DONT USE THEM ANY MORE, ITS MY 1ST TIME BUYING FROM WALMART & ITS FOR SURE THE LEST TIME
They call out that the store was closing in 10 minutes so we went to check out and time ran out and they refused to attend us, so they are trash, I refuse to buy from this store ever again because they have really bad attitude for no reason. Im not being a karen, just saying.

This is the second time I tried walmart. They are clueless, on what they do. Orderd a package in ny and they are sending it from CA. Brainless people. They can not even get delivery date right!
The haircut salon at this walmart have my gratitude, my 4 children with autism got a hair cut here and this girls were all love and sweet.

I must say Placing an order from Walmart on the website or app is very easy, And fast try out the Free Membership trial to get a feel of how they work, updates on your orders, etc. They also have The pick up option wich i prefer.it convinient for me skip the long lines and any hassles.
Walmart.com is the worst website, handicap unfriendly. First they might charge u extra so u need to double check. Then when they loose ur purchase, they'll tells u idk. Then they schedule ur pick up for ur return which the waiting time is 8am-4pm and does a no show over and over again.
Don't buy extended warranty plans from walmart. They are worthless. I bought a window air conditioner with extended 4 year warranty. I have the warranty paperwork and the email confirmation of delivery of the unit. These papers show what I bought it and when I bought it and where I bought it. It has the model number, order number, delivery date, and sales rep number. What else could they possibly need? I don't have an actual receipt so they won't honor the warranty. I contacted Walmart 3 times and they can't give a copy of the receipt.
The customer service told me i could not return my pants, so I decide to take revenge. So, I Stick a popsicle up their butt and ran. As I was running out, I took a container of nail polish and dropped it.
The website is extremely user-friendly. Easy return policy and super helpful customer service. Recommended!

I ordered a canopy I need for my flea market reseller business and needed it immediately so I attempted to order one from walmart.com. They tell meI will receive it on Sunday 06/19/2022 by 10pm. It never shows up so I call customer service. Janis assures me it will be at my home 06/20/2022 and since Walmart.com was unable to deliver when it was supposed to be to me she would give mea refund and allow the product to show up as a formal apology after I explained the several times walmart.com failed me. Today 06/20/2022 I call customer service and they tell me that they cancelled my order and gave mea refund. I just wanted the item! Worst supposed delivery ever. Never trust walmart.com to receive anything as I have never to received more than one order I've ever ordered off of their website. Such bs!
On Thursday June 9,2022 at approximately 4:35PM My wife and I went to the Walmart Store #5881 in Springfield PA. We planned on buying a new 65'' TV and home theater accessories and components. As we arrived at the electronics/TV department we observed seven (7) store employees in the department glued to their phones completely ignoring us. I don't know if it was our tattoos or my wife's blue hair, no one looked our way, or said "hello". We felt completely discriminated against.
I had cash in hand and fully intended to purchase a new 65' tv and soundbar. After 15-20 minutes browsing through the department we tried to get the attention of 1 out of the 7 employees, to no avail.
We left the store feeling completely dismayed and degraded. In comparison we decided to browse Bestbuy, the prices were higher, but that was completely offset by their professionalism and willingness to assist us.
Purchased several items. 2 WRONG products delivered to me. Called CS within 5 minutes of receiving the WRONG product. Told them I wanted a refund and to send a RSL right away. This was June 4. Shipped the items BACK via Fed Ex on June 13th and they are showing they will arrive on June 20. The message from Walmart is that it will then take ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to issue a refund to me! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER purchase another item from this company. It is sickening that they screwed up the order and then punish the buyer by withholding THEIR money. Repeated phone calls are met with call centers and people who read from scripts. UTTERLY HORRIFIC "Customer Service".
