I shop walmart quite often for grocery items which are reasonably priced. The pharmacy is also great for prescription drugs. Not fond of there clothing it is not of the highest quality.

Terre Haute, Indiana's worse pharmacy ever. Call in a prescription and told to wait for an hour, then it takes two and half hours after showing up in person for what should have been a quick pick-up. Total pack of idiots work there.

The store that everyone loves, but loves to hate! They have great customer satisfaction. When wife died in an accident and her glasses were lost, she stated in her will that she wanted her glasses on at her funeral and Walmart supplied the same frames she had purchased there free of charge. I will never forget that act of kindness.

Have bought a lot of stuff from walmart last 2 yrs on line and excellent customer service if I ever did have problem it was taken care of, sometimes more than taken care of. The return policy is excellent if you do have prob.

Every time I have used my business credit card to make a purchase on walmart.com the credit card numbers are stolen and I have to be issued a new card. This happened three times. I called walmart security on the 800 number. They wouldn't even talk to me. This is how concerned they are for their customers. Wake up walmart, your not the only game on the web.

I love to shop online with Walmart. Their selection is always greater than the 3 stores we have locally. They are efficient in processing and sending orders and go the extra mile to make sure it arrives safely. In addition, if you choose to have it delivered to a store for pick up, it's free shipping. Can't beat that!

If you don't get up early don't bother. One of those things, the early bird gets the worm. If you're looking for shopping savings online and not an early riser like myself then set your alarm or forget it because it's gonna be gone. Quantities are very limited and selected sizes or varieties apply.
Most of my online experiences with online shopping for sales, black Friday, etc, have been to no avail because I'm a late sleeper or riser and I miss them, LOL.
Good sales, just have a back up plan when you need it. Friend, family, alarm clocks ( 2 if possible) and have all your information saved for quicker check out. Do the day ahead.

Awful...

Awful... Just Awful! I bought a TV on walmart.com on Tuesday and was supposed to be ready at the store for pick-up on Friday. Well... it wasn't and the order status was still showing as "processing. After sending an email to walmart, I got a response from them which was not even slightly apologetic, and basically said that the order will be ready to pick-up on the following Monday... or so they thought! Well... I checked the status of the order on Monday and it was still "processing." It hadn't even shipped-out to the store. So, after calling up their customer service number (which is not easy to find), I'm told that my options are: 1- to request to "push the order through" which is going to take 5-7 business days to get a response, or 2- to cancel the order which takes 5-7 business days to get a refund. I mean these guys have no clue to what their doing!

I have been shopping at walmart.com for years, I like the way you have a choice to either pick up your order at the store or have it delivered to your home, thank you Walmart for your that wonderful convenience.

I used them once and it was like five days before Christmas. I put in my order and was expecting the parcel on boxing day or the next day. To my surprise the parcel showed up on Christmas morning, it was very very special and a great surprise.
