I can afford to shop here and not go broke. I usually shop mostly for groceries in person, but like to shop online for other things.
I hate fighting the crowds and parking at the store and I've found that online ordering can get items I need delivered to my door.
I've also utilized their in-store pickup, which still means I have to drive to pick it up, but I don't have to search for it, I simply go to customer service and pick it up.
So cluttered and busy it's hard to find like going to the actual store.
I love to shop here, but god forbid anything is wrong it is a nightmare to deal with their customer service personnel.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I had to order photos online because the kiosk in the store crashed when I tried to take it there. Anyway, because you can upload only one photo at a time, and because they lost my first batch of edited pictures, and because they make it nearly impossible to remove anything from your order, what should have taken only 25-30 minutes has taken me 3 hours. Fix your website, Walmart. You've lost my business.
I like the "buy online pick up in the store" feature that Walmart offers. It saves me shipping fees and the store is not far from me. Pick up is quick and easy.
Today, 1/26/15, I went to Wal-Mart with no gas hoping to pick up my paycheck sent to me from one of my employers in Ohio. I'm at the Jacksonville, Fl ******* store waiting 8 hours and they still don't have their computers on line yet. Their Walmart 2 Walmart money transfer system sucks! Make sure you ask for a MoneyGram instead. You can pick that money up at several different kinds of stores--not just Wal-Fart! The salaried idiot managers don't even know what is wrong. I found out after spending an hour on the phone with the people in charge of those systems. Why couldn't the idiot wal-mart managers do what I did. I still have to wait until tomorrow to see if their computers are back on line. Don't ever expect good customer service and cheap prices at the same time. It never happens. Cheap means cheap all around. Customer service at Wal-Fart is the worst in the country. It's time to boycott China anyway.

You have to make sure you check your receipts when you shop at walmart. Those cashiers willl ring up stuff twice if you are not looking. Before you walk away check your receipt. ALSO those cashiers are stealing your Savings Catcher. I spent over 90 dollars went home and entered my savings catcher and it said ANOTHER CUSTOMER ALREADY entered it. I'm like the only other person that saw my receipt was a cashier. I STILL had my original receipt. Walmart is now investigating because this is unprofessional.
I love Walmart.com, prices are much cheaper than in store, and able to find the items needed. Just disappointed they don't offer a variety of coupons, guess with prices slashed there is no need. But all in all the service is great and like the idea of ship to home or store and items arrive fast.
