Already paying mega for shipping and now we being charged surcharge on top of it... total fail!
Made order on line this past Friday and Notes they now have pay pal so I order on line to be payed by paypal paylal sent me a email that they have the order and the amount ready. This is a order that said order now pick up at store to day! This is now Sunday and have not been able to get this after 2 1/2 day and have talked to Customer service on phone and email today they sayi can pick it up but instead of me running down there again and being told I can't have I looke on line at my bank account and the money had not been taking out by pay pal so I have emailed them again and told them how it works so there response was O you need to get email from the store when it is ready and during this I had them a few times that this had to be done first so now waiting on the store to respond so far a 3 day hold up >for what is a same day pick up Then they say you have 14 days to pick this up or it will be returned to stock! I reply if this keeps up the 14 days will be up that was my last reply to them.
They are okay. I was excited when the savings catcher came out but it turned out to be a waste of time and now with even more restrictions on what products you can save it really sucks! Horrible experience endeavor to get a refund for something that hadn't even been shipped. I don't purchase from them, nor go to the store after spending 5 hours on the telephone evolving $89.00. Not at all surprised they have lost so many lawsuit and are paying MILLIONS to employees and customers
