Horrible

Ordered a cover for a smoker. The cover would be sent to my local store and they would email when it arrived. 2 weeks later no email. Happened to be at the store getting bottled water asked customer service about it. I admit I didn't have my official i.d. With me but I had my order on my phone and a photo of my i.d. On my phone and they refused to tell me if it was there. Asked for a manager. The "customer service manager" said I was an idiot for coming to the store with out an i.d. I admit her statement had merit but is the Customer Service Manager the right person to tell you this? For some reason I thought they are supposed to help solve the problem. Needless to say I have not shopped there since.

Let's just say, that if I could give junk-mart(wal-mart)less then 1 star, I would'nt give it any stars. People think because something's low-priced, that it's a 'good deal'. Then again, most people just think what they're told to. I made the mistake of shopping there, only a handful of times, before I learned my lesson. Have'nt been to one ever since. Believe me, spending an extra dollar or 2 on goods of better, even a bit longer lasting, quality than wal-mart sells, is something people should think about, rather than thinking wal-mart sells anything of good quality. And don't get me started on the unclean, unsanitary atmosphere of those places(dogs running around&adults with $#*!ty pants&sick kittens in purses&more. Blegh!)&unsavory types of people who set foot in those places. Cheap, is usually exactly that... cheap. Cheaply made, cheaply priced junk. Wal-mart, is a disaster that has already happened, nevermind waiting to happen. Just my opinion.

Looks nice... at first

Comfortable and looks nice for good price BUT we have had it only two months and it is already beginning to rust (we had our last set 18 years. If you buy it, KEEP THE BOX. Was too difficult to return because had to be packaged and we threw all that away. Chalked it up to a life lesson.

We've ordered(and assembled) aKidcraft dollhouse, kitchen and washer/dryer. All delivered free and on time to our local WalMart. They text us, we pick it up, hide it, and assemble for the holiday. I think I ordered before Thanksgiving each time. Everything has arrived in good shape and goes together as per instructions and is holding up well under daily use by twin girls. Kidcraft and walmart.com and me... what a team.

Hit or Miss

I purchased from Walmart.com several times with varying results. I've used both the pick-up in store option as well as delivery. Some products came in perfect packaging while others came in bent or ripped boxes or seemed used. Their prices can't be beat and because I could just return the questionable products to the store it wasn't such a big deal but with other stores doing price matching these days, I am hesitant to shop on Walmart.com again.

Never less than $100

Like a vortex of shopping hell. Walmart continues to provide everything I do not need but always have to have. Each shopping experience is filled with adequate customer service and more products made in China than a chinese market has for sale. Grocery is always reasonable and the bakery bread is like pure tasteless air with the consistency of bread. I applaud the employee resolve to continue to work for a company that produces millions in profits but cannot keep more than two registers open at a time on any given day or holiday.

I've used this site countless times. For online orders delivered to your house: prices are the best available anywhere. We bought our Element flat screen for $60 less than Target's in store price. For online site-to-store: Great service, quick delivery and the Walmart we go to has a special line for site-to-store at the customer service desk, so I didn't have to wait in the long line. For the mobil app: I set my favorite store, and I am able to shop online, but check to see if they have it in stock. I've never had a problem with that. It's always been accurate for me. I attached a picture of my Element Tv that I purchased around Christmas 2014.

Walmart.com is great if you're sending the item directly to your home. If you're sending it to a store to be picked up, not so great. My mom ordered me a box spring to be sent to the Walmart in my college's town, and properly added me as someone who is allowed to pick it up, even got a confirmation email upon doing so. Got down there (after a 4 hour drive) and was told I was not allowed to pick it up and wasn't in their system as an acceptable pick up. I had to wait quite a while to speak to a manager and eventually get it okay'ed. They also told me in store that they could hold an item for up to a month, then got an email that my item would be returned to the shipping facility if I didn't get it 5 days after ordering, so I had to drive down unplanned before the school year even started just to get it.

I will never order from Walmart online again. I ordered a futon cover over a $100. And I paid $35.00 for a 2 day delivery. I went online and said shipped will receive it by Friday 6-7th. I stayed home 2 days waiting and did not receive it. I call customer service and stayed on hold for 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer. When they picked up they told me that my order was a second party order and transfered me to overstock.com and I was on hold another 45 minutes until I just hung up. Today is the 8th and still no futon cover as promised. They should let someone know it 2nd party. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT ORDER WALMART ON LINE OR OVERSTOCK.COM.

Too late!

We purchased an item for a birthday gift with the Walmart estimated delivery window of Aug. 5-7th. After ordering, the shipping company informed me they could not get it to me until the 13th, after the birthday and party had passed! Apparently, Walmart is not required to know the actual delivery schedule of it's shipping company, and you can't find out until you make a purchase. Yet another reason to hate Walmart!

Ordered a 5 piece patio furniture set. After checkout, I see it will arrive in two separate boxes and shows up as two separate items on the invoice. Chairs got here, table was a week out. Got an emai today saying that box 2 of 2(the table) was cancelled because it was out of stock. There is no way to buy the table separately, so now I'm stuck with trying to find something that matches these chairs.

What an awesome clean, great smelling ( untilwe got there haha) place with ALL the amenities you can want or hope for. Hot summer, cool house and great service! So happy we chose the Braodway Hotel.

Great experiences

I've heard horror stories, but the merchandise is pretty good, prices are cheap, people who work there are pretty nice. I thought of dinging a star for the bad customer behavior but Walmart can't do too much about that. I shop here often because they are close, convenient, have a lot of stuff especially for the kids.

Lets face it most scams on the internet come fron no reply mail boxes. If i get an email advertising anything i reply to it, if i get a no repky or message cannot be sent i write it off as a scam and delete it

Walmart sends these emails all the time. So in my book poor company to do business with.

Opt out? Thats how scammers getting you to click..
