Over the past two months I ordered two undercounter refrigerators, the first one had a dent in the door after trying numerous times to get Walmart.com to come a pick it up, I ended up taking it to the closest (30 min. Away) Walmart store. That was a month ago, today I got an email saying that they were going to charge me again unless I returned it. After being on the phone with Walmart.com for over a half an hour, they came back and said that the store had no record of me bringing it back. I ordered another refrigerator in stainless and after having to pay for a Pilot delivery ($35) that came 4 days after promised and it was white. At the same time I ordered that fridge i also ordered a microwave. It was smashed in on one corner. It took numerous phone calls to Walmart.com to get these returned. I was told to take them to the Walmart store, they said they could take the microwave but not the fridge, so back to numerous calls to Walmat.com to finally get the fridge picked-up. Walmart.com is a joke! Don't waste your time! They said that were going to go head-to-head with Amazon but they couldn't go tail-to-tail with Goodwill!

I usually order household items yearly in one purchase and honestly hate to haul this much from the store to my home. I can take advantage of the free shipping allotted on large orders online and have my big items like dog food, toilet paper cases and my entire list delivered free to my home. Walmart is very competitive with pricing an often has great stock up sale items. I have ordered and received my order with in 24 hours on one occasion. How can I beat this?

Purchased a bike, helmet and locks on Walmart's web site on July 17,2015. Wanted them shipped to the Washington DC Georgia Ave NW store. It is now July 31 and the bike has not arrived. I tried to call the Georgia Ave store and it was extremely difficult to connect with customer service. The person answering the phone would say they are connecting you to CS and then a few minutes latter get the same voice asking how can they help you. Again I would ask for CS again I would wait and again I would get the question 'Walmart how can I help you'. Very frustrating. In fact on July 28 when I called around 8:00 PM I was told that the customer service department was not answering their phone. The web site at times requires you to log in multiple times when trying to email the customer service department. This is my first and last purchase from Walmart.

How can people who read shop here? This family-owned company imports 5% of China's exports. Do you need more information than that? This family-owned company does not share its wealth with its employees, who keep the stores operating. Employees are scheduled so that they don't work enough hours to qualify for benefits. Many are on public assistance. Many are elderly. To me, this is about as UN-AMERICAN as a company can get. WalMart is wiping out ma and pa shops nationwide, spreading its scourge. Where should people go for a price break? ANYWHERE else. When you walk in their doors and buy their (China's) "goods," you are patting them on the back and reinforcing the decline in small businesses in your community WalMart creates. And, yes, I knew poverty. Poverty and stupidity are not the same thing. One good thing about WalMart? What would the Internet be without all those hysterically awful photos taken at WalMart?
