I do my food shopping at Walmart. Although their prices are better than Krogers, customer service is ok. At times, they are short staffed when checking out. Their meats are ok - it's fresher at Krogers.

The process in which occurred was extremely disappointing. I have previously ordered little incidentals on Walmart.com and was satisfied. This time, I had decided to order patio furniture, which I wanted delivered to our beach home in another state. Before I ordered online, I called and asked a representative if anyone needed to sign for it upon delivery, I was told no. After I ordered, and had a problem with my order (called about something else), I was told the exact opposite by a different representative. Meaning, within an hour of time, later after ordering, I was told that I 'might' have to have a signature upon delivery, but they didn't know for sure because it was a random delivery signature selection. However, that was not the least of it. After I shopped online, placed my order, and paid for it, a notice came up on my order stating that half of my order was on back order, and only one box was being shipped, according to my order status. I would not have even placed the order, if I would've known that half of my shipment was on back-order. The reason for this is because I was ordering it, to be delivered, to our beach home, while I knew we would be there. A basic time-frame was critical, given our circumstances. The first rep I spoke with mentioned that because it was on back-order, I could call the manufacturer and find out when it would be in. I was told it could take months, she didn't know for sure. I called the furniture manufacture (with the number provided by the Walmart rep), and they basically laughed saying that they have no convergence with the orders that Walmart places and they were surprised that I was given their number by Walmart rep. So I called Walmart again... this time the representative told me something completely different. He said that even though it was on back order, the system just needed to locate it in a warehouse somewhere in the country in Walmart, and it probably wouldn't take months. So there I sat, having half of my order shipped to our beach home, and not quite sure if the other half would even arrive (during the two week time-frame we would be there). Would I order from from Walmart again? Probably not. At this point, all of it seemed a bit sketchy and not concrete. I'm left hanging as to whether or not all of my order will be delivered, as was indicated of, when I placed and paid for the order. The money was put down/paid (was happy it was going to be delivered to the state and address of our beach home), and only then, was the true availability revealed to me. Had I known that, and the system indicated it, while I was ordering it, I would have found different patio furniture to purchase. Very disappointing, given the circumstances, and the critical need of both boxes being shipped appropriately and within a specific time-frame, that was originally indicated upon purchase. Be careful of this deception, and multifaceted responses from the technical support reps.

Their website is absolutely useless, it is not user friendly, information is not easily accessible, filters don't work properly, they ask for pick up information but its not recorded, after adding the information thrice to make sure that the worst site I'm the world will record it. It still didn't... And the confirmation form of if that information is recorded or not, neither can you check in your account (shocking) nor reaches you instantly but takes nothing less than 4 hrs...
It's the most useless website ever.

I am disabled and it is easier for me to order on line. It might not be the cheapest, but when you enter your recite on to your bluebird card if any retailer in the area has it cheaper youget the difference applied to your bluebird card.If what you order you just return to local walmart with no problem as long as you have recite otherwise you get the stores price.

Site is huge with things you would never dream they would have... only reason for 4 stars is the pickup at the store... always takes a while for someone to wait on you or you have to go find someone to wait on you... otherwise all great!

Fyi, if you shop at Walmart, sign up for the savings catcher program online, I have gotten back over 100.00 in savings from them finding lower prices at competitors prices. I love this option. All you do is put in the code at the bottom of the receipt and they do the rest. Also Walmart is offer $35.00 statement credit if you spend over 75.00 on a single purchase. So thats paying 40.00 for your purchase. The Walmart credit card can really help when your low on money and need a few items. Its worth it. They also have deals for signing up right now

EVERY time I go in this store because of a town our size I can't believe we only have this as a huge "supermarket" or you can drive 17 miles many stores. I usually try to go other places but sometimes just need to run in quick since I live 2 miles from this store. Why do they have 3 cashiers working, and around 5 people on the floor of an 70,000 square ft store working? Are there hidden workers? The lines are so long usually I just put the stuff down. The owners of walmart I guess are so greedy they just won't hire appropriate help... thats okay... I work in an industry where I see karma come for people when they are this greedy

Owned by the greedy Walton family that doesn't pay their employees enough. This company is the main reason manufacturing companies in America have gone bankrupt and closed down. They are also the cause of the major import from China and other Asian countries, and our nation's lack of exports. This has lead to our nation's drastic unemployment. Walmart is destroying the United States of America.

Walmart is massive with countless customers They only have one or two cashiers no matter how busy they are. Their attempts to save money by cutting corners and refusing to replace defective/worn out carts will cost them customers as well. I get annoyed when my shopping cart constantly shifts left or right. There prices are often higher than discount stores. Treating their employees poorly results in employees who seem depressed and angry.

The mandatory smiling policy only makes this situation even more ridicules. I don't like to stand in line an extra 20 minutes because the customer in front of me wants to complain to the manager about a cashier who forgot to smile. Nobody with a real life cares if the cashiers smile or not! We just want to get our shopping done asap. I will boycott Walmart if I get stuck in line for such an absurd reason again.

Ordered 8 packages of Sparkling Grape Juice (12 bottles in a package) on 07/08/15 (Order # **************). Need it for a Wedding on 07/18/15. Received only 4 packages on 07/11/15. Called Walmart.com on same day, 07/11/15, and went through a poor automated phone system, which indicated there is no order associated with my phone #, however my Walmart.com account shows my phone # is associated with the order #. Prompted to Enter order #, but nothing happened, kept asking me to enter order #. Finally got through to a rep without entering order #. Rep was able to process a new order, but instead of putting it all under 1 order #, rep split it into 2 orders (Order # ************** & **************). 07/14/15, checked Walmart.com account. It shows that orders are in the "processing" phase. Checked my email, no updates from Walmart.com. Called poor automated phone system again and went through same issues the first time. Informed Rep of the "processing" phase. Rep indicated that it has been shipped. Asked Rep to provide tracking or confirmation # on what he told me. Rep put me on hold, came back and states there is no such number at this time. Informed me that he is going based on estimated delivery date of 07/15/15. Rep informed me to wait until after 07/15/15 to find out what the issue is. 07/15/15 came and went, no product received. 07/16/15, received email indicating order has been delayed. Called Walmart.com, went through automated phone system, however this time, it was able to associate my phone # with the order #. Still had to provide both order # to the Rep again. Had to cancel order because there is no way to know at this point if products will be delivered on time for the Wedding on 07/18/15. Rep states cancellation is completed, but will have to wait 24 hours to receive confirmation through email. Rep states money will be refunded in 48 hours, however, my overall experience with Walmart.com gives me doubt that a refund will go smoothly. Only time will tell. Will check email and bank account in 48 hours to see if refund has been issued, as the Rep indicated. All issues could have been avoided if all products were received the first time around.

First off walmart customer service sucks. They have people following you around the store which made me very uncomfrontable. I guest you call them secret shoppers, the secret shoppers made my husband and I cut or shopping trip short. They need to stop thinking everyone that steps into their stores are shoplifters.
