The website had come a long way. Shipping is included. No hassle returns.

Amendment: I just had issue placing an order over the web site. No one could help me. After talking to four customer service people, who had four different stories and starting over four times, I gave up. I will find the items elsewhere.

What ever we need, we go to Walmart. My son Adrian says "mom let's go to Walmart" you know that Walmart has what ever we need. No other store is like Walmart for him. Walmart is the best.

Walmart has crappy selection, dirty stores, rude or non-existent customer service-and if corporate wants to wonder why everyone hates the place but still shops there and puts up with this garbage-it's size and lack of competition-the other stores don't have the balls to go up against ol' Sam W. And his minions who have taken the little guy with his small business and sent him packing with cheap goods from China that make people sick-amazing

I get pretty good deals online here as opposed to other websites. My only problem is their customer service. Sent them an email about tracking a package and was just told to wait longer. No eta no plan just wait and see.

I often buy products and electronics from walmart if I drive there but... their website isn't the best. I tried to purchase stuff from their website multiple time with no success rate due to the website crashing or loading to slow. Other than that goo job Walmart^.^

I have given it 2 star but its on its way to 1 star. Today's Walmart is not what Sam Walton envisioned (yes I have met and spoke with the that gentleman long ago). Today's stores are nothing but a tribute to the greed of his heirs and that of the CEO / board members. (Don't blame the stock holders, many of them are employees and average folks with little say in the company). Current employees and clientele - Fifteen dollars an hour, most of those working or shopping there certainly don't deserve it, indeed many could be used as posters as to why abortion should be mandatory for some people. (Truth hurts, get over it). Once a great company to work for and to shop at, it has seen its best days pass it by. Target is better for the most part.

If you know your store is always full of people why do you only have a couple of registers open? It's so ridiculous. I just stopped going there the customer service is so bad. Mainly at the checkout. I never really needed any other kinds of service there so they may be great.

I RECENTLY ORDERED A TOY FOR MY GRANDDGH. AND WANTED TO BUY THE ITEM EARLY. ITS CALLED " STEP 2 LITTLE BAKERS KITCHEN". IT ALSO HAS A DETACHABLE SEAT FOR HER BABYDOLL WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THIS SWEET 2 YR. OLD. I WENT TO WALMART TO PICK IT UP AND WAS SURPRIZED TO SEE A BIG SIGN SAYING ONLINE PICK-UP. NO SEARCHING... I GAVE MY INFO. AND THEY IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT MY ITEM OUT AND ASK ME TO BRING MY CAR TO THE DOOR AND THEY LOADED IT FOR ME. I CONGRADULATE WALMART FOR CREATING THIS WHOLE NEW DEPT. LAST TIME I USED THEM THE PICKUP LINE WAS LONG AND INEFFICIENT AND NO SEPARATE DEPT. AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE REGISTER. WALMART DID A GREAT JOB TURNING THIS OPERATION AROUND SINCE THEY REALIZE MORE SHOPPERS ARE BUYING ONLINE. WORKING PEOPLE WOULD APPRECIATE THIS CONVENIENCE, I KNOW I DID. GREAT JOB WALMART!

Searching for anything on the Walmart.com site is an iffy thing. You cannot rely on product availability in your local store; one store associate told me they frequently dealt with irate customers with this issue. Ship-to-store usually works smoothly, though my local stores are so short-staffed that I've had significant wait times before someone was free to come and retrieve my package. This is not my favorite web site to shop, nor my favorite physical store to visit.
