Ordered some furniture, it came broken. Called Walmart and they had a new piece in the mail that same day!
Have ordered several things over the years online and since there is a store close to my residence I usually have them sent to the store because shipping is free and it is convenient. They notify you when product arrives. Just recently ordered tires that they don't keep in stock at the store. They emailed me when they arrived. I went to store for pick up. And also had their tire and lube service put the tires on. You get a discount on their service if you buy tires from them. They are cheaper than TireRack.com when all the extras are added up. Walmart's customer service is excellent too if you ever have a problem with anything. Never a problem if you need to return anything.
Ordered site to store. Waited 8 hours just to say that the carpet cleaner was out of stock. I can't believe that they want me to wait for 5 days until it gets to the store from another location. Walmart.com managers are very rude and unprofessional, just don't care. All they say is that you can call the store yourself. $#*!ing bs. Needed to clean my carpet today, now my money is stuck in limbo for 3-5 days, no cleaner, no replacement or anything. Might as well say just should have went to the store. Do not order online from walmart.com.
I find a lot of benefits shopping here than shopping at Amazon. Especially for daily goods, price that Walmart provides are usually better than any other websites. The reason I deduct a star is because they often send me damaged items. However, they have a great refund system so it is not a big issue for me that I receive damaged items.
There is no doubt about the walmart it is one of the best store i have ever seen.
