I recently purchased a cot from Walmart.com. Very good price! Spent less than $60 for shipping to my house. A few days later the item I purchased was left in my front door. Careful inspection of the item, I saw that one of the legs were broken. I took tem to Walmart and they couldn't return I or give me my money back. They said that it had been shipped by one of their "Marketplace partners" that provided merchandise through Walmart.com. The company was Unbeatablesale.com. Horrible customer service. After numerous calls I received an RMA number with instructions via email to return the item to their company for possible replacement. I had a month from the time I received it to return it. 2 weeks had gone by. Here the kick in the... they wanted me to return the item at my expense and include insurance. I complained never received any reply. Walmart gave me the run around after a few emails back and forth, the window to return the item was expired. So you see the way I felt was that Walmart should of made the situation right. I did not buy from their marketplace partner. I bought from walmart. NEVER AGAIN will I leave one cent in this store again.
I'm more of an Amazon shopper (been a prime member for ages), but don't discount Walmart. Just like any retailer, some prices are competitive and some aren't. The website can be frustrating at times (searches can't seem to find items unless worded just so; sorting not always accurate; etc.). However, once I purchase, I have had no problems with online purchases. Packages have arrived on time without damage. Items are packed carefully. For items I don't want for whatever reason, returns have been easy and painless.
We shop there as they have what we are looking for under 1 roof. Returns are easy. Prices pretty good. We would like to see more US made stuff there.
Yesterday I was extremely upset from getting the run around trying to replace my broken t. V. Eunice in customer service at the Kearny, NJ Wal-Mart was very helpful. She managed to calm me down while being respectful and professional. She convinced me not to throw the tv away, she assured me that if I came back the next day she will help me personally. As promised she was there with a smile waiting for me.

I had ordered some things that did not come by the projected delivery date. Not only were they pushed back, but the date came and went and no items. I contacted their customer service and they told me that they saw the order was halted (meaning it was either delayed or lost) but since the delivery date had passed, they put in a replacement order and it shipped that day.
I actually ended up receiving both orders on the same day, so I ended up with double of what I ordered but their customer service was on point!
I ordered a hot tub cover. Walmarts site was easy to move around and find what I needed. Price was better than elsewhere.
You can visit walmart at your conveince one stop and you can buy any thing and more than what you need or came for and the prices are very good and competive

Walmart you can always wear your pajamas and they always have everything you need and more. Walmart clothes are the best and are such a resonable price. I love spending the day at walmart
I stopped using amazon because of horrible abuse of employees plus shipping is expensive. I can find almost anything on walmart.com. They are really trying to make this work for their customers, so service is great. Fast shipping. They probably have a jillion warehouses. Love the free ship to store. I hate the stores (depressing and ugly) so i wish the pickup was at the front, but i found a smaller store so i can easily be in and out in 5 minutes!
Waaaa. Waaaaa. They're closing my favorite ship to store, now I'll have to drive 5 miles to pick up. Just when I got used to great on line purchasing. Rats!
I wear a 3X and most tops are too short. Prices are not as competitive as other higher class stores. Start your shopping at other stores 1st. Customer service need improvement.
I generally order from Amazon, but decided to get a few things from Walmart.
It was 7 days when I finally called to check on one order and she said it was just sitting in "processing" mode; suggested I cancel the order and re-order! So, I canceled the order and it's been 24 hours and I've not received confirmation or a refund. (They also processed my payment when the order was placed, and not when shipped, so now waiting to get my money back so I can reorder the $110 order elsewhere!).
I waited 7 days on another order to pickup in the store; still waiting (8 days) for my final (and I do mean final) order to arrive in the store to pick up.
Amazon really makes this company look horrible in all aspects. I do all my shopping on line and get such good service from Amazon that maybe my expectations are too high?!
NOT a Walmart fan AT ALL!

I've had good service the several times I have used the. Com website. Everything was shipped on time, in good shape and enjoy shopping at Walmart.com
Prices are mostly fair, it is obvious they are hiking prices on some things but not others. They have a decent electronic center, whenever I go into a shop the people are very wise on it and helpful, and it helps that they will let you checkout stuff back there to save time on the lines up front hahaha~
I shop online through an incentive program with my Credit Union, and I found great deals. I would shop online more if they had free shipping, but I had a pretty good experience.
I order something from them they took money from card never receive item in they took forever to put money back on I love the prices on line but their customer service is worrible
I prefer Walmart.com verses the actual store any day. No long wait times, everything is in stock and I can have it delivered to my home or delivered to my store choice. Walmart's prices are rising along with everyone else's, but overall Walmart is still cheaper than most other retail stores. Thank God for their Christmas layaway program as well. A God send!
Wal-mart photo center is very good! I can order prints and make photo books and other gifts from my home. The prints have always been very nice-even the enlarged ones. The photo books are delightful gifts. I always have the items shipped to my home-it is much less expensive and sometimes items arrive before the date I have been given!
