However, significant concerns arise regarding delivery reliability, order accuracy, and customer service quality. Many reviews highlight frustrations with unfulfilled orders, inadequate support during issues, and negative interactions with staff. While some customers express loyalty and satisfaction with the overall shopping experience, others report feeling undervalued and dissatisfied, suggesting a need for improvements in communication, order management, and customer support to enhance overall service and restore confidence among shoppers.

I found walmart a good store, but most of the time their price is not updated. They are slow for their price updates. Thank you.
Why do customers have to stand at the checkouts waiting when their are always registers not being used?
I needed a mattress but never dreamed I would get a high quality one from a Wal-Mart Store. Turns out it was just as nice and reasonably priced.
Ordered a knife from Walmart.com for geocaching. These aren't available in store. Much of the on line products don`t make it to the store. Plus in-store sales help is very poor, unless you hunt them down and corner them they never offer to help you locate anything.
I buy a window blind on line. They sent me without the bracket I called them and they said they have to sent me a new one and return the old one. I got the replacement but the blind was cracked I used the first blind they sent me and took the bracket from the replacement and sent the replacement back with the sticker I printed from the first blind. They kept sending email to return it I told them I dropped it off at the Fed ex they billed my credit card one more time. I will never order anything from Walmart. One bitten twice shy... Eileen
I have never addressed this site and I believe they are trying to take money from me...
I ordered through Walmart online and selected to have the item shipped to my local store. The details of my order stated that my order would be received by 10/21/2015. UPS showed that they attempted delivery and the store asked that my delivery be rescheduled. Walmart customer service could not explain why this would happen and as of today I still do not have my merchandise. This was my first and last time using Walmart online.
I wanted to start ordering my dry goods / staples online. I tried walmart.com twice. The first order was damaged because they didn't pack it properly. So I complained and a week later received a replacement order. It took forever because they use Fedex Smartpost where Fedex delivers the package to the post office, and they the post office delivers it to your home. It takes twice as long because it is being delivered twice. So my second order I upgraded the shipping to a paid shipping method instead of the free shipping, but they still shipped it Fedex Smartpost. So my delivery is still going to take 7 days. I called to complain, and they said they didn't know why it happened, but would refund my shipping cost. So not only will my order take way too long, I had to waste of bunch of time calling, talking to people in Guatemala. The idea of shopping online to avoid the hassle of shopping at walmart stores really didn't work out. Walmart employees are the same low quality people whether in the store or online.
Update: I called again and asked the guy in Guatemala to transfer me to someone in the US. I asked the lady if she could reroute the package at Fedex to have them deliver it directly to me as I paid for instead of doing the smartpost thing. Instead she sent me a duplicate order via Fedex. So I ended up getting both. The funny thing is, the Smartpost order arrived a day after the replacement order and had damaged goods in it! So, they still can't pack, but if you call and complain they will send you a whole new order. I joined Amazon Prime, going to try them for dry goods. I don't know why it is so hard for walmart to do it right. They use heavy boxes and good packing material, but their employee does a poor job packing. Then you call and get an off shore operator that can do nothing to help. Again, I think from top to bottom the company just has poor employees.
Ordered two blinds on line; got them very quickly, and my order was accurate.
I don't know why people seem to think Wal-Mart is cheap. Their prices are very close or just as high as other retailers. But buying from their website do offer some releaf.
I have tried ordering online from Walmart several times, and its a hassle. The prices are good, but the service has a long way to go. If you order online its cheaper to pick up the item at the store. Well, good luck with that. Much of the time there is nobody in that department to help you, or if there is there is, they are busy with a line of people doing a basketfull of layaways, and you have to wait forever. Walmart badly needs to improve their efficiency if they want to compete with Amazon.
There's only one reason to shop at Walmart and we all know it's because the prices are low. I enjoy shopping here because the quality of produce to seems to be higher than some of the other discount food places around the area. The biggest selling point to me that you cannot beat the price.
I have contacted walmart.com NUMEROUS times to alert them that they have a product that is NOT gluten-free offered among their gluten-free products. For those who have celiac disease and are newly diagnosed, this could pose a serious problem. Each time I am told they share my concern, someone will be contacting me and that the problem will be taken care of. I never hear back and it's been WEEKS now and the product is STILL being offered in the GF section on their website. This indicates that Walmart is not concerned about it's celiac customers. I will be alerting members of my celiac support group of the poor customer service and to think twice before ordering anything.
I have always liked the variety of items and price tags of them that Walmart offers.
I ordered a card to pay for my Virgin Mobile phone plan and paid with Paypal. Within about 40 minutes I received an email stating that Walmart.com had cancelled my order.
The customer service agent that I contacted told me that Walmart.com was having problems with fraud on phone and gift card orders. He said that they run credit checks on customers and evidently my credit wasn't good enough (keep in mind that I had the cash balance in my Paypal account).
Walmart.com also informed me that my money would continue to be on hold for authorization for the next 48 hours, even though they cancelled my order.
After 3 phone calls to Walmart.com, I still don't understand how they justify a 48 hour account hold for an item order that they cancelled with 45 minutes.
I had the worst experience I have ever had with an on line order from Walmart.com sent to my local store. I ordered a parts item for an appliance a week ago, payment immediately posted, & I was emailed that my order would be ready Tue. 10-20, with confirmation to pick up to be sent prior. The date was changed to Wed. 10-21, but email that shipment received was never sent. Even so, I called the store on Wed. And was told it was there for pickup. I adjusted my plans, arrived at store, and was told that they could not release it to me because it was not in their system. I waited for nearly and hour and a half at the counter to get an item that I had ALREADY paid for! The associate repeatedly (all day, AND while I was standing there) tried to get through by phone to Walmart.com to get this straightened out. Finally reaching a real person to help with this, they STILL could not get the item to show in the system! (The person on the phone said there was a "glitch")
I asked a manager at store to help and she said she couldn't do anything! I was at the counter the entire time. The person on the phone said the only thing she could do is "cancel" the transaction, issue a refund in 5-7 days, and that I could pay a 'second' time in store before I left... leaving me NO verification that I would ever get the credit card refund!
This whole scenario is VERY unacceptable, UNPROFESSIONAL, and literally disgusting, considering the massive size of a retailer Walmart is! Having this been my first experience with a Walmart.com purchase, I literally can't believe how terribly this was handled and can't believe others are willing to be served by such an unprofessional establishment.
When I called Walmart.com later, they said there was no way that I can be given a credit in this manner, after paying in the store.
That was the my limit!
Never Walmart.com again, hoping others at least are warned!
It's not necessarily due to lower prices. For me, and I'm sure this sounds anal or petty if you're reading this, but one of the things that absolutely drives me nuts is when a cashier asks me If I found everything OK."
It's one of the most profoundly inappropriate and stupid questions for a retailer to ask a customer, and here's why:
When that question is asked, it literally means, "did you find everything you brought up to the check-out stand OK."
It should be obvious to anyone that has a mentality of at least one point above plant life, that the customer MUST have found the merchandise they've brought to the check-out stand OK!
At Walmart, the check-out experience is always positive and you don't have to play "20-stupid questions" with the cashier!
I hate that the in store selection on so many items that you're forced to buy online or so elsewhere. For example, have you noticed that more than half of laundry detergent selection is all Tide? Oh they have everything tide! But only 2, maybe 3 selections of Cheer. Same with TENA products. There's so many things that if you want them you have to order it, then you either have to pay some ridiculous shipping fee or wait two weeks to pick it up at Site to Store. I've found that many things aren't eligible for site to store. I feel like I'm being strong armed into buying the brand they want push. Which by the way, I know Walmart won't carry a product unless they can get a ridiculous mark-up.
I am very happy and i appreciate not it's services i also appreciate it's quality. Everything is going very excellent.
