I buy a lot of household supplies from them such as cleaners, brooms, trash cans, etc. I have bought Lee brand jeans for myself from them. I buy some food from them and dog treats (not Old Roy). They have a wide variety of items, and in general, their prices are pretty good. I am not thrilled with ordering online. I placed an order recently, and it was shipped item by item.
Paid for item from online store; item showed as payment completed. Note from Walmart.com says they won't charge till item ships. Called 800 # to check on order and told no order and NO PAYMENT received! Stated to me that "sometimes we have system problems and there's problems with orders going through... what we have here is a GHOST ORDER"... really? Gee I didn't pay with ghost money? Very RUDE TREATMENT! Spoke to "Yolanda in Corporate Office" and she was the rudest! When she became rude I asked for her supervisor and she said I wouldn't be speaking to anyone other than her! UNBELIEVABLE!
Update: After Extensive Time Invested into the where & when: Item received. Spoke to someone higher than "Yolanda" and treated much better. Item finally received.
Walmart's management is too smart. They know how to provide amazing services to customer.

It seemed simple to order online and have shipped to the store! It was till it got to the store the site said it was at store and ready for pick up! Went to store and it wasn't there! Had to call store manager after hours we got our package!
Convenient. That's the number one reason for using Walmart.com. Same low price as my local store, not at all inflated. Free shipping over $50 and that's never a problem for me (stock up on some paper goods). Especially great when ordering heavy grocery items, they get delivered to my door. My disappointment comes when things I want are "store only." Ran into this with my kitties' favorite canned foods, and occasional other purchases. If everything were available, this would be a 5 star review.
What a terrible experience!
Day 1: I was enticed to make a purchase on an item that was marked down. The "original" price was way beyond reality, but the sale price would have saved me a few dollars over another vendor. So I opened a Walmart.com account.
Day 2: My brand new Walmart account was hacked (from their end), and some criminal bought a $200 GoPro that was subsequently charged to my debit card.!
I found out about it quite by accident, and notified Walmart and my bank. Big hassle with my back, canceling my debit card and so on. Walmart was nonchalant about it..."Well, this kind of thing happens from time to time..." (That's word for word). No apology.
Day 10: The product arrives, and is only 10% of the order.
Day 11: Walmart.com customer service pawns me off on the vendor. Called the vendor... they wouldn't send the rest of the order. Argued the point, then would only agree to return and refund. Sent me the info on the refund, which didn't even include my original shipping cost. Eventually got them to fix that.
Bottom line: Huge hassle on EVERY level, and not a darned thing to show for it.
Never buying from Walmart.com again.

Walmart is my go to place to shop online for all of my bathroom, kitchen, cleaning and house-wear needs. Where else can I get low prices AND have it delivered?!
They're really great about errors, problems, tracking packages, etc. Anytime I've had a problem with an order the issue was always resolved very quickly.
The only thing I will NOT do is buy any type of warranty with them. The company Walmart goes through for their warranty coverage is really, really bad customer service; delays even acknowledging that you contacted them. So for my electronics I shop elsewhere.
Walmart.com is the place to get your inexpensive items, gadgets, and clothing needs filled quickly and easily with an outstanding online shopping experience! You can get all of it shipped straight to your front door for less than you would pay in gas!
Their site is easy to use, offers free site-to-store and usually cheaper than in store prices. You can even see if they have an item in stock at your local store, so you save a trip! :D
I just purchased a tent to store heavy equipment for the winter. The price was the best I found anywhere and the deal was bundled with sides, front and back. Most items are good quality. HOWEVER, after 3 return trips they finally found the 2nd half of my order, even though the item was there all along with a picture on the outside. This area is severely understaffed with just one poor soul running back and forth from desk to warehouse.
I love the shop online and pick up at the store feature at Walmart.

Shipping is a little pricey, so picking it up at the store is a good alternative.
I never seen a place make something so easy so complicated.
The pages take for ever to load and that is at a 65 MBPS internet speed.
First you have to find your item. Then wait for the page to load so you can go look at it. Now that you see it, Then you have to check store availability. Which is another page. Also now make sure second time by checking to see if it is same day pick up. OR is it on line only items. They need to keep online only items on an online only page. Most things they say they don't have, well go look. Usually they are sitting right there on the shelf.
Take an aspirin before going on line to Walmart.com
Now to reveal the number one store in Middletown Oh. For low prices. Walmart. Next, the number one place for items laying in the isles, empty spaces on the shelves, no one around to help if you need assistance and the worst customer service ever. Walmart wins again. Now how many businesses in a small city have the honor of ranking #1 in all categories? This is why the Meijer parking lot usually has more vehicles, even though their prices are higher.
I purchased a bike for my son on walmart.com. When I rcvd the bike it was damaged, by shipping I suppose? Badly damaged! I contacted walmart.com and they would not help, said that the bike was shipped third party. I paid for this bike through walmart.com. Walmart.com took my money, not some third party! Walmart has refused to help this matter! I will never shop on walmart.com or walmart again.

The website is brilliant, prices are very fair on some things, and much less fair on others, just like any store. The 1 thing that knocks this place down and ensures I will use the site sparingly but NEVER go to a physical store is of course, the employees. Not once in over ten years have I had to call customer service about an order, or gone into a store and asked a simple question have I ever gotten a direct answer for what I asked. If I call in, I have to be transferred 2-3 times to get to someone who knows how to read their own system to tell me it will be "another few days" without anything specific. If I go to a store and ask where something is I get a waving point "over there" and nothing more. I have no idea where these people come from but they are the reason for declining society.
I have to say ordering online and shipping into the store is a pain. Takes forever to get anything! Lesson learned.
Never had a problem with any orders I have made. The ship to store option is a pain only because after they text you to come get it you have to find the area to pick it up at then wait for someone to come help you so its not so conveinent as it sounds. Other than that no problems
