While scrolling through this horrible website on your phone, be prepared to not be able to browse because every 2 seconds a pop up to download "free apps" shows up and you continually will have to press the back button multiple times as the stupid app screen reloads. You barely can even view any items because how many stupid app download ads show up!
I have ordered clothing and it fits perfectly its exactly what color I ordered everything would strongly recommend for low prices and Good quality
While it is a legitimate site and you receive your shipments on time; the website is just horrible. It is slow it freezes my computer every time I get on.
Ordered a new fridge for an apartment I rent to a disabled lady and it was supposed to arrive Dec 23 which was important because her grandchildren was coming for Xmas, On the 24th I get an email it has been delayed until the 27th. It originally shipped from Fresno CA; a 2 hour drive to it destination in Bakersfield. Ruined her holiday. It was ordered Dec15th so IF it arrive on the 27th it took them 12 days to move it a 2 hour drive. I had other options but ordered from Walmart. Com based on delivery date. No response to messages and calls; jerks, They do not care,
On December 18, I ordered a ps4,32"tv, and extra controller. Paid extra to have it delivered sooner. It did not arrive on December 23, so I called Walmart.com to see what was going on. They told me it would be 3 more days until my order was processed due to Christmas and gave me a 10% discount and free shipping. On December 26, I checked my Walmart. Com account to see if my order had been shipped. What a surprise to find out my order was CANCELLED. My funds in my account not touched. They just did not want to give me the discount that was offered to me. I will NEVER buy anything else from Walmart. They ruined my children's Christmas.
They are okay to work with my biggest problem is the speed of there site. I can order 50 things from another site by the time I can look up 2 items on their site. As big as Walmart is you would think they would take time and work on this issue. But they don't.
There used to be a time when Walmart was AMAZING. I would always say it was better than going to Nordstroms or some other fancy store. Not so much anymore.
One of the MAIN problems is Walmart DOES NOT allow anyone to compliment their employees. Back when Walmart was amazing and fantastic, I remember spending hours and hours writing several compliments about individual employees at one time or another.
I would email them or snail mail the compliments to District Managers or to Corporate hoping to get the compliment into someone's hands who would at the very least tell the employee they got a kudos from a customer. But each and EVERY time (upon my revisit) I would ask the employee if they were told of my letter. Each and EVERY time I was told they had heard nothing of it.
After a while I just gave up and stopped writing kudos. It was a waste of my time. I guess the REALLY outstanding employees just felt it was also a waste of their time too. Most of them over the years have moved on. I don't see them in Walmart anymore. The few I still see around have changed. Oh they still do their jobs... but there isn't that extra going out of the way for the customer anymore.
Maybe this is what Walmart wanted in the first place. Maybe Walmart wanted them to be more like robots that just do their jobs and shut up. But, I miss the days when I would feel special just by going to Walmart.
I used to go there with any extra cash I had and buy all my items there. I would go there and buy stuff when I didn't need anything at all. I just liked going. It was a fun experience.
Now, I only go to Walmart for the necessities. I spend my fun cash at Best Buy and Ashley's Furnature and now online at SammyDress and Alex NLD. In the past, Walmart would have gotten every penny because, at that time, my family and I didn't shop anyplace else... ever.
I learned a long time ago that people are not always motivated by money. A LOT of people are motivated by appreciation. If Walmart top brass could have passed on the compliments from me and other customers, I believe it would still be the awesome place it once was. Now it is just ehhh OK and that is a darn shame.
The vision center at the Rio Rancho location is excellent. The staff is friendly, and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.
Ordered two Razor Lux 5 scooters for Grandchildren on 12/12/15. Guaranteed shipment to arrive at local Walmart on 12/18/15. One arrived on that date. Tracked shipping information provided by Walmart and the second scooter listed as shipped. No information from Walmart so on 12/22/15 I emailed customer service. Was advised that there were "issues" on an email from Walmart.com. Several emails later Walmart.com finally admitted the shipment was lost or stolen or misplaced. The offer to replace that item would not arrive until 1/7/16. No we are sorry, we will expedite shipment, nothing. There will be no joyful scooter rides for the Grandchildren this Christmas. Beware!
Okay I'm sure everyone been to Walmart but why order online when you can just go there? And sometimes you look up things to see if they are still in Stock and that's the good thing. But if I was to buy on walmart.com I rather go to Walmart myself. Why? Bc why pay for shipping when you can just go there?
I can't shop bc it keeps popping up some stupid apps and advertisements. I hate the Walmart website and I will never use it again
If you are looking for a deal, Walmart works well. Don't expect high quality though. There's a reason the prices are so low.
There is such a huge range of products that it more than makes up for the rather poor employee service. (Which is probably the business motto.)
No problems shopping online with this store. Great products and quick shipping and or store pickup. As well as liberal return policy.

I ordered several toys for my great niece for Christmas thru Walmarts site. They wouldn't deliver to my closest Walmart for some unknown reason so I had it delivered to the next closest one. One item was in stock and available immediatley, the rest had to come from the warehouse which took about a week. They kept sending me notices that the first item needed to be picked up. I called and checked to be sure they would hold it until all items came in and I was assured they would. When everything came in, my son in law picked it up. When he got it home, the warehouse shipped items were there but the in stock item wasn't. It turns out that even though all the items were ordered together, Walmart broke the order up into 3 invoices and no one at the pick up site caught it. Before I could call Walmart the next day, I got an email stating they had cancelled the order due to non pick up. I ended up ordering the toy through Amazon and it was delivered to my door. I won't be using Walmart online again.
Wal-Mart's website is unexciting but it gets the job done. Prices can be competitive but the shipping policy cannot match Amazon. What creeps me out a bit though, is that after you look at an item on the website you often get an email from them a day or so later, saying, essentally, "why didn't you buy this?" I find that kind of tracking to be unacceptable.
I shop at walmart.com on a regular basis and I have never been disappointed. Customer service is the best!
