I do go to Walmart.com on mobile a lot. Not very user friendly, I'd really like to see this improved. I had troubles during Black Friday and Christmas, maybe I should expect that. I know it's a crazy time, but had issues knowing what was actually in stock and what was not. I could be expecting too much, not sure to be honest. But getting that great gift at a great price is the point, right? I see many improvements needed.
I love Walmart but, trying to shop on their website is like someone giving you a paper cut on your eyeball every 2 seconds. I get so frustrated, I leave the site. With ALL THE MONEY they make you'd think the website would be tolerable. It's hell. Fire your IT people Walmart!
I totally stay away from walmart, currently a lot of their items are not even from Walmart. Prices are not so cheap, but the merchandise is.

I've had excellent service with walmart.com. They ship most items right away. And online you can get what you are looking for better than going to the store yourself. The CS is on the ball with your request right away. I highly recommend them.

I go to the Walmart in Midwest City, Oklahoma and every time i go there the service is great, but this time was different it was a couple of days prior to xmas and i had called to find out if they had the shopskins season 4 and the girl on the phone had said they had lots of them, so i get in the car and go down there and to find out they were out, was not sure if she said it to get me off the phone, but went to the customer service area and the girl working had just got there and they were tryng tofind out who was there answering the phones, well she helped me and none where no where until she came around the corner and there were carts full of shopskins and all season were mix in and she found 4 boxes of the season 4, and she went through the carts and she was very helpful and help me and i really appericated her help, and just wanted to say the service workers are great at the midwest city, walmart the best
You can get great deals on things and pick them up at the store. You can return defective items to the store for a refund. You do want to be careful to buy from walmart and not one of their "partners" they let advertise on the site. They won't return those items.
Purchased new in 2014. 90 days Walmart Warranty and 1 Yr. Factory Warranty. It lasted about 18 months. Light household use. No help from Panasonic or Walmart. It filled the kitchen with foul smoke and was still pouring smoke when I shut it off. Appears to be a possible fire hazard.

Owners are worth 120 Billion and their workers are paid very little with no benefits. Forced many manufacturers to move to China to make more profits. You will never see me in a Walmart store.

I did a ton of shopping on walmart.Com this year and received EVERYTHING before Xmas (unlike other sites that promised the same) everything was packed properly, no damages, awesome gifts, great prices and all shipping was free :)
Talk about saving me trouble! I check for items on Amazon and Walmart. Especially at Christmas when shopping is a huge pain and I have even less time than my usual lack of time. Whoever has it cheaper, I purchase online. Amazon ships to my door- free with Prime (totally worth it). Walmart ships to my door if I want, but usually I do Site To Store, and pick up within hours to a few days, depending on availability. No lines, no hassle, and still have Walmart's great return policy!
Walmart.com offers everything a person needs at an affordable price
Walmart.com used to be a very consumer friendly website; but like I said, "used to be". Now, their search engine couldn't find its own butt with both hands. Also, many items are listed with no count on the ad with the the picture of the product so small that you cannot read the count or weight; so, you must put in into your cart in order to read the count or weight. Then, best of luck to you with that for Walmart.com has no "remove" this item from cart button and that within itself triggers at least 2 emails per week reminding you that you left something in your cart. In addition, Walmart in general, handles many Chinese items which have labeling mistakes, e.g., men's adult diapers in XL size states sizes 38 to 64. I am a 52 with a relatively small butt for my weight and could not get these on. So, the B. C. I. C.(big Chinaman in Charge) of labeling must have been dyslexic and the size should have been 38 to 46... not 64; I thought that that might have exceeded any logical possibility of accuracy being able to stretch from a size 38 unto a 64; but like a fool, I bought a package.
Shop at Walmart and support Sam Walton's various greedy wives... Used to be the cheapest place to purchase US MADE items, now its just a potpourri of Chinese made crap. Even their food is tainted. You can't count on Walmart to do the right thing. Sam must be turning over in his grave...
Large range of merchandise, good prices but not the best quality. Get what you pay for.
