I RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO COMPUTERS ONLINE FROM WALMART.COM IT WAS NOT DIVULGED UNTIL AFTER THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT THEY TOLD, ME THAT ONE OF THE COMPUTERS COULD NOT BE RETURNED TO WALMART IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO A PLACE CALLED BARGIN STATION, AND OF COURSE THAT IS THE COMPUTER I DECIDED TO RETURN, THE ONE I KEPT WAS THE ONE RETURNABLE TO THE STORE. FIRST OFF I HAD A HARD TIME FINDING A RETURN ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS PLACE, FINALLY DID HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING WHICH WAS ABOUT TWENTY SOME DOLLARS WHICH OK I CAN HANLDE. BUT THE BIG THING THAT WAS ALSO DIVULGED UNTTIL AFTER THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT IS THAT THERE WAS A 40% RESTOCKING FEE WHICH WAS OVER A 100 DOLLARS ON THIS COMPUTER THAT COST 600 DOLLARS WHICH WAS SICKING... HAD I KNOWN THAT UPFRONT I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE COMPUTER THAT COULD NOT BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE STORE. SO BEWARE WHEN SHOPPING ON WALMART.COM. NOT EVERYTHING IS RETURNABLE TO THE STORE! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING EVER OFF THEIR WEBSITE. 12/20/15 BARB J. PS I ALSO I USED PAYPAL TO PAY FOR IT AND AM TRYING TO GET MY RESTOCKING FEE REFUNDED THROUGH THEM AND THAT ISN'T WORKING WELL EITHER.
Never trust walmart.com for Christmas. Customer service lies. They lied to me so many times during one transaction, they just dont care. You would have better luck writing Santa to get that gift under the tree. Walmart corporate never responded to our email or calls. Lesson learned Walmart, lesson learned.
I called customer service for assistance ordering a vacuum cleaner that was on sale and wanted to use my Savings Catcher money towards purchase. I was told I had to call back after cyber Monday to have the savings catcher money released. I asked if I waited til Tuesday if I was still able to get the vacuum at the sale price. I was assured yes and that she would make a note of it. She gave me a reference number so when I called back I could reference her promise to sell me the vacuum at sale price. But that did not happen. I was told that the item was a Black Friday item and I could no longer get it at that price. Ok but why was I told differently. I would have bought the vacuum that first day I called had I known Wal-Mart was not going to honor what they told me. Even if what the sales representative told me was incorrect you honor your word. PERIOD. I am very saddened that like most of the world Wal-Mart lies too. Sam Walton was a man of integrity but I can see his family is NOT!.
Ordered 4 gift cards on Dec 6. Estimated arrival Dec 11. Today is Dec 20 and I called 3 times since my initial order waiting on hold no less than 30 minutes each time. Since it was a shipping delay, Walmart instructed me to "take it up with FedEx"! FedEx's phone support will suck the life out of you because they never even answered after waiting more than 30 mins on hold. Back to Walmart.con I go (yes I said Walmart.con). Walmart now told me that they shipped via FedEx Smart Post. What that means is that my gift cards were released from a warehouse using FedEx packaging, but this inferior method of shipping requires that FedEx - hands off to the post office to complete the delivery. From past experience, once "SlowPost" is involved, it takes another 7 days to deliver. FedEx cannot provide an estimated delivery and USPS has no info yet, so I have decided to buy Target gift cards instead. I will simply walk into a store and save myself the headache of dealing with Walmart. When (or if) my gift cards finally arrive in the mail, I will then need to return them since I will have no need for them AFTER the holidays. However, to make matters worse, Walmart's return policy on gift cards does not allow me to mail them back- I MUST GO INTO A STORE AND WAIT IN THOSE LINES WITH HUNDREDS OF SHOPPERS WITH AFTER XMAS GIFT RETURNS in order to get my refund. UGH!

I placed my first order. Total fail. Everything they told me was wrong. Never got the order after waiting two weeks. They are no Amazon. I am confident that some day they will do better but till then I will count on Amazon.
Need to work on customer service. Tons of better sites with better customer service then walmart.com.

walmart.com is a hit or miss type of online site. Their rejected or 'seconds' merchandise, especially clothing, is often sold online to the unsuspecting public. If it looks lousy upon delivery it's usually because it was a reject item to begin with. Add to that most of their merchandise is shipped directly from China, often of poor manufacturing.
Ordered an item on 12/11. Here it is 12/16 and I have not even received an e-mail confirmation that the item has shipped or, as I originally requested, was canceled as I could not change the shipping address. When I called Walmart.com, young lady told me I would receive an e-amil wishing 48 hours on the item's status. No e-mail was sent! The customer service is lousy, lousy, lousy.
Placed order on 11/30/2015. Order was said to ship on 12/11/2015. It is now 12/16/2015 and the order has still not arrived. I have called Walmart.com 3 times and have been given a different story every time. As of this morning I was told they have lost my order and now I will have to be reimbursed but it will take 7 days before I get my money back. First time shopping from walmart.com and it will be my last time as well.
Every single one of my 7 items shipped separately. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still have only recieved half of my order. They shipped a $2.97 pack of AAA batteries in its own box that could have held an average size aquarium. Shipping speeds and consistency are all over the place. Target and Amazon are much faster and more efficient. Would not order from Walmart.com again.

I love shopping at walmart.com. I have been shopping online with them several years now. I also love that they are part of a marketplace where you can order just about ANYTHING. Returns are easy and shipments are fast.
Not much to say here. I placed my order for a few shirts on December 13 and it was shipped almost immediately. It is estimated to arrive between December 19-22, which is fantastic timing for Christmas season, despite the business being one of the largest in the market. My only complaint is their lack of real discounts on items they say are discounted. They supposedly give the original price of items they have discounted, but when looking at prices on other websites, the discount is clearly just clickbait.
You can either have items shipped home or in store pick up and i have never paid shipping charges. We also have walmart grocery which is amazimg. You order, they pack it for you and load ur car at pick up no charge or tipping
Who doesn't know that you can find most anything at WalMart? And, you can pick it up in-store and not pay shipping! Make a point of picking up at off hours though, cause the line can be long otherwise.
