Walmart Regina
October 8, 2022

Blew another $40 at this dump and as I was walking out an Employee gives me a dirty look and then asks to see my Receipt. Shocked I gave it to him and then I asked him why he wants my receipt? Basically he says Store policy! What to discriminate against your customers and make them look like thieves? Did he ask everyone else the same question when leaving? Of coarse not! The managers don't answer their phones, so if you have a complaint they don't give a sh! T! Stay away from this dump, unless as a customer you like being treated as a bloody criminal. They hate customers I guess. Next head office (doubt they give a Flying f&ck either)! There are lots of other stores with the same prices and WAY better products and management!

Order was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted walmart.com. They advised a refund for that item. It was the bike my grandson wanted so I took him to the local Walmart here in our town and bought one there. It was $138 with taxes.$29 more than the one ordered online.
I was told a $109 refund would be given for the mis-delivered item
I was also given a $10 promocode for "eligible" items. I I attempted to place an order for 4 items but reversed my order because when I entered the promocode...it errored showing no eligible items were ordered...

1. I did not mis-deliver the item.
2. I shouldn't have to be penalized for FedEx error.
3. The credit should be for my discretion on anything ordered.
4. I should have been reimbursed for the difference

What happened to the organic milk price?
October 4, 2022

I buy several items at Walmart... because the price is lower than anyone else. Crackers, soup, canned fruit, canned veggies, and before yesterday... organic whole milk. How can a gallon of milk go from 5.98 to 6.98 in one day? That is quite the increase. The milk tastes great... but at that price I'll be going back to Costco. Bummer... you're right down the street.

Terrible
September 30, 2022

Walmart, store, website, app... They are all terrible. Shows different prices for items depending on if you go on app or website. Items supposedly not in stock for pickup that are in store. Shipped items going missing on a regular basis. Pickup items being expired or opened... Mystery charges on my account. Non existent customer service. Why is this company not investigated?

Sick and tired of how this site of theirs is for incels and lazy asses who are afraid to get our of their cars or the front door of there house.
I want to know if exactly what I want is actually in my local store so I can actually drive there and actually looking at it before I actually buy it IN PERSON!
I don't care to deal with Billy Bob's Outer Elbonia Imports even if they are a Walmart Affiliate or whatever.
I don't want to wait 1-3days to get what I used to be able to walk in and buy in person.
I can't trust them to tell me what's really in stock a sure as heck can't trust them enough to place an order online.

The excuse from Walmart was it's no longer in stock. The truth is: I ordered an instock baby onesie for delivery and was given any date to deliver. What Walmart doesn't tell you is if you don't deliver immediately and the instock item is sold out before the offered delivery date your don't get the present. What I got instead were emails confirming the day to deliver up until the day of delivery then on the day of delivery the item was sold to others. I was refunded my money. I was told by CS that is how Walmart works their system but nowhere was there a warning telling me This is a hidden policy. Walmart does not care about babies, families or the customer because if they did they would tell you the problem with deliveries and product management.

DO NOT SUBSITUTE OTHER ITEMS FOR WHAT I ORDERED. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH, THIS IS FRAUD. If i had wanted those other items I would have ordered them. I already rejected buying those off the shelf when I was in wm numerous times looking for the specific items I later ordered. I was told they were available online instead of on the shelf now. The page showed them as available and I ordered. Then wm made substituions on the very items I went to the extra trouble to shop for and order. Total rip off on wm's part.

September 24, 2022

Yeah they delivered my item and took a picture at someone else's house I have no clue where it is I've ridden up and down my neighborhood... and they make it hard as heck to get in touch with someone I mean you have to really search all over to contact someone to tell them what happened I won't be using them again they don't know what they're doing I don't know they don't even know who delivered it. UPS USPS or whatever they don't even know
It wasn't wrapped in a package it just a big box says Keurig on it and you know they're going to keep it and not give it to me cuz I don't even know if it had my address on it very half-assed do not order anything online from them go pick it up in the store. Here's a picture of it at someone else's house my house is blue with a blue door. In my house number is right on my house clear for everyone to see Amazon has never missed it with 100 packages this year

Go elsewhere
September 22, 2022

Bought Goodyear tires through Walmart online. Was sent tires that were manufactured 4 years prior to installing on the car. Tires went bad after 12,000 miles (rated for 60,000 miles). Walmart says they have a 90 day return policy. How does that apply to tires. Customer service is horrible, can't understand person on the phone. Was told that if tires were bought at Walmart Tire Center with tire hazard they offer there they would have prorated with new tires. These tires were not available through the Walmart store. Very displeased with how this was handled but I guess Walmart doesn't really care as shown by their reaction to this matter. Will go elsewhere for our tires.

No Customer Service
September 21, 2022

On Saturday, September 10,2022, I took my vehicle into the service center at Walmart located at ******* Shelbyville Rd, Middletown, KY! The oil change was properly done, HOWEVER, the employee did not put any type of covering on my seat- which he let dirty and smelling, he adjusted my mirrors and seat, I'm assuming to fit his need; he also changed my radio station, why, I have no clue. The worst part was standing outside the service center after my vehicle was completed waiting on the technician to finish driving my car around the facility for more than 9 minutes!
I spoke to the manager who apologized for the tech not putting plastic/paper on the seats and he offered to "wipe my seat off" and because the employee left my vehicle smelling, he offered me some incense!
This is very unacceptable, and it is also unacceptable that I called your customer care line on four different occasions and the store manager has NOT got back to me, instead, the hourly employee who I spoke with on September 10,2022, again offered to "wipe my seat off and give me some incense"! Truly very unprofessional on Walmart's part. I will be letting others on all of my social media accounts how you treat and value your customers- YOU DON'T.

Double check your sales receipt
September 20, 2022

Double check your sales receipt
On September 18,2022, at approximately 12:15 PM, I entered Walmart # ******* on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls, Texas. There were two clothing racks inside the front door on the north side of the building. The rack on the west side had a sign, "Everything $1 Over ride at register."

A customer was asking a Walmart associate a question concerning the prices. After she finished, I asked, and the Walmart associate confirmed that everything on the west rack was $1.

I took three items marked $1 to the self-checkout counter. The first one rang up at $5. The shirt had two marked tags—one for $3 and a clearance tag for $1. I got the attention of an associate. He told me it was going to cost me $5.

After, I asked for a manager. The manager said the price was $3. I showed her the $1 tag. She answered that she did not care. I went to the rack, removed the sign, and showed it to the same manager. She repeated she did not care. I explained that to her I had bought two almost identical shirts Thursday for $1 each. She said that was Thursday, this is today.

I asked for another manager who rubber-stamped what the first manager said. Somewhere in the exchange, it was implied I had added the $1 tag. I had two shirts with the same logo. The second one did not have a $3 tag. It only had the $1 tag. I was told someone from apparel would have to approve the override. They were not going to call anyone from clothing for me. I taped the sign to some water bottles by the register and took a photo.

I went in search of someone who worked in the apparel department. After a few minutes of searching, I found an apparel associate. She told me she had been told earlier to reduce everything on that rack to $1. There appeared to be some tension concerning that rack before I arrived. She went with me to the register and told the checkout associate the three items I had were $1 each. (I was not the only person having problems with prices.) The associate who checked me out said he had overheard my conversation with the managers.

Attached is a photo of the sign, the shirt, the sales receipt, and a photo of the first manager.
All this should be a moot point because the shirt was clearly and professionally tagged for $1.

I believe this situation is covered in the Texas Penal Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)

Walmart used to have a "Price Match Policy." Recently I found two identical items with different prices on them at Walmart. I was going to be charged different prices for the same item. I left the higher-priced item at check out.

The computers in Walmart have been raising prices before the old prices were raised on the shelves. Walmart now ignores the prices on the shelves.

Let Walmart Do The Work When Package Not Delivered
September 19, 2022

Walmart, seemly to increase profits in time for its executives' Christmas bonuses, has abolished staffing its online Help with human beings. Ordered 4 items, Order # **************. 1 item was "delayed" indefinitely so canceled. 1 item delivered on time. 1 item was "arriving late," then "arriving early," still not arrived. The suspense is killing. 4th item supposedly "Delivered" 09/06/23 but actually not. Contacted Walmart, clicked on Help, clicked on Chat - no human, after clicking this, selecting that, clicking this - screen popped up said had to wait 48 hours because shippers sometimes mark item delivered when not yet delivered. Wait. What? Walmart is aware of its shippers false delivery claims and is okay with that? Anyway, waited 48 hours, back to online Help, had to go through the same click, select, click nonsense then instructed to call *******546. Did that, pre-programmed voice informed that had to wait another 48 hours. Did that. Back to online Help, had to go through the same click, select, click nonsense then instructed to call *******500. So, I called - my bank and disputed the charge. Charge reversed. Let Walmart jump through hoops now. Everyone should follow and do the same. Package not delivered. Just cancel the charge. Let Walmart put in the work. You've already worked ONCE for your money.

Incomplete order sent

I ordered 6 items they sent only 5. This happens so often that I'm no longer going to buy from Wal-Mart. I will order from Amazon even if it cost me more. Wal-Mart has the worse employees/customer service in the whole U.S.A.
