I found an item I thought was 11.00, checked the white label below it to make sure, when I got to the register it was 20.00! I pointed out the error to the cashier, she looked up the item on her app and it was listed at 20.00!
I will never shop there again and will continue to post reviews. I am on disability, in a wheelchair and every penny counts, especially in this economy.
I went to Walmart in Victorville on Palmdale/395 hwy Sat 11/5/22. Was supposed to be a simple 20 min shopping trip that turned into a little over an hour. The shopping was easy, the problem was with the Lady at the register. She double charged for headset, and for 4 motor oils. I purchased 1 headset and bought 3 motor oils, plus 3 other items. I paid with my credit card, when she gave me the Bill, I looked it over, I began to ask her why she DBL chrgd and why 4 motor oils, she proceeded to give credit of $9.28 only. I had to call the manager to get this cleared up. The Lady (employee) at register proceeded to continue her loud interruption while the Mgr took care of the problem. Surprisingly the Mgr didn't tell her to STOP and just go about helping the customers at her register. Mgr had to refund the $23.62, and cancel the total transaction to get the right amount to be chrgd.
I bought a Halloween costume from the Walmart website. The costume did not arrive until November 4th. I tried to return the costume because I had already bought a Halloween costume for October 31st. We took the costume back to Walmart and they OPENED the package that I did not open! Then they would not take the costume back even though I had ALLL of the paperwork! I will NEVER buy anything from Walmart.com again! They are horrible!

Do not do grocery pickup because the staff are $#*!ing turtles. Once I had to wait 2 HOURS for my pickup order and someone could drive up and get their order before us even though we have been waiting for 2 HOURS. I prefer target 100% more than wal-fart
They have always treated me fairly and even if there is a mistake made they go out of their way to make it good.

The Walmart in Fort Worth on Avondale Haslet Road ST# ******* would not accept Manufacturer Coupons, that are valid at any store, because the coupon said Kroger on part of the paper - since they were mailed out by Kroger. Macie is the rudest manager I have ever spoken to. She made up every excuse she could think of, all invalid and ignorant, not to accept them. Example coupon attached. Terrible customer service!

Leaf Blower Model SF8A509 [email protected]. Purchased from WalMart on 10/4/20. One battery junk will not charge and gets very hot trying to. It could have caught fire in my garage if I was not paying attention to it and left it on overnight? WalMart service said they contacted them on my behalf on 10/22/20 saying what the issue was. They were instantly back to me saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. No one did, I e-mail WalMart service again no answer. 3 days later e-mailed WalMart again no answer. 7 days later e-mailed WalMart again no answer. Filed it again early today 10/29/20 got the same BS someone will contact you in 48 hours. Told them I want to return the hole blower. No answer so far? Most things that I find out later are from China I have had nothing but issues. Amazon same thing BUT Amazon refunded my money instantly.
WalMart should buy American products and OR products that THEY stand behind them... for the quality and care of us the consumer. Woke up to 5 charges on my account totaling $214. The scammer tried to keep ordering but that was the limit on my card. Called Walmart to see what was going on and they were no help. DONOT KEEP YOU CARD INFORMATION ON WALMART.COM. I truly believe its a vendor who hacked my Walmart account. Why would some order $200 worth of Lysol from a Walmart vendor and ship it to my address and have 2 pickups in my name. This makes no sense. The only people to profit from this ordeal would of been the vendor the order was made at, Office Depot, llc pro seller. Be aware and never leave you cards on file because people are desperate out here and these corporations who allow them on their site don't care!

On order# ************** for $349.64, I ordered these items and in the special delivery instruction block I left the following "I am disabled and use a walker. I need this delivered to the back porch". This is not what happened. It was delivered by you delivery service down stairs in front of the garage. I have called customer service many times and have been lied to and hung up on many, many times. Again I was always calm. All I want is a full refund of the $349.64 for the mistake that your company's deliver system made in spite of the special instructions that I left on your order site that you all asked for.
I bet that if I had letters for a name and claimed that I am of the letters that I would get all kinds of help and resolution.

I called walmart they said that the would give me a $107 credit on the card that originally use. That was over a 3 weeks and a half ago and nothing. Just promises.
**As of 10/18/22 I called back to see where the escalation of my problem that they instant messaged me on a couple of days earlier. They told me that I would not get a refund and walmart will never do it.
You cannot get decent service on their website. Basic items like butter and hamburger buns are unavailable for over a month. When you call customer service you don't get the US. Today I got Egypt. Since Door Dash quit them same day delivery is is often unavailable. The only reason I still shop online is because that is the only option available to me. I'm a home bound disabled senior on EBT. Thanks for making my hard life so much more painful.
Somebody hacked into the Walmart account and started buying transmission fluid all across the country using my account. I contacted Walmart multiple times and every time they have put it back on me and basically told me to get lost. I am tired of this and Walmart needs to take responsibility and be held accountable for their data breach in their own app.
If I could leave a negative 5 stars, I would! Other people have had the same experience using Walmart. Com site. My brand new card was compromised there by a online gambler! I never used the card anywhere else, so it had to be there. Just an FYI...

Horrible customer service. If your in person or trying to call in. I tried calling in today Five times at 10:45 Four times at 1pm and again Three times at 2pm. All it does is ring for 3 minutes then busy signal or discounts the call. Noone picks up a phone unless its their personal cell phone. When in store No one is working nor want to help you. Horrible service all together. I live in Cornwall, PA I would rather spend the money in gas to travel to palmyra walmart instead of ordering online or going to lebanon location. Horrible staff and stock on items is nothing like palmyra. I can Always find what I need to buy at palmyra. REASON why I needed to call into lebanon location was cause their delivery person delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS blocks from my house in the DARK last night, and the 1-800 number don't help me, want to refund me when I just want the items I ordered that their delivery employee delivered WRONG. No that's too much trouble to resend items that you know for a fact as you see in picture from delivery person, posted. For some time now, I have become concerned with the bulk plastic wrapped hamburger and Festive Italian Style Ground Turkey from Walmart. In the past we could buy 90/10 hamburger, but mostly that is 73/27 in the stores for some time now. The Festive is 85/15.
I have noticed a "flame up" when cooking the hamburger in a cast iron skillet and have to keep a cover close by to prevent a kitchen fire. I had become use to this.
Recently, I bought grass fed black angus meat from a local organic farmer after he had it processed and packaged. I was truly impressed with the taste and that the size and post cooking was lots bigger. There was very little liquid in the skillet.
I purchased some ground sausage at the local Nam De Mun grocery and there was very little grease or liquid remaining in the skillet.
I decided to perform a test to compare, the farmer & Nam Den Mun vs Walmart. I counter defrosted a pound of Festive Italian Style Ground Turkey to make homemade nachos. I opened the package and water with red food dye came out. As I was cooking it on low heat the amount of water in the skillet was getting quite large, so I drained and measured it. It was a half cup of water.
The next day, I decided to make beef burritos with some hamburger, and again the water was excessive. It averaged about 1/2 cup per pound.
Remember that we buy these meats based upon weight. So when the package contains this amount of water, we are being cheated. The question that must be asked is "Is Walmart also being cheated by their suppliers OR is Walmart directing them to add water and red food dye"?
I do not know if the meats at your grocery are the same (filled with water), but you should test. I remember some IGA stores add water and red food dye to their meats for increased profits, but I do not know if they still do this.
