I WANTED a pool they had there and I went to put it on lay away and I saw that they charged me 70.00 because I guess it really wasn't in that store. I was going to pick it up after lay away paid on it to avoid any shipping charges. Gotta watch gift such things. I ended up stashing away my own cash and going to my local store and finding it there cheaper. Usually though it's an ok site to shop. Never use your credit card or debit card you will get frauded if you do. ALL SITES ARE BREEDING GROUNDS FOR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR ITS not just Walmart. Be smart.

NODo not trust if it says a store near you has a particular item. Apparently they do not update the website in real time, so you could end up driving out there to get something the website says they have only to find they are actually out. Save yourself the frustration and call ahead just in case.

An average website for online shopping. Sometimes it's difficult to locate the item your are searching for under the categories they list. However, the shipping can be free if you are able to do a store pickup.
I have purchased items from Walmart a few times. Their website is very easy to maneuver through. Also, I use their "savingscatcher" program and you can carry over your money from that to Walmart purchases online which is handy. The items are always in great order when they are delivered. My only negative feedback is that it seems to take quite a while to get ordered items. Sometimes it is over a week to 10 days. That seems odd since it is such a huge chain store. It doesn't impact me using their site to order items again though.
When you shop at Walmart be sure to keep your receipt and go online to to the Walmart site search for savings catcher register the add your receipt to it. You would be surprised at how many Walmart bucks you can earn towards your next purchase
My husband and I have ordered movies and all kinds of stuff from Walmart and they deliver it on time. It is exactly what we order. I recommend it to friends and family all the time.

First of all, walmart is always crowded, bad experience with the website and embarrassment at the store. Now I shop at target and I was there last week. Target is way better then walmart. And target got good prices too!
Reasonably good to good quality for good prices. Like the variety which makes shopping very easy. I don't get my business clothes there but pretty much everything else.

Because I desperately needed a haircut, and I was already at Walmart in Central Park, Fredericksburg, VA, I took a chance. Best haircut I've had since I moved to VA 1 1/2 years ago. Judi gives a good cut, is fast and very friendly, and priced reasonably. Just don't take my appointment!

Just a heads up. If you check Wal mart online for items to purchase - print out the item and price. If you go into a store to purchase that same item and you don't show it to them at checkout you will usually pay a higher price in store. I was told that to match 'their own' online price, I needed to show them the printed item. Kind of a 'bait and switch' sales system?
