I have gotten to where I do more shopping at Walmart.com than I do in the store. You can have it delivered right to your door, shipping costs apply. If you do not want to pay shipping, have it delivered to the store and pick it up. Simple, right? I have had it shipped both ways. I have always gotten my orders in about 5 days, packaged really well and have never received a defective item. I am glad they have such an easy site to maneuver and always have what I want to buy. I especially like the fact I can order in the peaceful comfort of my home. I am a happy shopper.

I have a shopped by mail with Walmart two or three times for different items because it was cheaper. I got what I ordered but it was pretty slow getting it to my door (7-14 days).
When I check stock for something online at a specific store and then go to that store to pick it up, it is not there. In order to verify stock on something you must physically go to that store or wait for it online. I have had two managers laugh because I relied upon "in-store" pick up saying they had it in stock.

We recently received an influx of WALMART stores in our city, they are Bright, Beautiful stores with a wealth of selections, simular to the GC MURPHYS of old the only thing missing was the cool lunch counterterrorism one in laurel MD has a McDonald's that sells McDonald's pretzels. That's Different, for the most part you can usually find what your looking for,
The workers are friendly in spite of they're awful pay, and there's always something they offer you never thought they'd have.

I have been trying for 2 days to get a new set of tires before my 14 hour trip to F. L. and the idiots at this Walmart service center won't allow that to happen for me.
I called first to make sure they had the tires and they said it was a slow day, If I came now they could get me in next. After waiting for an hour and a half to see my car brought in I inquire. This idiot had lost my ticket and had let 3 other cars ahead of me. He then reassured me that I'm next to get my (oil change). I needed tires not an oil change! I didn't have another hour to wait yesterday so I told him I would bring it back the next day. He tells me they open at 8:00 the next morning.
I just took my car back to Walmart for tires this a.m. Got there at 8 sharp. An employee outside says,"uhh we don't open until 9 today". So I've been inconvenienced again by the idiots at Walmart and decided that I don't want these morons working on my car at all. 2 wasted trips, still No tires.

This really was the last straw for me. Several months ago, I used my VISA debit card for a non-food purchase and was absolutely horrified when the transaction completed without my having to give my PIN number. I asked about it at the Consumer Help Desk and was told it must be an issue with my Bank. I followed up with my Bank and some Online research and found that WalMart saves nine cents per transaction when the PIN number is not used. I have not and will not return to WalMart until and unless they restore the use of PIN numbers on debit cards for all amounts. In this day and age it is unconscionable for any business to remove such an important layer of consumer protection. Go ahead and save your precious nine cents, WalMart, but DO IT WITHOUT ME! I believe that WalMart also has issues concerning employee salaries, training employees how to get government assistance due to wages that are below the poverty level and gender bias in promoting females to management positions. In all reality, WalMart rates zero stars, but that is not an option available for use here.
