Paid twice for an online order. I filed a lawsuit, since they refused to admit it. They ended up having to pay for the refund plus all legal fees. All they had to do was look at the bank statement I sent them. Instead, it amounted to them losing over $700.00 for the legal fees plus a $25,000 fine for fraud.

After I look at the YouTube video "Is Walmart Good for America" through PBS. I do not shop their anymore because I don't want what I buy to go to China. The video was made in 2004 containing why things are so cheap. If you lived in China making say like Barbie dolls; you would get paid. 25 cents an hour.

I'm sure all retail stores are "made in China" but Walmart is by far the worst.

You can't make a living and have to buy food with food stamps. Watch the video and find out for yourself.

Walmart is putting small town business out of business. Putting in stores running home town company's out and then closing the Walmart Store leaving the people with out any place to shop. I for one am boycotting all Walmart Stores

When you do into WalMart you already know what to expect. No one would be surprised to see someone drunk running through the store naked, or a possible fist fight including workers. Online at Walmart.com you do not need to deal with any of that. Just order what you want and breeze through the store to pick it up. Much easier and no hassle. No need to deal with the rude employees for very long. Pay online & pick it up. That's it.

I made a couple of orders and had only 2 issues that were quickly resolved with a call to customer service. The prices are mostly OK but sometimes they are higher. So, I decided once to call Walmart and make use of the Price Match guarantee. I did get the price difference but not after staying over THREE HOURS on the phone.

Shop online with Walmart every week. I love bargains, and the first place I go is to their Clearance items, it is worth it and you get so much more for less.

Easy returns, free shipping on store pick up items. Fast service when you pick up.

Good and bad

The quality of some of the clothing is poor. The price of electronics can be excellent--seems to depend. The warranty is a lot of trouble. If you want a decent warranty, pay more somewhere else. In my case, with a problem, they did promptly replace a defective laptop, but when problems developed later, I had to send it in to the manufacturer.
At the store, the customer service tends to suck.

You will wait in a line if you go into wal mart. They will tease you with rows of cash registers that aren't being manned by an employee. Also, if you order something from them online it can take weeks to get there. That just happened to me. The one redeeming thing about this place is the fact that they have basically anything you need.

This number one Giant of the globe meets most of the requirement needed to bring every class of the people. We have great faith in them as our day to day buying partner. Price matching makes them sometimes the only store you would like to visit. One thing which lacks badly is the unavailability of the staff for guiding the customer. In case you need help for something it's hardly available. Improvement in this sector could make them five star and almost unbeatable.

I guess i'm not going to get my 124.00 flash lights and battery pack's are they just going to say to bad your lose not our's... if i don't get them because of a scam then that $#*! is grass and i'm the lawn mower. Me and like 3 to 500 other people have'nt received there shadowhawk flashlight's one guy said he's been waiting for almost 2month's what's the deal with these DOUCHE BAG'S? They better come off the flashlight's and battery pack or creadit my account this is sure a $#*!Y way of doing buniess!
