Self check out process assisted by store employee added two more entries of same value for same produce. That's $27 more added for cherries that I did not purchase. I had been warned but forgot. Two weeks later looking over receipts I noticed the error. Too late. I have warned others and will seriously consider returning. We can't even trust our local grocery store in getting it right. Purchase an item at Walmart.com. The quality was quite poor, so I went to the store to return it. After being at store to wait for multiple levels of management I was told I needed to return it directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer never responded and when I chatted with Walmart Customer Service, they told me that they could not do anything and that I needed to make a complaint with my Bank. Really. If this were Amazon, I would have multiple options for returns and my refund the same day. It is not the responsibility of the customer to define the ethical process of refunds except for where to shop in the future.

This gentleman called to let me know that he was delivering some items and if I would like for him to hang them on my front door. This gentleman went out and beyond to make sure I received my items! I went to Walmart to get some beef for a cookout I'm having tomorrow and I tried buying the steak but they said I had to pay with money?! What kind of racist scums make me pay with CASH?! I need food for my family. My wife Linda, and my two sons Brayden and Anthony. But Walmart appears to be not family friendly. Won't even let a working man buy steak with a loan from the bank.

On july 31st 2022 they took $505.54 then 9n September 3rd 2022 they took $37.84 both times they have refused to return my property, or give me back my money. 1-800-walmart and Walmart.com are both of 0 use. I had to report 5hem and file charges.
I have had several delivery orders canceled at the last minute by the store. This last order I refused to accept the canceled order. The manager's excuse is always the same. Their delivery person had an emergency. This has been said to me every week. Perhaps a new delivery person or a back up person is needed. My order was rescheduled 3 times and then finally I was told just cancel and reorder. I did. I suspect no one wants to come out my way or they don't want to have to deliver a big order. I don't believe the delivery person has an emergency every week. I believe this Walmart on Myrtle School Road in Gastonia North Carolina is unreliable. 25% of my orders in the last 6 months were canceled because they were late. I'm a single mom of two, I'm a teacher. I also work Door Dash on the side, and I am a full time university student. I get busy. I get emergencies. I get delivering food. What I don't get is why this Walmart can't get it together.
They are frauds! Scams! You already have major problems that they pacify you with a 15$ promo code that they conveniently forget to tell you that you can only f'ing use it once then the rest is GONE! Plus their f'ing app wastes your time having you reorder your f'ing list to have it delivered the next day! Plus, all they give you are useless apologies! Over and over its we/ I am sorry for our incompetence, etc. They are SORRY, FRIKKEN PATHETIC! Yes, let them know of it! I call for a boycott!
I ordered online for delivery. Have done it a few times and it is occasionally a hit and Miss with just a couple items. This time half my order was missing. Took forever for me to get a hold of someone to get help and when I did finally get help Shannon was rude and condescending even though she isn't the one missing money for the items she "paid for." I asked to be transferred to supervisor multiple times and basically was told no. After finally getting my items "back on my card" (in 10 days!) I still don't have items that I wanted that Walmart took the money out of my account for and now I have to wait 10 days for the money to go get the items.
Like I said I don't order for delivery much, but I can tell you not only will I not order delivery anymore. I'll pay a few extra bucks to go somewhere else FOR GOOD.
One of the worst experiences of my life and leaves you feeling like your getting bullied by a major corporation. Terrible. Will tell everyone I know NEVER to use Walmart again.
Walmart is a great big box retailer in my opinion because they have just about anything you can think of whether if it's in store or online and you can have it shipped right to your door and not have to travel anywhere to get what you need

I order a sofa to be delivered. The delivery date was changed three times. Which means I had to cancel the Salvation Army from picking up my old sofa twice and I refused to change it again so I cancelled the new sofa. Also, I ordered grocery delivery and the shopper got less then half of the items I ordered despite the fact I'm a good tipper. The heck with Walmart.
In this day and age Walmart has all us Americans with no other options but to shop there, however they treat us customers like 2nd class citizens with super rude employees.
When ever I go to Walmart I can't understand why they are always stocking the shelves and the employees who do stock the shelves literally block all the aisles and are super rude to customers who there to buy, and it doesn't mater if it's morning noon or night. The employees act like they are more important than the customers, and we're in the way. The stocking system needs to changed!

Fed Ex delivered a package that was signed for at the door. The sealed package was opened several days later. Inside was a ripped Apple watch box with no watch or charger, the Apple box was opened, the contents removed, and then packed and shipped. I called customer service which states they could not do anything and I have to contest the purchase with the credit card company. It appears Wal-Mart has a thief at the distribution center. Very disappointing customer service and I am likely out $319 dollars.
So I guess Walmart isn't as concerned about recycling as I hoped. I took a dozen 5 quart jugs of used motor oil in for recycling today. I do not do this often, I generally build the used oil inventory on a shelf until the shelf is full, and then take the jugs (all purchased from Walmart) in to the auto center to recycyle the oil. The Auto Centter guy in Bradford PA tells me they can only take 5 jugs of oil in per day. There was already one jug on the ground in front of the locked fence, so I could only leave 4 jugs. Now what to do with the remaining 8 jugs? He says I can come bace tomorrow and leave another 5. Does this make sense to anybody?
I proceeded to the local AutoZone, who also recycles motor oil, and they were happy to accept the remaining jugs of oil. I guess I will buy more of my oil and filters there from now on!
I wouldn't even gave Walmart one star but had to so I can let everyone know that is looks like the C. E. O. Of Walmart hired a bunch of "Dumb" people to work at the "Headquarters" because when I called the "Headquarters" to ask why they "Discontinued" an item that was "Shipped and Sold" by "Walmart" the female person that I spoke to didn't know anything and hung up on me. She is so "stupid" I bet she doesn't even know her own name or how much four quarters adds up to being. And that is what the "CEO" hired. I bet that person has done a lot of "Tricks" to get to that position. And that proves wright there "Walmart" isn't a very good place to go because if the "CEO" hires people like that person then you know there is more just like that person out there.
2 times I order on line first time they kept my money and didn't get food 2nd I order air filter they tried to substitute I said no so again no item don't order from them
I don't usually give bad reviews to any place or service but this time it's too much, I have been ordering weekly from walmart for years and while the pick up service was very good the delivery service I have needed to use is terrible, several times I have been canceled the order saying that they made it at my request, which is not true, normally I have not done anything, I make the order again and they deliver it to me, but this weekend they have canceled the delivery 3 times something that I consider a disrespect.the reason in the last cancellation was that all the items were out of stock, can you believed? So I don't recommend using this service, it's the worst of all Miami, I won't order from Walmart again(anyways their prices are not that good anymore). If they can't give a good delivery service, they shouldn't offer it, it's that simple.
I love the sheets and the price. We like these sheets and love the price. We've purchased at least eight sets in various sizes and colors. They fit beautifully on all of our beds. I wash and dry them regularly (over a year) and I'm not having a pilling problem. The price is great for this quality. I especially like the dark grey.
I was surprised that some folk's sheets are pilling. I did a little research and learned that pilling can be caused by washing your sheets in hot water. Also, try using a gentle detergent. Line drying is ideal; I'm far too lazy to line dry sheets. I wash ours in cold (sometimes warm) water.
