Walmart has been on my list of shopping for as long as i could remember! They always treat you right! I bought my T, V, & so many other items when i moved into my house. I ordered a mattress & i just did not like it... No questions asked they refunded the money. Love to shop at Walmart. I always shop over the internet & have always got great deals!

I found some excellent deals on the shoes that I liked, that weren't in the store. I am happy with the way they feel and look. My only issue is that I had a difficult time checking out online because the page kept freezing. Let me be clear, this is the only website in which I had this problem. If not for that, I would have rated my shopping experience with five stars instead of four.
I ordered 2 types of cookies (3 boxes of each) as gift for mother-in-law. 1st) no way to request a gift receipt to hide price, 2) split order into two ship dates of 2 boxes of each type on first shipment and 1 box of each on second - no notification, 3rd) the product was past the sell date - no excuse for this. I wanted to try out the Walmart home delivery but will stay with Prime

I cant stress this enough i hate going to the store but yet they have really really cheap prices i didn't get into ordering online until this year and this is actually a website that i enjoy going to.
I like Walmart a lot but I do have a few complaints. The first is I live in a small town and we do have one Walmart if you order something on line and you have a problem with i,, it is nearly impossible to return the item at the store. You get a lot of attitude from the people and managers at the service counte. Second is the pharmacy it is painfully slow to get a prescriptio. I generally call mine in so I don't have to wait in lin,, however I do have to wait in line sometimes an hour or more to pick up my prescription, the staff for the most part are friendly but not too knowledgeable. It's pretty sad when I have to explain my meds to them instead of the other way around and they need to hire people that understand and speak English fluently, I am not racist it's just when you are dealing with medications you are dealing with peoples lives and health. And you deserve to understand the person clearly that's behind the counter. If the person behind the counter doesn't understand the spelling or pronunciation of your name even when it is a very simple name "Billie" or match your birth date to the name then there is a problem. I'm not saying this person shouldn't work at Walmart I'm just saying she should be put in a position where her fluidity in the English language doesn't matter so much. The last complaint I have is the lack of merchandise and the higher price. In order to get certain items I have to drive 40 miles to another town to Walmart to get the items that are deemed on sale in the adds and of course the price is up to a dollar more for items in the town where I live.
I was sold a malfunctioning air-mattress. I paid in cash but they still refused to keep their part of the deal. They would not give back my cash even though I had just used it for about a month. Return policy sucks.
Well its better than their stores, not as fast, but at least you go into dot.com knowing there are no employees to help you.

Most of the time I get free shipping delivered right to my house if not it comes to the store and I pick it up there. Great prices and great customer service.

I purchased an air mattress and a tent from them for a camping trip. They said the tent would be ready in a week but that could go pick up the air mattress. I showed to the site to store and they did not have the air mattress and that i should wait until the tent arrived. The day comes for the equipment to be ready and they say it's not there. I called walmart.com customer service and was told the air mattress is out of stock. So I told him to cancel the air mattress and I'll pick up the tent. Well the representative ended up cancelling the tent. I called back once I received an email that stated the tent was cancelled to tell they that the air mattress was suppose to be cancelled not the tent. They me that I have to reorder the tent and wait other week for it to be shipped but they can cancel the air mattress now. I didn't appreciate the tone of the rep or the manage as well. Personally I will never purchase anything from Walmart.com or the store for that matter. They have horrible customer service skills.
On june 22 2016 I purchased a pre owned video game from the walmart
In the fayetteville Pavilion in Fayetteville Georgia. Last night on July 13th I was play that same game when on chapter 6 the game froze!
Just stuck still right there.
Had to restart the system in oder to continue to play.
But the game would freeze in the same place.
So I took the game back to the same walmart I purchased it at. The young man at the return desk told me before I ever spoke to him. Before he even made his way back up to the counter that there are no returns only exchanges.
I said ok & proceeded to the entertainment Department to locate the game in question. I looked & looked but there was no other copy's. So I returned to return desk with no game in hand.The young man tells me there is nothing he can do for me. So I say ( bit you sold me a defective game) he proceeds to tell me about regulation and piracy laws. He then passed me to the department manager he proceeded to tell me the exact same thing. I asked him how do you test your used games to make sure your customers aren't buying defective products?

He said We don't have the time to sit and play the games all the way through to make sure that there isn't that type of problem!

At that time I told him thank you turned and walked out of the store. I will never purchase anything from walmart ever again. BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered a microwave over 50 buck so free delivery anyway but now they have a charge 30 day free then then bill you for a year of deliveries so I cancelled the order so I thought. I went back and re ordered avoiding the free BS Now a 2 day delivery will get me 2 microwaves one I will return to the store I was trying as a Senior not to have to carry one home now I have to carry one of two back to the store. Lousy o line ordering system! I'm done this happens on line a lot READ THE FINE PRINT you get a special trial then your billed monthly for something like a free 15 day trial and the items doesn't arrive for 30 days!
Their online site isn't on par with most online retailers, considering they are one of the larger retailers. Do yourself a favor and do some real shopping at the store itself.
I order 3 camping chairs for which supposed to be ready for pick up at the store. I got the mail that two items ready for pick up. I reach Walmart and ten store representative ask me for help over next 20 minutes and all they did announce over the wireless that someone need help at the store pick up. After 20 minutes someone appears on the store picked up desk and took 10 minutes to figure out that the items are not there but manage to find it after few more minutes of search my pleasant experience does not end here. The 3rd camp chair never delivered to store 23 days past the due date I called them to check what is going on. The representative informs me that I will get a refund. What a relief!. I initially order the chair for camping on 4th of July weekend and today is 13th July.
Some walmarts are okay. All that i have went to I did not like. The customers are always rude, nasty, and never want to help you. I was looking for something one days and was trying to ask this guy where the item was. And he just walked away from me. What a card
I don't care what anyone says I love shopping at Walmart it's easy when I have 4 kids to do all my shopping in one place then having to go to several places
