Recently I had a problem with a phone card that was 100% my fault. David in the Phone Center at store #1720 in Snellville, Georgia went to a great deal of trouble to correct the problem for me. He was courteous, pleasant and went the "Second Mile." That is not always the situation with Customer Service in many retail centers. I am appreciative of his attitude and efforts. All retailers need more people like David to build customer loyalty.
In the same store a Produce Manager, Judy is likewise courteous and helpful and always friendly. We appreciate her attitude and helpfulness.
I always had good experience and this is a great store to buy anything. Shipping service is a plus point.
I love ordering online from Walmart, its never wrong and it's free shipping to the store.
They have stores in all white neighborhoods and will only hire minorities. I know a lot of people that have left there.

Was a Walmart customer for years until one day I went into the store and an item was marked on sale, but when I took to the checkout I was still charged the regular price. When I quietly and simply questioned this the cashier got mad at me and said I was harassing her and turned on the security light. Security came over and I thought they were going to throw me out. I was shocked. Now the cashier is always right ( not the customer), even when they are wrong. I never shop in Walmart now. I wouldn't even give them one star.
Now that Walmart offers free shipping to the store it make thing easy to order and pick up great part is that if you don't want your item sent to your house u can have it sent to the store near u

Walmart: a great store to buy almost any type of item. From a low income family to a family with abit more. Have not ever had a problem with the folks that work there. Always going out of there way to help.
I've ordered from Walmart.com many times never had any issues but on this occasion the item I was told never showed up at store. My email stated it was there but store stated it was not there, it has been a month I was told my money would be refunded promptly. Bahaha on Friday today is Monday today I was told it could take 5 to 7 days to get a refund for an item that I never picked up imagine that. I was told that the store manager had to approve my refund! This blows my mind if I never got the item why does someone have to approve it? What makes me angry is the money was taken out of my account quickly but getting my money back has been the biggest joke ever. I will think twice before I order again from them I will consider Amazon before Walmart due to this craziness which could have been avoided by just refunding my money for an item that I never picked up because your store employees told me it was not there.
I wish Walmart would have pools in stock, for hot summer days. When I went there to ask for an inflatable pool. They told me I could only get it online. And I wanted to buy it that day. Thats why its a 3 star. Have a few items always in stock in the store. Thanks for nothing.
Walmart has good prices and everything you need. The only thing is if you are disabled and need a chair to ride and shop forget it. They have 3 chairs and the other one has no power cord. Other than that it's a good shopping place.

I am generally happy with everything I received EXCEPT a bathroom runner. The tag was applied with adhesive that was close to impossible to remove. I ended up returning the entire order and going with JCPenney. If only you attached the label with plastic tags, there would not be this problem. Also, the DVDs that I order take so long to arrive at the store that my patience is tried. I still order from you believing that I will learn patience from your company. Never a problem with the DVDs, just arrive later than I desire. Otherwise, I am generally happy with Walmart.com.
Dont waste your money buying cases for your phone from zizo because when you try and contact zizo about them the guy named stephen hay tells you to $#*! off $#*! he should be fired make sure something is done to him
They usually have a very nice selection of products available in store for you to look at, touch, feel, and interact with before buying them,. Making it much easier to shop for some items. Whether they ship to you or you pickup in store, they are really handy indeed.
