Never buy electronics to give as a Christmas gift early they only have a 15 day in store warranty so if you bought it in Oct or on Black Friday and it does not work and you want to excange it for a working one they will not let you also the 50 dollars on the in store warranty is no good if you wait to reg it so buy a computer that is no good guess what you own a computer that does not work MMerry Christmas to me! Had ticket! I was so mad I hate this store in commerce Texas I mean I hate it it is the worse store in the world! Please there are other stores to shop
I don't write many reviews but Walmart.com has come through so many times for me over the past 5 years I wanted to share. I live in Houston, Texas and many times if I find some item I really like, it may not be available the next time I'm in the store. So I order it on their website and pick it up free when it's shipped to my local Walmart! The other service I truly appreciate is their grocery delivery. This saves me hours of shopping, driving, and standing in Walmart lines to check out. I just Place my order online, select a pick up time, pay for order and pick it up usually the next day. I work many hours and barely have time fo grocery shopping. I'm thankful for this service and have had no problems! And there's no service fee or price changes to the online products.
When purchasing items for xmas on the Walmart website, you will see a delivery bar that indicates delivery of the item(s). DONT BELIEVE IT! Then when the item does not arrive as indicated. Customer service will inform you that you must contact the 3rd party seller directly to resolve any issues/refunds/credits, etc. As in my case, I was given a number that turns out to be a fax number. The moral of the story is that Walmart will not take any accountability, responsibility or party with these 3rd party issues. So, their point is what for advertising false delivery information, deceptive information and offering products Walmart will not have any association with. Then when you finally get through voice mail hell to reach a human being, you get a fax number. Need I say anymore. This item and fax number is supposedly to APEX FASHION. Buyer beware of purchasing from this vendor. I will update as I progress through this madness and time consuming issue. Thank you Walmart for nothing. And, rest assure, I will not stop at reviewing this incident here. This is just the beginning.
I bought fleeced lined leggings. When I got them, It was nothing I ordered. I didn't realize the website wasn't just Walmart. It was through AllTopBargains. Well Warmart won't do a refund and I'm getting the run around from AllTopBargains. This has been going on for two weeks now. They refuse to pay for a return label on their wrong merchandise they sent. I will be more alert in the future where my merchandise is coming from. Reported to Walmart about AllTopBargains practices and fell on deaf ears.
Ok so timeline 12:00 pm i order a laptop online for fast pickup at store at least that is what they said
Arrival at store 1:30 pm did shopping and after paying for items i made my way to pickup
2:30 pm entered my # into check in zzzzzzzz nothing listed... made my way to front of line where i was told. I wasnt sent the email yet to tell me its ready... ok so when. Answer approx 4:00 pm ok but they only have to move it from back of store to front to the pickup dept
5:00pm no email
6:30 pm still nothing
7:00 pm talked to customer service after 10 min wait who said well i guess its busy there so heres the phone # to check yourself. At that point i called it a day
12:00 pm the next day still no email or text message
End l of this story is i could of went back to electronics and purchased it and left. With it that first day. So dont believe they are gonna do anything the way they say they will i never did get the its ready message but the third day i got a its been picked up email.
What a bunch of hassle this turned out to be. Save yourself the stress and wade your way to where u know item is at and buy it there so the greeters can hassle you for your reciept on the way out lol
Online from Walmart do not go the day they say your order is ready. You will be put in a queue and have to wait in the order in which year package is received. What this means is, you will have to wait in a long line of online Shoppers that purchased before you. In reality your order will not be ready for at least 2 days after youth gotten a notice that your package has been delivered.
I love the site to store delivery. It is convenient and stress free
Anything I order from the Walmart is best quality and super low price hard to beat. They carefuly sellect their products to meet their high expectations the customers can count on! I keep on shopping at Walmart all the time!
GroceryWarning about Wal-mart.com they do not warn you that you are ordering from a third party vendor on their site and they will not do ANYTHING if your product arrives broke. The vendors that they have will not return calls are you will just be out the money. Luckily mine was not that expensive. They are rude on the phone and just say best of luck getting your money back. Order rest of Christmas from Amazon and they were awesome for any reason you could return and it was not cost for shipping. Believe I would have never ordered a $12.00 item via mail if I new I couldn't take it back to the store if it was broke. Walmart has gotten to big for themselves and I know it is affecting their stock. I have to go to shop there because I only have to grocery stores in my town (one being them) but I had order a TONS of stuff from them at Wal-mart.com but I will never do that again.
Between the site crashing and promised items items a month ago... I am very disappointed. I will start using another store for my purchases.
Many times the items that they have advertised are not there. I wish someone would check their inventory before listing it.
Its easy to order and receive product form Walmart, but quality is poor then the price matching. You can get same product outside in low cost then this.
I am never disappointed with purchases from this site. Shipping is fast and returns can often be made right in a store, if needed.
