They have a wide inventory of almost everything, the only issue I do have is the lines a check out are long and some times its hard to find help in certain departments
I always buy from Walmart.com due to their good customer service and return policy(return at store). Imagine my surprise when I couldn't return my item at the store since it was from a 3rd party vendor and worse yet, I was expected to pay the return shipping to ship the item back to the vendor per the vendor's return shipping policies! I called Walmart customer service who gave me conflicting information about the return shipping and the vendor doesn't answer their calls. I feel like I have been conned by Walmart.com and have a product that can not be returned. Way to go Walmart... you just lost a customer.
If high class people have a problem shopping at Walmart, that's fine. I'm not saying I'm low class I guess I'm middle class. But, they are missing out on a wide variety of products that you can not find at a lot of other places and the prices that are amazing! And can NOT be beat..
Option to pick up items in store rather than pay shipping. Good return policy. Affordable quality merchandise.
I love ordering stuff from Walmart online then picking it up later that day at customer service. I never have to wait in lines, so convient for me with 3 children. I have never had a problem with their service. Fast, convient, great prices.

The customer service at Walmart is the worse joke in sad living form. These people are as ignorant as they are rude. If you're looking for help, information, intelligence or basic common sense don't ask anyone there. Also bag your own groceries. They can't even do that right. Cans on top of bread. Genius
I've used Walmart.com numerous times and, although the website can occasionally be slow or freeze (haven't experienced it recently), the products have been good quality for the price. Articles always arrive within the ship time and I've never had any damage. Real time saver and much easier than using a store that might not have what you're looking for.
Excellent online deals with free shipping to local store for pickup. Nice to use for expensive items to see that you get what you ordered in good condition. And don't have to worry about it being stolen off your front door delivery.
No need to say more about it, walmart is my daily choice. I usually bought those items which worth to wait
My shopping experience at Walmart is alwayz favorable 4 me bc itz one of my favorite places 2 b. I just recently relocated to Charlotte, NC.& I frequent the Walmart off Mount Holly Huntersville Road. My very first encounter with Karen was nothing shy of professionalism not to mention her diligence & courteous manner. She assisted me in finding all of my "must-haves"so nicely & navigated the store so thoroughly. Ms. Peoples of the pharmacy dept. is truly an asset to the Walmart Family... she assisted in exceeding

I love that they now have "Live Chat" to help with any problems. I had an order that went missing and I was issued a full refund.
I got burned by Walmart's return policy. The site says you can return items to any Walmart store, NO YOU CAN'T. I bought a TV and when I went to buy the TV (without any warning) Walmart.com directed me a Retail supplier web site. So when I wanted to return the TV. (I even called my store and they said I could return the item). But when I got to the store and they keyed the item in. That's when the service person said " sorry but this item can not be returned at the store." They informed me that I had read the wrong policy statement. (there are two policy statements) I had to work thru the retailer's web site. So it cost me shipping fees and a 10% restocking charge. (Do always believe what you read on Walmart's web site.)
My wife and I ordered an electric fireplace for our New Years Eve party/Christmas gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. The Fireplace showed up today with a crack across the top mantel piece. Called Walmart.com immediately today. They said they would send a call tag for the broken one on Jan 3 (after our party) and then to call them back two hours after Fedex picks it up with a tracking number. At that point they can start the replacement process? What the hell, Walmart sends me a broken item, then wants it back before replacing the other? We wont have it for two weeks now. Thank you for ruining my wifes weekend, thank you for making me have to pack this 100lb item back up, have to call you with a tracking number and mostly, thank you for the sub par service and quality of product and packing. My last time ordering from Walmart for sure. Cant wait to spread the word.

I did a lot of shopping online with Walmart and found the ordering process and free pickup at store to be very quick and efficient
Went to walmart in Oxnard, CA. Couldn't find any associates who could speak English.
Found a supervisor David (Daaveed in Spanish) who was able to speak rudely in English. Dropped everything down on the cart and left the store immediately. Will never go back to Walmart!
Shopping on line on Amazon or different decent retailers from now on.
I can always find what I want without driving to multiple stores. And I receive it fast.
Walmart is my go to store. I love that they carry a large variety of items. My only complaint would be how long the lines are.
