I ordered a 5 piece game table set from the Walmart.com website on Dec 23,2016. I paid for it in full to Walmart.com (per my Chase bill) I received confirmation of item I ordered from Walmart.com, and shipping & tracking information from Walmart.com. The vendor Hayneedle did not ship me the item I ordered from Walmart.com. When I explained that to them, they said Walmart puts the wrong ad & price on their site all the time. Neither Walmart.com or Hayneedle will take responsibility for the dissatisfied customer they have, they just keep blaming each other back and forth. Hayneedle conveniently stopped offering the item and says there is nothing they can do. I have spoken with Walmart.com 4 times and received zero customer satisfaction also. IMO, too bad that customer service has gotten to this level.

Ordered item for Christmas that was to be delivered Dec 21. Too bad actually arrived Dec 27. Not exactly helpful. Then given a hard time at returning item even though it was still unopened in delivery box and I had the required print out of email receipt. " No. I will not accept store credit." What makes you think I'm every coming back here? This is what you get when you buy from a company famous for so underpaying its employees in the US that they hold their own Thanksgiving Food Drive in store for their own employees. Never. Again.

Customer service

When you call customer service they just tell you what you want hear to please you but never really solve the problem. They say someone will get back to you in 5-7 business days but no one ever gets ahold of you. It took me calling back 4 times before got someone to look into the problem. By then it was too late to fix. So if you ever call make sure you demand to talk to an supervisor instead of the person answering the phone. Then problem never gets solved and you lose money in the end.

Terrible service.

Walmart.com ordering sucks and I will not be shopping here ever again. Third party returns are not backed up by them and ordering products that cost more than the product to ship back is absolutely awful and this is ordering at Walmart.com.

I was looking for a pet gravestone marker, needless to say, they were all too expensive or looked cheap. In a whim I decided to check Wal Mart... THEY HAD THE PERFECT ONE! I wish I could leave a picture! They simply have EVERYTHING!

It was easier for me to order products on line for my grand children, when they were living away from me. Diapers, baby clothes, formula, baby bottles, blankets. I have only had one negative experience and that was because of my ignorance, not that of WalMart.

Horrible

I absolutely hate Walmart and have stopped shopping not only online but locally too. Their customer service is awful. And they screw up orders all the time without the slightest concern over the I convenience it causes. I know that they are cheap and all. But it's just not worth it to me anymore after all the frustration it causes. I got a refund for a tv one time supposedly paid directly to my card I used and I never received it. Took me 2 weeks and countless phone calls and waiting on hold to get my money back. And other times I've ordered stuff and paid extra for 2 day shipping only to not receive it within that time frame. And get denied a refund for the shipping paid extra. Their customer service is a joke. You think that your problem is being taken care of only to realize they are giving you the run around passing you off from one Dept to another without getting results. More time wasted. I've spent a lot of money there both in store and online. But not anymore. It's not worth it. I order through Amazon now and I am so much happier now. They are doing something right and Walmart needs to learn a thing or two from them. Apparently I'm not the only one since Amazon beat Walmart hands down over the holidays in sales. You pay under $10 a month with Amazon prime and get free 2 day shipping. I've had a few snags here and there right before Xmas. But their customer service took care of it immediately and apologetically. Run in the opposite direction away from Walmart. It is so not worth it to deal with them.

Walmart has a severe lack of trained register people and floor service people. The store I shop at will have almost no service people on the floor and when I can find one, it seem to be a great inconvenience for them to attempt to answer my question. Most often, they won't be able to my question.
The register people have put food into bags with chemical cleaning products and heavy objects on top of bread or other fragile products. A little training would go a long way!

Wont buy again

I bought the points of light it broke 3 hours into uing it cause the remote is messed up i also bought a cat playhouse to ensure free shipping for 50$ got charged for shipping and the cat house was the worst itemi have ever bought its been shredded by the cat and the bottom fell out and my cat tried to use the scratch post on it it fell onto my cat it was a bad experience all around

I'm unable to walk around too long and ordering things on-line has become a habit for me and they e-mail you very soon when your items are ready and I just walk in give them my order # and out I go, best way to shop for me and they've been very organized & very nice since I've been using it since November 2016.

Right on time, easy to track and always has the right order in a box. Terrific customer service. No complaints and its always faster than it says it will be. I receive a day or two sooner than dates on tracking say.

I ordered a Toy John Deer tractor for my grandsons birthday. Since I'm in NC, I planned to pick it up, at local store when I got to GA for party, instead of traveling with it. An hour after getting to GA, I received a message from Walmart, the item was ready for pick up. I called the store to confirm. She told me it was not at front, but would be there by time I got there. Actually, I was sitting in parking lot. I waited an hour and went into the store. They denied I had an order, then insulted me, by saying, I didn't know how to order online or use a computer. I showed them my order online on my phone, but they would never admit they received my order. I explained what it was for but they had no sympathy. They told me that item had never been at that store and no store in Ga had it. I was beyond disturbed. I contacted home office immediately by email, sent copies of my order. It took 3 days but they did respond and offered to ship the item in 3 weeks when it was available, but no refund. The item did arrive in 2 weeks, but I'm not there, so someone else has to pick it up and deliver it to him, now my Grandson thinks I didn't get him a birthday gift.
