We live in a suburb of a College town so every single tine we want to go to wal mart it is jam packed full almost elbow to elbow with people and that is the only discount store in that town so sometimes we go South of where we live about the same distance and all
Wal Mart once cared about their employees. That was years ago. They lie. They manipulate. They use their employees and walk all over them. Take it from an employee with 18 years in!
I regularly shop at Walmart in store and online. The prices were great specifically items on clearance and roll backs. Compared to other grocery stores, I can say I saved a lot even on regular items
Walmart is truly a "by location" experience - Texas, Nevada, California and Utah are very different in store presence and presentation.
My local store in Salt Lake City is very different from the West Jordan City store, which is vastly different from the Cedar City store. Of course I'm aware of the difference between the neighborhood store and the superstore - and it shows when you walk through their doors!

I have ordered multiple times from them over the past few years. I have always gotten what I ordered by the date they told me. That happens during the holidays too! It's nice to know I can count on them for my online purchases.

I have had my account hacked, and someone made charges on my credit card that I had saved in my account. I recommend not saving credit card information in your account profile. Other than that, I have been happy with the service.
Ordered shorts from Walmart.com... they were no good, poor quality, defects etc. After receiving them and trying to return to store was told "Oh no that is an "Independent store" you bought from... you must go to them". This even though Walmart.com gave not indication during purchase that I could not return this junk. In fact it said "all Walmart.com purchases could be returned to a store"! Beware! You will not know if anything is not covered by return till after purchase!
Walmart/Sam's does have the lowest prices but they treat their employees poorly. I rather pay a little more when I know it helps people live a better life.
I ordered a kitchen pantry. A day after it was due to arrive I received an email saying the order had been delayed... however the tracking number did not work.
I thought this was part of the Walmart system so I actually paid on site in cash and as a guest. CS would not give me any info without my address even though I gave them my email... if the system had worked I could have tracked the number without all the stupid "verification."
The first time I called the CS told me my order had been received at the store but not scanned in yet. The store said that was not true.
The second time I called and asked to speak to a manager the same person came back on but would not give me his name and refused to help me.
This company that is using Walmarts name does not want to lose any sales so they constantly say an item is shipped when it has never shipped... in this case the item is not even available.
This is truly a scam and the CS do not care one little bit about you. I can't believe Walmart is okay with them using their name.
Please save yourself the headache and use Amazon.
Walmart has a wide variety of products. It has everything you need with the reasonable prices and the customer care is very good, they are very polite and very helpful also.
Reasonable price, no issue if you have your receipt. Bought, printers, phones, sporting goods. Can also buy Fishing Licence, as well as other. Illinois Department Resources, licences
I love ordering online and having things shipped to my home, we don't have a wal mart store here so it's definitely made things easier for me.

Who doesn't love Walmart? I have shopped Walmart all of my life. When I do not have time to go to the store, I shopped Walmart online. I have yet to be disappointed. I buy everything from clothes to shoes to electronics. I just love this store.
Yes the shipping is fast and reliable and the electronics like hard drives are quality well priced items but do your homework and be sure to check out ALL the deals before you buy as there are many great deals if you read the description and are willing to pay a little more for something much better!
It is more convenient for me to order from Walmart online than to deal with the crowds even thought the store is only a few miles away. Easy to return but usually long lines to do so.
