I don't know what to say, I think there is a better way, but I am stuck in a system that works the way it does, and we don't have a fraction of the information coming thru mainstream channels that are needed to know what to believe about anything or not. So continuously lied to about everything: we are a managed world. This is the Matrix
Each time I go to make an employee account via Walmart.com (the only way you can submit an application these days), I am met with a faulty email submission box. I have complained about this MANY times, but the employees cannot grasp that fact and tell me to use their computer, which STILL doesn't work!
Beware of what you read related to the shipping, they just tell you what you want to hear and then the actual item arrives many days (in my case 7 days) later. It appears they say fed ex is delivering but in reality fedex is just shipping to usps. Than you have to wait for usps to process. Its 2 shipping events for 1 order where they dont account for the second shipping. NOTHING is what it says!
Walmart is using a lot of 3rd party vendor for their small electronics. If you purchased online via a Walmart site they will not take the item back and you have to go to the company to get the item shipped and then wait for a refund. I am not purchasing from Walmart anything significant from now on. Just your basic items. Shame on you walmart shame shame shame
Recently have been ordering a lot from Walmart.com and have not had any issues at all. Never needed to speak with a representative or anything but good experiences each time.
Rarely use on-line shopping, but tried Wal Mart. The service was on time, UN damaged and the price was less then in the store.
I buy a lot of food stuffs from the on-line store. Fastest delivery ever. No mistakes, so far. Better than Target and almost equal to Amazon.
Before I shop Amazon, I check Walmart to see if they have the item I'm looking for and if it's cheaper. If I find it I'll order the item from Walmart bc I don't know where the item is coming from and sometimes it takes forever to arrive. I shop at Walmart frequently. Customer Service is good.
I ordered what I thought was a bargain: a 10K gold chain link bracelet with a crab claw closing. The price all told was about 140 dollars. When the package came, there was a thin, too small, skimpy chain with a tiny cross hung on it covered with little crystals and a pinch catch. The description with it CLEARLY stated what it should be. I sent it back well packaged for $17 dollars. I got my money back and ordered again. AGAIN, the SAME MISTAKE! This time I shoved it into an envelope in frustration and mailed it back using regular stamps. Not sure if I will get my next 140 bucks back or not! Walmart's prices may sound good, but apparently their on-line people don't understand simple English! Not good enough Walmart.
I needed another mailbox and so I went to this site before I visited my local Walmart. I found the box I liked visually and price wise and decided to go get it. I was in the store longer than I anticipated looking for someone to help me. I finally got pointed in the right direction and of course the mailbox on the site was not solved.
I was very impressed by the ease of navigating the site and also to place the order. They are definitely going to be giving Amazon a run for their money.
Walmart.com honors its merchandise and gives no grief. Sometimes, you have to pay for shipping, but it is always reasonable. They back up their merchandise.
Walmart's website is barely adequate. Searching for specific items can be very tedious and time consuming. When I did find the product I was searching for not all of the pertinent was easily found. Things like shipping weight, country of origin and what materials the items was made from are not always readily available.
Fact: You can get a better deal online on any product that Walmart has to offer. Fact: smart people like better deals so don't be like the freaks going in and out of isles dragging your kids with you. Fact: it takes a dummy to be the opposite of smart. Smart people shop online, dummys don't know how to count if they did they would not shop at Walmart. Fact.
Don't make the mistake of not checking Walmart for anything you want buy. Walmart has become very aggressive in what they offer along with usually the lowest price
I love shopping and paying online and just stopping by and picking up! The customer service is fast and efficient too.
I ordered jars of tomato sauce. Didn't hear anything for weeks. Inquired in person at local store which finally found my order but knew nothing of its whereabouts. After a couple more weeks, I cancelled the order by phone and got the refund. After several more weeks I received an email saying my order was ready to be picked up.
I have placed several orders with Walmart. There is always fast shipping and great prices. Never have I had a problem with them!
Like to go there to get things I need fast and there also open 24/7 well some of them are so that's cool coming form where I live in vegas everything has to be open
Got stiffed by a seller on walmart.com after purchasing through their marketplace. Price was too good to be true because it wasn't what I ordered and the seller wouldn't return it. Thankfully walmart came through and fixed it.
