Ordered an alarm clock and arrived broken. Was ultimately able to get a refund, but will not be going through that hassle again. For a first time experience of ordering online from Walmart, definitely not great.
I never shop at walmart, but they had something I needed and I broke my own personal rule. They sent me the wrong item. I called and requested the item I ordered. Then they wanted the incorrect item returned. What? It was a $5 item that I didnt order. Now you want to cause me incovnience for their mistake? Said if I don't return it they will charge my card. After 2 phone calls to get the right item, and complain that I shouldn't have to return their mistake, the problem is resolved. The customer service on the phone was polite, be walmart sucks. WILL NEVER SHOP WALMART AGAIN.
Will go shopping at Walmart anytime before ever walking in the door or logging onto Sam's Club website. I have found more benefit and savings since leaving Sam's and going elsewhere for the same products. Thank you Walmart for providing great prices and always having good product to select from. I'll keep coming back as I know where the real savings are.

I always enjoy shopping at Walmart. Online experience is good but not great. They are working hard at trying to get where Amazon already is... and I think they will succeed before too long. I like the ship-to-store feature... if only I had a store closer to me.

I ordered a leatherette futon couch from the website because they had the best price for the item. In about 2 days it was on its way to my home. A few days later, we came home and what was on our front porch but a simulated leather deluxe recliner in a terribly beat up box. The label on the box definitely was of a recliner and it was obvious that it was not a futon couch! So much for matching the item with the paperwork at the warehouse. I started a return and because of the big item, there was special services required and I followed the instructions on the website with no success. I looked around the website for a telephone number to call for customer service and never found it. I did eventually find out how to start a chat session that was very slow, but did work to complete the return. They gave me a return label and it was picked up the next day. Next thing I know after about 2 weeks, I get an email from Walmart that they never received the item, and if they did not receive it by a certain date, they will charge me again. Needless to say, I had to waste another 2 hours on the website chat function to wait for a representative and then explain the issue and have them look into it. They finally looked at the tracking number of the shipment and realized that they received it the day after I sent it back. Dah! Not the best of my online experiences. I will have to remember this moving forward.
There's never been a store, that I personally liked and - every now and then, DEPENDED on - quite like WalMart. Walmart.com has the same dependabilty, with the comfort & ease of Online shopping. The packages always arrive on time, and that will be VERY IMPORTANT... as the Holidays are approaching.
I have bought several items from Walmart online and they offer free shipping even on big items like window A. C units and they delivery time is very fast just a few days and it's here
I normally don't use Walmart.com to buy things but it's not a bad site. However, someone tried hacking my Walmart.com account and Thank God I don't use my account for the ease of reordering prescriptions and the pharmacy! If someone would of hacked my account they would have access to my prescriptions as well as my credit card info on file!

I purchased an item through the Walmart.com website but they would not accept an in store return.
I normally order on line and just recently used the Walmart site... very easy and user friendly. Also, visited local super store in Apple Valley and was happy to see great prices and especially getting personal customer service trying to find items. Will shop here again. Soon much more professional then Target. Great job!
Once a great store owned by a true American. Now owned by his family and motivated by money. Junk and more junk. I dont shop at Walmart. I will pay more to shop elsewhere. BOYCOTT WALMART
Not only do you get your items cheaper it's free shipping to your store most the time
THE ONLY STORE I EVER SHOP AT IS WALMART. THEY HAVE EVERY THING I NEED UNDERNEATH ONE ROOF. FROM CLOTHES TO HOUSEWARES, TO ELECTRONICS, TOYS, JEWELRY, FURNITURE EVEN GROCERIES... NOT TO MENTION THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES ON ALMOST EVERY THINGS IN THE STORE. I LOVE WALMART..
