I love shopping for things online here. Not only do they have fast delivery but they also have layaway and that really comes in handy during Christmas time WHOOOOOO GO WALMART!
It's easy, fast... get quick updates if there are any changes. If my money needs refunding I don't have much work to do. Depending on how deep in "the hood" your pickup location is, you don't have to wait too long to get your item.
The site also has a great range of products/sellers as an alternative
But sad that we can't use the stores in our neighborhood because they are so high in price. And you can't beat free shipping anything over 50 dollars. They are very good about lost packages they resent our whole order. No questions asked.
I found a bed I loved that was affordable so I ordered it but I had to constantly call because it kept saying it would be delivered on a specific day but it never said shipped it kept saying processing. The customer service workers kept telling me just to wait a few days then on the day it was supposed to be delivered I called again and was finally told that my order was stuck in processing and that I should cancel it and reorder it. I then canceled the order only to find out that the bed was now out of stock therefore I had to pay more for a whole different bed just to get a notification that part of my previous order has now shipped. That means that they took money out of my account for both beds. I had to go through hell calling Walmart.com and fed ex to finally receive a refund. Would never order from Walmart again.
I started to buy non-perishable groceries from Walmart on-line because I don't like the crowds in the store. All 5 different shipments from Walmart's Johnstown, NY distribution center arrived with no packing, in oversized boxes, with dented cans and busted rice bags and more. I had to return after all to Walmart store in the next town for refunds. Other Walmart distribution centers were better. BUT I cannot request to them which distribution center items are coming from... SO I will not shop at Walmart for 6 months to see if they can fix this poor packing issue
My favorite part of the Walmart site is the inventory checker that allows me to see if the product I'm looking for is available in my store. It's always right, and prices have yet to fail me. The site is easy to use, has a wishlist, and now even has 2 day shipping for free on many products. I've actually increased my usage of the Walmart site in the last month because of this. Love the updates.
This past Christmas I ordered some gifts and instead of having to ship the gifts to my family in another state, I went online, ordered the gifts and had someone pick them up at the Walmart that was closest to them! Talk about saving money on the shipping, and if you know the package won't arrive in time if you do ship it, Pick up in store and you won't ever be late again! LOVE IT!
These people seem to have no scruples! They took my money for a TV and then found someone who would pay more for it and told me they lost it in the mail. Not sure whom they thought they were kidding...
I have been shopping here for a long time. They have made improvements to their online shopping. Shipping is much better. It's faster and it's free. I'm the kind of person who likes to start Christmas shopping on December 26th. I save a lot of money by catching the sales. And if it's something I want right away, I save time by purchasing it on line and then pick it up at the store. They do all the work for me. Since they carry all the household products most people use, it really saves me a lot of time.
Love to go shopping at Walmart. They have everything I am looking for. It's a one stop shop. I can get my groceries and shop for other things I need to get. Clothing, electric 's or Birthday Cakes. Very Easy Shopping Experience.
I don't necessarily like the people who work in the walmarts but I just love the way walmart is. The items they sale is at a good price and I love the clothing for women there.
What else can you say except Walmart and Sams are the VERY BEST shopping every time all the time. They deliver my paper towels and toilet paper right to my door. Having twins in 2015 changes your way of shopping immediately.

I have a walmart Money card that was Stolen. This company cancelled my previous card and sent the new one. I was quite happy with how quickly they got things under way. But Now I have been waiting for a week and half to access my account because they sent it through regular mail. I have called multiple times and every agent says something different and that there are never supervisors. They will open a supervisor call back though but I have to wait 24 hours to hear from anyone. Then I am told on the phone to go in, buy a new card and call them back, they will transfer my funds from the old account to the new one. The only problem is I only have 5 dollars and I cannot purchase a new Walmart Money Card with out a $20 deposit. They will NOT overnight a card to me. They will NOT assist me in taking care of this or finding an alternate. They do NOT care about anyone but themselves. As soon as I get my card back I am withdrawing my funds and cancelling this. I WILL tell EVERY person I meet not to get a Money Card or to cancel their card ASAP. I WILL tell every person to go to Target or Sams or some other company and to stay as far away from WALMART as possible. This company could care less and they do not deserve your patronage.
I am a senior citizen, i do very little business with Walmart because of its size. As my prescription insurance has walmart as the prefered place to get the best price i used their pharmacy twice. Both times i had to wait in line. I would suggest that walmart look at modifying their hugh store and have drive ups. I
I've been shopping WalMart quite a bit lately, both for pick up and ship to home. Information regarding availability, cost, etc. is excellent. Quality of goods is great, selection is great and their customer service is VERY good. Will continue to do my shopping here.

I was told at the pharmacy that Walmart does NOT accept GoodRx. Very disappointing to have to use several pharmacies to get best price.
User easy to use to find things on this website to search and buy what you're looking for. Also found out that you can find things on the website which aren't in the store and at a good price. Bought a computer on line and picked up at the store, and was told that we'd be getting some money back since had advertised it for less. We got a credit on our bill. Note that paying your bill is another story.
