Ambushing patrons seems over-the-top for any retail setting, but never forget where you are. Despite "consumer-friendly" TV ads, Walmart treats employees unfairly, with too many needing public assistance to live. Stands to reason customers will not get superior service. "You get what you pay for" never rang truer than shopping at Walmart. Buy at Target. You pay more, but preduces are properly stored, and purchases last longer, with or without warranty.

I was looking for some LARGE coloring books and colored pencils for my father-in-law to help him keep himself "busy" sine he can't do the things he used to do and seemed to have issued accepting the realities of growing old. (he's a WWII Veteran) He used to love to play solitaire at his desk in his office but the cards got slippery and small for him to handle so I tried to find another avenue for him to pass the time and he decided he wanted to try coloring books. With his age (93) and abilities I wanted to make it as easy as possible for him SO, Wal-Mart had the coloring books and large colored pencils I needed for him and I could get them from the shipped and delivered to the store in 2 days. A much needed RELIEF for an un-patient. Restless Old man who desperately needed something to do!

I love shopping online even at walmart.com. If you have a problem with your merchandise and you call the customer service they are so rude. I have purchased makeup for a School play for a bunch of little kids. It took them 5 times to ship the right color. I have wasted my time and gas driving to Walmart store to pick up my merchandise and the fifth time they actually got it right when they have to ship it to my house. That was ridiculous!

Ordered a refurb. Lenovo thinkpad w530 laptop called in my order sales person says Lenovo factory refurb. Unit with one year warranty. First two day shipping took over one week, open box who ever had this laptop likes chocolate between the keys was covered, battery was no good wont hold charge sticker on laptop says refurb by joy systems. Called cust service after 45min wait was told its used what u expect. As far as battery its not covered by warranty. Should have bought a new machine...

If you order something that is a 2 day shipping item don't plan on getting it in 2 days. More like 4-6 days, If you're lucky. I've ordered through
Wal-Mart.com a few times thinking I'll actually get my items in 2 days from ordering like Amazon prime does. This is not the case. Don't offer something you can't follow through with. I would rather pay the yearly fee and know I'll get my items when they say I'll get them, not just wondering when I'll get them.
