Seriously? Why bother selling online if you cant ship things properly. I cant understand how a company like walmart cant get shipping right. So bad.

Simply The Best!

I ordered boots, a dress and a bodysuit online. The sizing charts are spot on for clothing and for shoes alike. All items fit perfectly! Shipping was fast! I am a frequent in-store shopper as well. I've never had a problem with Walmart. Their stores are always clean and the employees are always professional. Love it!

If you hate going in the actual store due to the long lines and bad customer service, but still appreciate their prices it's perfect. Their online selection is endless and a lot of rollbacks. The free shipping for over $35 is the best thing they could have done. And I also like free pickup at the store of your choice. What I don't understand is their merchandising fee. I spent nearly $400 on tires and they'll be available for free pickup at the store so that I can get them put on there, but I get charged $4 for "merchandising" and let's not forget I still have to pay to have them put on. It's a small amount but I feel "nickeled and dimed" a bit. I also don't like that they empty your cart after 12 hrs. Yes they have the "save for later" option, but they could at least give 24hrs to finalize your purchase especially if it's not clearance or low on stock. I've literally gotten an email 12 hrs after shopping, went back to my cart 12 hrs and 30 min later and a cart of over 12 items is gone and then I have to start over. Bummer

2 day shipping says will arrive on March 3. Only 4 out 10 items were delivered to the store on that day. May have to cancel the other items if they don't arrive by a certain time today the 6th. Stick to the competitor I shall.

Have used walmart.com many times. Items are delivered fast and accurate. I always use the "store" delivery option and that saves the shipping cost.

Do not ever get an express deal! I talked with Kenci (identification number: *******) she was very aggressive I got an hotel, that was supposed to be %26 off, and on the comparison to other hotels they put 3.5 stars compare the to crowne plaza, dobbletree, marriott and hyatt, I got an hotel that nobody knows that it was only $4 dollars less than most pages (not %26 off), in many pages 3 stars instead of 3.5. I called and they also charge an amenity fee at the hotel, and that doesn't say anywhere visible on priceline when you are getting the deal. It was supposed to bee an 8+ hotel but even on priceline they have it rated as 6.7+ (pleasant). They didn't cancel my payment and charged my card anyway, even though I tell them all this things, I lost hours of my time and got an hotel that doesn't fit the description they where advertising, don't ever get express deals with priceline, the worst service and customer service.

I ordered a birthday present for my son which was supposed to be delivered on March 4th. After not receiving a confirmation number after 2 days I contacted a Walmart chat personnel which told me that my package would be here March 4th. Still waiting day 3 i contacted the second Personnel from the chat which also told me my package would be here on the 4th I never received the confirmation until the march 2nd So on the 4th which is the day of my son's birthday and his party also was supposed to be the day of my delivery they decided to tell me that my package wouldn't arrive until the 7th. If you don't want to disappoint a child on hisor her birthday do not order from Walmart.com for his or her birthday gift! I had 9.90 returned to me for over a 100$ item as a "we're sorry"! They didn't seem to care very much about their costumer's!

I recently cancelled my prime membership with Amazon. My thought process was, I really don't order much anymore why keep it. Boy was I in for a surprise. I ordered my son a birthday gift, the website said two day shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on 02/27/17. The item didn't come that day. It came on 02/28/17. A day late right, no problem. My son opens the gift and its a plastic drawer tower. The light faded from his eyes... I felt so small. Called customer service they apologized. Then preceded to say it would be two days for the delivery. It has now been four more days and my son still doesn't have his birthday gift. Pay the $100 FOR PRIME. IT'S SO WORTH IT!

I ordered four items five days ago and they were supposed to arrive today. I logged onto Walmart.com to track and they did not even ship as yet Started a chat session with Ana at Walmart.com and she said that the order did not process correctly and needs to be canceled. I could reorder but one of the items is now out of stock, no wonder they could not fill me order. Total unprofessional and no wonder Amazon is killing them, I will now order all my items from Amazon and never ever order from Walmart again. Buyer beware.

Worst experience ever, ordered clothing for the family, 3 weeks before we where to leave for a dream vacation, I kept getting e mails of delayed shipping. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping on in stock items. The point is that this wasn't the first time they didn't honor two day shipping, NEVER AGAIN. If you go into the store they are low on stock and have one check out open in a sea of check out stations. Walmart is NOT convenient anymore.

I've always shopped at Walmart for prettt much everything and never ran in to problems. About a week ago I went shopping for a few groceries for myself and as I approached the frozen food, vegan and vegetarian section, two of the shelves were completely empty. I've been vegan for 4 years and right now Walmart is the closest grocer with the best vegan options. I spoke to a manager about the problem right away when there was only vegetarian nuggets available and he let me know they get shipments every Saturday and it was a Tuesday. It's been almost two week and the shelves are still empty. It's very frustrating to go grocery shopping and not getting what I need, wasting my time to drive there. There's no reason for this to be an issue because everything else in the store seems to be over stocked. Very disappointed in the service.
