I have ordered from here many times. The shipping is fast. I like the variety of products and great prices. I have been and will be a Wal-Mart shopper for years. They offer clothes, food, electronics, furniture, checks, clerance and much much more online.
Ordering on line is easy. I can look at the description to make sure that is the item I want. I get a order number and the date it will be received. I've received by the date, sometimes earlier.
The WORST customer service I have ever come across. I spent a solid 2 hours trying to figure out my SIMPLE problem (a technical issue on the site) and the walmart customer service did nothing to help, I don't even have words to describe how disappointed they made me that day.
First of all, I am a frequent Walmart shopper. The things I like best are: low prices, easy returns if needed, convenient locations. The things I don't like, employees are not versed on location of products so if you can't find it, asking an employee seldom helps, but worst of all is their on-line. I admit Amazon has spoiled me but a week for delivery? Twice Christmas items ordered well in advance were cancelled by Walmart at the last minute making it impossible for me to find the items in time for Christmas.
I love the ease of using their service. I love to shop online and they offer a wide variety. I need to have items shipped to my and this makes it easier.
Ordering online at Walmart is the easiest and best way to go. You get the best and fastest service. I would recommend Walmart to anyone who is ordering online or just buying in the store. You will not be disappointed.
Who doesn't like Walmart? You can find pretty much whatever you're looking for at a great price! Only downfall is the 3rd party sellers that are now selling on walmart.com. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous! Can't understand why walmart would allow this nonsense!
Bought two small honey containers. Came with several items in the undamaged box. Absolutely no packing on the honey. And yes... they opened and got over the other items in the box. I had to wash everything. The animal cracker box which was one of grandchildren presents... soaked in honey. How hard is it to wrap a honey container

Walmart. Com does not compare at all to Amazon. They promise 2 day shipping but when they fail they do not send you any notice until you complain. Then they were totally unaware that part of the order was never sent and admitted they have no system in place to let them know when there has been a shipping problem. When they investigated it they just said it was a processing error.
The item I ordered was a nutritional supplement that is the only thing I can eat. They did not care. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART.COM!
Don't fall for walmart.com 2 day shipping go to Amazon Walmart does not care how you feel when this product doesn't show in two days they say it takes 24 hours to process your order and then it's two days after that and then if it falls on a weekend it's for a 5 days I have ordered things on Amazon at night and still got it within my two days well I just won't order from them again
Walmart is now advertising their shipping options as like Amazon. I have ordered twice in the last few months. First was a dehumidifier, it came beat up and broken with no product box. They would not give me an rma and I had to drive 30 miles to a store and wait 45 minutes to return and explain to 2 people why I didn't have a box.
I then ordered a case of pickles, they came in a large box without any packing. The box was soaked and dripping on my porch - I did manage to get 4 surviving jars of pickles. What I didn't get was any response from phone calls or emails to customer service.
Buy from Amazon or anybody else.
This store is wonderful and the customer service is great. I can find just about everything at the best price.
One of their representative told me I can't ship it back I have to bring it to the closet store. Ridiculous
Low quality Chinese products, poor customer service and sky high groceries and household goods drove me away to Amazon. I might order from them if Amazon doesn't have what I need.
I recently bought a new watch and I found it there for a great price and I also purchased a protection plan for the watch. I will definitely be shopping again there
