I actually do most of my shopping at Walmart. I can find everything I want there and it's only one stop. Clothes to groceries, you can't do better than that.

I love ordering through walmart.com. Advice to anyone getting an order shipped to the store. WAIT FOR THE EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER IS IN. Otherwise, you will be mad for showing up and it isn't ready.

Inferior product!

I ordered a Little Tikes hide and seek swing and slide for my granddaughter for her first birthday! I wanted it to be really special! When her parents put it together, it was obviously a used product! I will never order from them again! They did offer to refund or replace it, but the point is, that they NEVER should have sent an inferior product in the first place! Her parents did not want to take it back apart to get refunded or replaced so Walmart.com offered a 10% discount! Really?

I have spoken to the lady on duty at the door about speaking with the manager. I told her that people walking around in this store with dogs in shopping carts is very inappropriate. According to the Greeter, the manager was aware. In a place where food is placed in carts, dogs should not be allowed to sit and ride in those same carts. I saw a dog in a cart just this week and I was disgusted. Something should be done about this. If Walmart is going to allow dogs in their Laurinburg store, they should be walking and on a leash.

Not bad at all.

I purchased my laptop there and the service was good, I think the service could be better, but it doesn't matter. According to my apreciation, the customer service has to change some aspects of kindness and support to their customers, they have to remember the fact that Walmart is a HUGE company, therefore we as customers deserve the best attention.
Despite that, I'm very happy with my new laptop.

Received my 1st Walmart.com order today. 9 packs of juice boxes, 2 large bags of chips, a bag of dog treats, and a large jar of Tostitos cheese dip. Upon picking up the box off my front porch, I could already hear the chips loose in the box. I opened the box, and everything was just thrown in in a pile and the box was closed. No packaging material to keep things from moving around. Both bags of chips were busted open and flat with chips all over the place. I guess nobody at the Walmart.com shipping center had the brains to imagine that 40 pounds of juice boxes would possibly damage the bags of chips. The jar of cheese dip also had a crack in it, so that was inedible as well. The workers have to be complete MORONS! No excuse for this! This was my first order and my last. I figured I'd give the 2-day shipping a try. However, the 2-day shipping is NOTHING like the quality of Amazon. How dare they even compare it to Amazon? SO DISAPPOINTED!

UPDATE (2/18/17) - Received the replacement order and the same thing... They put 2 bags of chips into the same box as 3 packages of drink boxes and a 1lb jar of salsa dip. In total, 12-lbs of heavy items in the same box with two bags of chips. The logic is just not there. Maybe tomorrow I will order a bag of cement and a few dozen eggs. I bet some genius would pack all of that into the same box as well. I requested a refund for the chips, as I have given up and will buy them at the grocery store instead. Very frustrating indeed!

Nowhere near the standard of Amazon. They package soft and hard items side by side with almost no protection, and then leave empty space in the box for everything to jumble around. I've used 4 times in the last 2+ weeks using the new 2 day shipping. The best they got was 4 days; the worst was 6 days.

You simply cannot beat the pricing at Walmart and they have almost anything you would want. Customer service is great to. I love online shopping at Walmart.

The only problem I have found is that their shipping department doesn't always pack stuff correctly. They only put packing on the top so if you are ordering cookies or easily crushed things use caution. Customer service will definitely help you but it is a pain to keep calling with problem shipping issues.

Lots of Choices

I love the store itself, but HATE the lines! Why have a dozen or more possible lines, but only a very few (sometimes only 2) that are actually open. They also need to have at least two lines that are dedicated to Handicapped people and pregnant women. Those two groups have a very hard time standing, or even sitting on scooters, in line. They have scooters and parking for the Handicapped, but no separate lines so we don't have to suffer badly standing in a long line. Come on, Walmart, step it up!

Misspricing strategy

I made an order on their website and after a while, I've got an email telling me they couldnt conclude the payment operation due to wrong information. I gladly reviewed all my informations (adress, creditcard number...) and placed the same order. Rejected again due to wrong information... third attempt, but this time I realized they increased their price! NICE TRY WALMART! NICE TRY! Lets make Walmart great again and they to compete with AMAZON by trying some cheap attempt and fooling the customer..
