Good nutrition

I always get my salad here. They have this salad that is prepared fresh and I eat it almost every day. Low on calories and fats and also very affordable.

I frequently use Walmart.com since I can find almost anything I need on line and have it delivered to a Super Walmart just 3 miles form my home -- I am in the store several times per week. If store deliver is not an option for my on line purchase, typically free shipping direct to my home is available. Walmart always has good prices, so it works for me.

Shopping at Walmart

It is a really good store but the store pickup can be better. First of all I order something from walmart.com to pick up at store. I tried calling them and they never picked up the phone so I had to take the bus when I was sick to pick up what I ordered. Also when I went to pick up my order it took at least 10 minutes for somebody to come and get my product and nobody was in line, otherwise Walmart has great products and great prices!

Where is my refund

Bought 2 tv stands online and took almost two weeks to get the processing process so I cancelled it and I was told by two representatives that the order was canceled. Now 3 days later the packages arrived and they were delivered to the wrong address by FEDEX! Lucky my neighbor knew my name, I had just moved in like a week ago. I had travelled for work and am still away so was not able to handle the case. So and way I scheduled a return pick up and FEDEX came and picked one item left the other which was lying ontop of each other. Then they claimed that that's what was delivered. Anyway I called to ask why they did that they said its only one box that was delivered and clearly my order is for 2 items that were delivered! After calls to get FEDEX to pick up the other box, they finally did but now it cannot be traced? They said they have no record of the package being picked up! I don't understand this! They came and picked it, how can it not be traced? Am going crazy, this has been calls back and forth to Walmart and fedex. I am pulling my hair right now. I don't understand how you loose a package that was picked up by the same people who dropped it. I am so frustrated and all customer care reps tell me different stories every time and assure me it's been taken care of but nothing is done. This has gone on for long enough. Between FEDEX and WALMART I need my refund for items that were delivered and picked up by the same people.
Can I go legal on this?

Walmart sold me a marine two way radio and antenna last Wednesday offered two day shipping then the excuses started rolling in bad weather now they're going to expedite it they expedited it 250 miles from my house and then cancel the order I can't stand a liar beware Walmart sells items that they do not stock they do not carry and don't ever intend to ship

I've had 2 cases where I needed to contact customer service. The first time was great and he helped me out really quickly. The second time the lady basically told me what I wanted to hear to get rid of me, and then my problem was never resolved. I ended up just paying the credit card bill from the erroneous order, because was under $10, and I did get my item... just not what I wanted. I gave it away. I have no trust in this company making things right with my online orders, and I will not order from them again.

Fast and hassle free!

Love the selection, prices and discounts you get for shopping online, how fast it's shipped out and delivered, and if you need a return take it to any store and it's taking care of. I can see why walmart has gotten so big - I foresee them only growing more and getting even bigger in the near future. I love walmart.com!

I enjoy shopping on line at Walmart. Their site is easy to get around in and easy to find any item you are looking for. Love the low prices and the fact you can now shop for groceries and have them ready for you to pick up. Also now they have free shipping at a starting price you can easily afford. Great experience and fast shipping and fast pickup at the store.

I stopped to buy a few things on the way home. That was Thursday after 6 PM.
I first stopped at the customer service to get some change for my Friday/Saturday garage sale. What an ordeal. They clerks were offensive and would only change for paper dollars. NO quarters. Could not get a roll. I gave up and made my purchases.
Paid in big money so I could get change. NO CHANGE. Went to the bank in the STORE. No change unless I had an account. I went to my local HEB Grocery Store and received the change that I needed.

I have not been happy with this particular Walmart for a while. I think that Management makes the place nasty for workers and that carries through to their interaction with the public. The store seems to me to be understaffed and their must be turnover because those employees that I question for help, often do not know or have given me false information. I have made the choice to not return to that store and it is the most logical for me to visit. I do now limit my walmart buying because of this experience. Maybe they do not trust 75 plus old farts at Lockhart, TX walmart.

I am an attorney and have written to Walmart's CEO twice without reply from anyone. I have have "unsubscribed" from the Walmart e mail list three (3) times over the last 10 days.

Today, voila! Another ad for Walmart.com arrives in my e mail! The site is 100% dysfunctional.

I placed an order for 8 boxes of Kind Bars because it said I qualified for 2 Free Shipping. When I clicked the submit button, a $22.67 shipping charge was added to my order. I quickly cancelled. The cancellation screen said my charge may or may not cancel. Even if my order cancels my funds may be put on hold at my bank. Well, I called Walmart the next day to see what was going on. They said the order did cancel and the charge should come off my bank account that night at midnight. It didn't. My bank, Wells Fargo (I know, I know, will leave as soon as able to) says that it can be up to 15 days before I am credited with my $64.49. In all fairness, if my card number was not saved in my Walmart account, this could have been avoided, because they would have to show the total amount they are going to charge before I pay. SO, do not store a card number with Walmart.com and pay with cash as much as possible if you bank with Wells Fargo. I am also having other merchants double bill my checking account and have to wait for Wells Fargo to drop those pending charges. Funny, this started happening after Wells Fargo started having trouble. It seems they are trying to get overdraft fees out of me. Who knows.

For over a year now, I have been unable to shop because of a knee injury, but WALMART, because of the Internet have always been there for me, almost anything that that I have wanted, has been as close as my computer, their prices and service has been awesome... THANKS WALMART!

My first set of purchases took about a week for standard shipping, but it's Walmart! You cannot beat their deals! So gradually I ordered more from them from time to time, for various occasions. The last time I ordered from them I had A LOT of items. No errors, no broken merchandise, and they even put some samples in there for me! It's such a nice touch. To top it off, I had selected the standard shipping (3-5 days) and received everything in TWO business days. Amazing! One pleased customer right here!

For someone like me who hates lines and outright wants to punch pushy shoppers in the head, the online grocery shopping is near perfect. Go online shop, pay pick a time slot and they generally call you within or just before the time slot to let you know your order is ready.

One little thing, if you order veggies, leave a note on what you want (like crisp heavy lettuce, non bruised apples, etc.) or you'll get the first ones they grab.
