I have ordered a lot of things through Walmart and the price may seem significantly better then competitors. I what I have found, they are similar items but are made just for Walmart and have distinct differences. Last year I bought a tent. It was Coleman and I paid 140 and the equivalent was 350 at Canadian tire. Turns out mine was slightly smaller and didn't offer some of the features. They were not worth 200.00

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! The fine print will let you know that you are actually dealing with a third party vendor that has no real association with Walmart. Walmart allows themselves to associate with these awful products and services, so they are also accountable.

My wife got a Nintendo Switch for my birthday, but I wound up getting two. She wound up paying almost $200 more than she should have due to price gouging. Worldwide distributors would NOT take it back. Although it lists a 30 day return on Walmart's site, the seller explained it is only a 14 day policy with 20 % restocking fees.

Absolutely ridiculous behavior! Please do not purchase anything from Walmart.com!

Ordered a grill cover for my grill on sat 4/14/2017 they told me it would be delivered on 4/19/2017 they charged my account and canceled my order i call they said sorr blah blah we will send another one it will be there by 4/20/2017 called talked to mgr only to be told the representative lied to me never again will i order $#*! from them plus my brsnd new $800 pellet barbeque grill is getting rained on looked inside top starting to rust... screw walmart

You will be LUCKY if the web site operates properly?! Have had too many issues with WALMART.com to date?! Shopping carts get hung up and will not clear out?! Contacting WALMART.com is a waste of time and effort?!

Love ordering online when it isn't offered in store. Usually ready by the next day for in store pickup, all with free shipping! Walmarts return policy is wonderful!

Most of the problems I was faced with is deliver times and incorrect package contents. Order 2 of one item and get one. Jars that have the pop lid for safety, 2 jars in fact had already been opened. I believe most all of these problems happen within the warehouse where packages are fulfilled. Just check your packages carefully to make sure the contents are unopened and correct.

Walmart.com is a very easy site to use, all you have to do is sign up and make an account. There have been times when the store is out of something that I need, I will go online, order it, and when ready, they text me AND email me that the item is in, and ready to pick up. With the new app they have, if you have an order that comes in, and you go to the store to pick it up, which in most cases is free, all you do is check in on the app, and by the time you get to the pick up area, it is waiting for you, and no need to wait on the line. They also offer free shipping tp your home on a lot of products.

I regularly go on the Walmart.com or Walmart.ca Both are about the same... it is all right, but it is not always possible to actually find what you are looking for. Could just be me, but there are much better sites out there.

Be very careful

I purchased a package of mens undershirts from walmart.com because they did not have my size in the store. When they came they were so tight I could not wear them. I went to return to my walmart store and they said they do not take back items from walmart.com that are a second party. I thoughr I was just getting from walmart. I mailed them back which cost 1.00 more than the purchase itself. I would have kept them for rags had I known this. BE CAREFUL

The Walmart by our home is one of the better in the Orlando area. I wasn't sure where to go. I asked a clerk and to my surprise instead of just telling me where to go on the far side of the store. The clerk took the time to walk with me and take me to where I needed to go. My item was there. It has great quality and the price is the lowest I found on the net compared to about 10 other stores. Very pleased.

A few years ago in the middle of the Summer my back went out on me. As it loosened back up I started getting out of the house maybe too early and when it began locking up I had just arrived at the local Neighborhood Market. The clerks there did my shopping for me as I sat at the bench in their pharmacy area! How nice is that?! I know it was at least 3 of them rushing to help me hurry out and back home to get some relief. I will never forget their kindness that day! :)

I've no experience in receiving anything in the mail from them. But I've used their site numerous times to pre-order for store pick-up. Generally this is seamless. Once or twice. I've had the whole, no one knows where the item is scenario. But overall. Good.

This website portraits an actual inventory of what the store has. If my local store doesn't have it, I can order the product and have it sent directly to my door. Which is so convenient for me with my busy lifestyle.
