I only buy, canned ingredients, and cables that I go to pick up, but it's good to see they have the stock I need, the prices, and if there is something new, the website has cool features that I personally won't use soon.

Three times i ordered items that said two day shipping. Unlike Amazon where 2 day shipping means 2 days from ordering to arriving at you door, Wal-Mart 2 day shipping means after they process the order. So don't count on 2 days later having your order, count on 3 to 5 days to get your order. Amazon has nothing to worry about from Wal-Mart.
Walmart shipping is truly one the worst I've ever had to deal with, they have policy of holding material to long at there location and not giving the shipper enough time to deliever said material by EDD which by the way was 21 days after the orders was placed, Walmart had 21 days to get me my order and you fail not once but twice. Blaming the shipper may work once but this reveiw is being written based on the second time back to back on orders I made just a month apart, I know this will probably fall on deaf ears but Walmart should be ashame of the way you conduct business and a 10 percent discount is no real compensation for making wait a unreasonalble ammount of time and failing to meet the delievry date, you should stop lying to your patron and make a real effort to change this cycle of bad shipping practices and procedures, it will truly be a minute before I think of using Walmart again, thanks but no thanks.
Buying walmart products online is great. One thing to keep in mind is that walmart website has third party items that are not actually sold by walmart. Please review the actual seller's review before placing an order
Most of the time willing to try to help resolve issues with orders. Main problem was delivery time, they say 3 days, usually takes 5.
I always make sure the local Walmart carries the product that I am purchasing online and I have it delivered to the local Walmart too. Yes it is some what of a hassle but because if the product is from a different vendor refunds & returns will be your problem!
I bought a tv antenna on the website that did not work. I went to the local Walmart store who informed me it was from a reseller on the website and therefore could not be returned to Walmart but to the reseller. I contacted the reseller and was informed that if the product was taken out of the box I could not return it because they only sell new products and the product was no longer new
Needed the shocks for my car (combination shocks/air cushion). Couldn't find locally, and the shipping was several days by Amazon and others. Walmart had it the next day, and at a competitive price. Shop there regularly, and no complaints.
I normally order from Amazon and always receive my products on time. I figured I would try Walmart since they have added 2day shipping to compete with Amazon. My order was well over the $35 for free 2day shipping (all items had the 2day shipping tag by them), and the order was placed at 10:30am CST on Monday morning. I should be receiving my products on Wednesday, but no. I have only a few items arriving on Thursday, and all the rest on Friday. Entirely ridiculous! 4day shipping? No thanks! I'll be sticking with Amazon!

I have been looking of the Item(Eureka AirSpeed One Bagless Upright Vacuum) from past 15 days and the item was out of stock for several days. Hence i have updated my email for Stock alert.
I didn't received any mail for the stock available and all of sudden the price of the item is increased to 58.99$ from the previous price 35$.
It is seriously wasted my time in looking for the item and i not willing to buy the item with the current increased cost.
I have attached the pictures of Previous cost saved for stock alert and the new price.

I love online ordering, free store pick up. Easy to get in and out. Prices are low and service is great.
I like to shop in walmart, which makes our life become more and more easier. It is very convenient for us to purchase any goods that we want in the supermarket.

Ordering online and picking up is alot better than going in there. Especially if you want video games or anything else they have locked up. Because you'll be standing around for 30 minutes waiting for help.
Walmart customer service is the worst! For one English is a second language to them. They have a lame excuse for everything, we are sorry is the pat answer with NO resolution to any problem. Never fails you'll end up on the phone 2 hours between being disconnected and being put on hold.
Most of the time; the merchandise I want is sold out. Not much choice for selection! Have no complaint with their shipping procedure.
Good place to buy dog food, but slow shipment. Wish they could improve next time.
