Ordered outdoor furniture online and paid additional for home delivery. They hired an outside company to deliver who would only make appointments for weekdays 11-5. I can't take a day off work to have patio furniture delivered and a 6 hour window? I called customer service and a VERY rude person named Sereda argued with me instead of helping me. I cancelled the order and am still waiting a refund. I will NEVER order from walmart.com again.

I am 56 years old so I was there when the first Walmarts opened. Walmart has always been one if not the favorite store in my household, so what's happened. The workers are not as helpful and friendly as they used to be, the prices not as low as they once were and so many of the stores just look run down. Where's the Walmart we used to love and adore, where has your sense of pride gone Walmart. I want to rate you 5 stars again, so please lets clean up that act and make our stores and their associates shine again.

I did the online shopping to store pickup. I must say this is my first time doing this and it was really easy to do. I will definitely do it again as it cuts the time I take to shop on the weekends.

I've had issues in the past with the Wal-Mart website, specifically with payment processing. As it turns out, both my bank and PayPal hates the website and so they refuse payment to it constantly. It's a rare occasion that my credit card is accepted and when I say rare, I've tried probably 20 times and it's worked twice. Unless you have a carrier for your bank card and credit card that willingly accepts Wal-Mart.com transactions please do not waste your time on the site.

When I purchase on Walmart.com I do make sure the items are actually sold by Walmart so I can return them to the local Walmart. (Lots of times the items are sold by a 3rd party/company and I don't like making returns by mail/shipping. These are clearly marked-thanks, Walmart). There is a greater variety of items on Walmart.com than the local stores. I was searching for cushions to fit an outdoor swing. I needed a certain color of navy blue. Ordering multiple items from Walmart.com made it so easy to purchase the perfect set and return the rest. A big time saver.

I have been ordering from Walmart for several months. I thought 2 day shipping sounded great, but I guess they think if you get one item out of 15 in two days that counts(all 15 were 2 day shipping items). Also, sometimes items are well pa ked; sometimes just dumped in a box with no packing material. It's just chance with Walmart-you never know when or how. I have even had my order delivered to someone in another state. They were good about resending but the reorder took over a week to get here. This has never happened when ordering from Amazon but Walmart knows we'll put up with this because of low pricing. Disabled people who can't go shop the store or even pickup are at a disadvantage. Order early and cross your fingers!
