Great service offered to be able to ship directly to the post office. Much faster service this way.

I won't bore everyone with all the details because the facts are like a Hollywood movie. Let me just say that I will NEVER order anything from Walmart online again. It was a nightmare. Their customer service reps are idiots and their bosses are rude. Apparently if you cannot read or count you qualify for a job at Walmart's Customer Service.
If you want to order an item online forget these guys and go with the pros at Amazon.

Walmart brags about lower prices and for the most part on items they actually are, but then you get those others that just aren't even close to being good to make up for it. For some typical every day things you will be good on prices I would say, but some other things may be pretty high. I would check prices at other stores if something doesn't look so good.

They used to be good but have stopped many price matching and other products.

Now they don't price match anymore and shipping has become a lot more expensive.

If you do not have time to check prices Wal Mart is the place for you. Their price checker on their grocery bills is super fair. They check prices from surrounding retail stores and return the difference between what you paid and the sale item of a competitor. Shazam! I have earned almost $20 since I started pittering with it.

Great prices 2 day free delivery. I use to send household staples - paper towels, coffee, tide, TP to my mother who lives cross country. Helps her avoid schlepping heavy grocery items. Arrive at her door

This is the worst online site ever! "Technical" difficulties while trying to place an order--I couldn't place the order and the site didn't even keep a copy of the order. I've tried 3 times now-have given up and will find somewhere else to take my business!

I have bought several items from walmart online. They usually arrive safely and on time. Just not a fan of some of their items. Quality obviously isn't their first concern.

I like Walmart due to their prices and variety of merchandise. I wish they did better with employee benefits and pay but I understand they are slowly improving. Their return policy is very good. Checkouts are always interesting. The new 'pickup' activity can use some improvement at the store I frequent.

I appreciate Walmart.com because it's easy to use. Easy to access on the website and find what I need at the time that I need it. Usually if I am on Walmart.com it is to buy some type of toy to send to my niece or clothing.

If you want to order something in advance of hitting stores or to insure you get items without hassle plus offers free shipping to local store.

I went to Walmart.com found what I needed and ordered it.
They shipped it to the store, texted me when it arrived.
I went to the store to pick it up.
Totally wrong item, not what I ordered at all.
The employee there apologized, and they sent me an online refund.
How hard can it be to process and ship one simple item to there store?
With a 100% failure rate at Walmart.com, I think I will shop elsewhere!

Needed to return an online order. Since it was purchased with a gift card, the refund needed to be on the same gift card, which had already been used in full & discarded. Advised to purchase another blank gift card so refund could be placed on a new gift card vs. them authorizing me a new gift card via USPS. Why?

Walmart is the best place to buy ANYTHING IN THIS ENTIRE WORLD! They are better than target, and cheaper to buy all of your household products. This company WILL NEVER GO OUT OF BUSINESS! EVER!

Not worth the "saving" while in the big picture, your purchase would help worsening the economic crisis in the US. Walmart is supposedly an American company that cares very little, if any, about Americans.

I have never had a bad experience with anything I have purchased here, nor have I had a bad experience with any individual. I use them on a regular basis, including the food market, with no regrets. THe prices are always the best around.

I've used this a few times for item not in the store. Pick at the store was relatively simple, unless the lines for customer service are long!
