I ordered a chair for mothers day. The package was labeled wrong by walmart and sat in a FedEx station for days. I had also paid an additional 63.00 for 2_day shipping. I had to make numerous calls to Walmart to get any help. Finally they said to reorder the item after 5 days. But when I asked for quick ship they could not in reorders. Even spoke to top manager. She was a joke. Mind you this is for my Mom. And Walmart would not make it right. No wonder they treat there employees like trash. Look how they treat a consumer. # Target next time
Able to find items that are unavailable elsewhere. Delivered to store with no shipping charges and fast. Really is easy and items arrive in excellent condition. Love shopping here.
Liked the colored flowers and details on the 3 rugs purchased so much so I bought a 4th. Have quite a hallway where I placed them. It has taken time for them to unfurl. One edge still has a curl to it. They slide a little on the hard wood floor. But do the job.
When you go to the store to pick up your order, you often have to wait in line a long time. And I keep having minor problems with them. Once, they gave me my order without a bag, and, without thinking about it, I put it in my shopping cart. Then, when I finished shopping, I forgot about my order, and ended up paying for it twice. And when I tried to contact Walmart about it, I got a runaround and never did get a refund of the excess payment. Another time, after waiting for customer service, it turned out what they sent was not what I ordered, so I was just wasting time waiting in line for it. They should send a clear picture in the email message, showing what you're going to get when you pIck it up, so you will know to cancel the order instead of going there and waiting in line and hating Walmart. And as for the store itself, I infiltrated a forum for Walmart employees, and discovered they hate their customers, and are constantly complaining about all the problems the customers cause them. I get the impression, if it were a restaurant, and they were waiters, they would spit in your food, to express their disgust of their customers.
Walmart is selling stuff that is not so cost effective especially their pharmacy, it cost more than the SafeON stores!
Most of their rollback pricing aren't that good only 50 cents lesser than competitors I suggest that they should rollback some more rather than profiteering from bleeding the poor folks

I recently had an injury and wasn't able to get around that good. Instead of attempting to fight over one of those buggies in the store and being in pain during the whole process, I decided to order three things online. I received free shipping. One item was from an outside store. They were delivered separately on different days. Everything was on time, which can be rare when ordering in maine. Everything was as expected. I will definitely use this service again!
I ordered two tablets to pickup at the store. Everything went through fine, then I receive an email saying my order is being delayed due to a payment issue. I instantly log into my bank, there it is a pending payment to walmart.com. I use the chat option to contact support. I'm told thw order is in financial review. Excuse me but why? Then I'm told the order is being rushed through and I could pick them up around 8pm. Go to walmart, low and behold no processed orders. They said to wait until morning. I waited until afternoon. Still no order. This time I called, I was told yet again financial review. BS I was advised to cancel the order and purchase in store. So I ask if the money is refunded immediately, of course not it takes 5 days. Now I'm really upset. I don't understand what the issue is. Someone should have called me if there was an issue. Now I'm being told it could be Monday or Tuesday before this is resolved. I will never, ever use walmart.com again. It is not faster, it is not easier. Its a nightmare.

I no longer live close to a Walmart store but I am a faithful shopper. Thank goodness for on-line shopping. I was a prime member and paid for that service yearly. Was so shocked to get a full refund of that yearly amount when they changed to the free shipping w/$35.00 purchase. Heck, I had used that service all year and they just shocked me with a check... who does that... WALMART. LOVE
I am an very active Walmart Online Shopper - order items almost every week. It's much, much better than going to a store and lugging the items home. I have to wait for 2 days or more but I plan my items needed in advance so it is not a problem.
My complain was that their 'Out of Stock' and' Unavailable' items are still on their pages. I WISH WALMART.COM WOULD PROGRAM IT SO THAT IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE - IT IS OFF THE PAGE! I have requested this issue multiple times through Feedback but until now it is still not done. It does wastes my time... it's okay if there are still other choices of certain product but to get to the page and all are unavailable? - that's so annoying. I hope the Walmart programmer would read this post. Thank you!
Walmart.com has some great deals and good shipping but there are other sellers that are there and way over inflate the prices by 6 to 10 times as much so be very careful as to who is actually selling the product
Their online selection sometimes has more stuff than you would find in the store but it takes me less than 20 minutes to get to the local Walmart where it can take days when you order it online
So I placed an online order that told me that I would have delivery Saturday May 13th. Then I receive an email that states all of a sudden that delivery won't be till Tuesday May 16th. Well that is not what I was told when I placed my order. So I call, and the representative says sorry nothing I can. So then I get put to a Supervisor Maricela, and she blames it on the company a BABY mattress is coming from and Fed Ex, instead of taking responsibility for it and getting it fixed. I even offered to go out of my way and pick it up from a store. BUT NOOOOOOOO that can't be done either. SO they lied to the me the customer, and then refuse to fix there mistake. SO walmart.com employees sit on there butts and get paid to do nothing. They don't care about customers, or the fact that it was for baby to have a mattress. Just to make it clear, there was no offer to help get something in place of the one order to get to the PAYING customer on time or to have it shipped through a different carrier if FEDEX can't deliver on time. OR to fast track the shipping and pay the cost since they lied.
So Nothing was fixed and had to cancel order cause will do me no good to receive on Tuesday when need Sunday. Shop anywhere else but walmart, they are liars and HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND COMPANY!
I find Straight Talk service(cellular service sold exclusively at Walmart stores) falsely-advertised as "unlimited" when it actually becomes VERY LIMITED after the 10G runs-out (it goes to 2G, which even hampers my gmail performance, stops the performance of YouTube.com and Facebook and you can't get Twitter to work right... it's as bad as some internet viruses or malware. Somebody needs to report them to the FTC for false/deceptive advertising. I went to another consumer website that's famous worldwide and there is NUMEROUS complaints (pages of them) about Straight Talk (and it doesn't even attempt to address the complaints). Straight Talk constantly text messages me "to use WiFi in conjunction with Straight Talk Data", etc.---they know they are a poor-performer?! And now it has become an East Indian "outfit"--and you know what "that means"--they are saying (by all "this")--"go kiss our butts & see if we care"----I am going to check out their competition--I hear there is a few allot better!
They're payment process is quite complicated, but uh, they're doing fine: D

I've order several time from this website, only one time had a problem, but I was able to return it without any hassle and got my money back!
The products are good, but I dislike the payment process. If I use my debt card and submit a payment, I don't want the money taken out of my account each time an item is delivered. It's stressful trying to keep up with your banking.
