WALMART is the worst store to buy on line because they don't want to be responsible if you buy on line
This is a monster company, destroying world's economy, paying miserable prices to suppliers especially food producers, think: How much Walmart paid to a banana's producer in Centro America when Walmart selling price is CA$0.39/kg? (Other grocery stores minimum price is CA$0.69/kg).
Yes, is good for you because you will get more products with less money, but in a future we won't have bananas, tomatoes, pineapples, mangoes, papayas, lemon…, because Walmart ruined all producers. But you can do something to fight against Walmart dirty practice:
DON'T BUY IN WALMART ANYTHING.
I ordered two couch throws for friends in two different provinces. One friend lives in British Columbia the other in Ontario. Each friend received a pillow instead of a couch throw. I am so disappointed. Now each person has to make a special trip to return the gift. I am so upset by this error. How is it possible that the packing slip reads couch throw (blanket) but they both received a pillow? There were to be Christmas presents. To make matters worse the customer service center is not even in Canada. I will never again spend my money at Wal-Mart Canada. I live in the United States and I am more than upset at this poor service.
Delivery expected within a week, turns out that the product was being shipped from China (previously not disclosed) and after 2 weeks still awaiting delivery.
I have ordered thousands of things online. This was my worst experience with online ordering ever. I decided to order the TV on black Friday and do it online so I would be able to get the huge TV delivered for a 10.99 fee which sounded like a Fantastic deal And save me the hassle of finding someone to transport the 70" TV. On December 5th it says it was delivered I contacted Walmart Canada they swear up-and-down it was delivered and actually I'm lying. Then the delivery date changes to December 9th still saying delivered. I spoke to several agents by this point and received an email as well being told to contact the RCMP and report my item stolen. I have several cameras on my property and I know for 100% sure that this TV never made it to my address. They are trying to force me To call and make a report of theft in order to get a refund. I am explaining to them that you cannot report something stolen that you never had. I never had the TV, it never arrived at my address therefore no theft took place. I finally contacted the courier service as they were closed on the weekend and out it is a week day. Guess what my TV is not last. I can't believe that all of the agents I spoke to did not go further than just reading on their screen that it had been delivered. It was obviously an error. I Have now spoken to many other customers who have had the same experience. It very much ruined my Christmas spirit being worried for the past 14 days that my TV that I had saved up a $1000 for was lost or missing. Get your s h I t together and actually investigate these Sorts of incidents because I'm sure I'm not the 1st I'm not going to be the last person that has this sort of experience. The only reason you got a one is because 0 isn't available. Worst customer service. I will never ever shop online with Walmart again. I Have spent countless hours worried about where my TV was meanwhile it was safe and sound and on its way.
Secondary sellers never sent product
I did not receive my entire order (only half), and the seller was no help in this. They said that it must have been lost in transit but the tracking number they provided was invalid, which makes me believe they never sent anything at all. Had I known Walmart uses secondary sellers I would not have purchased from them at all. I am still awaiting a refund as I was not given any other option. When I contacted Walmart about not receiving my product, they directed me to the secondary seller rather than trying to solve it.
Also, when Walmart asked for a review, I sent the above to them. They rejected the review which suggests they only want reviews that make them look good.
Their marketplace is awful, unlike Amazon, Walmart takes no accountability whatsoever for their third party sellers...my package was 3 weeks late, no one could tell me where it was, hidden fees caused it to be way more expensive than advertised price, packaged arrived opened, mangled and damaged, trying to return it was impossible. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Walmart, go back to the basics, you'll never be Amazon.
You would think that if they were going to lock up their products they would have associates working in those departments to get the products for customers. And you would think since they have us all scanning our own products at the tills they should have plenty of associates to work the departments. But they don't. And it takes forever to get anyone there to get the items for you. Do better Walmart.
I purchased 70" tv. On line, it was not delivered ( I knew that would happened) whenever it's a big or heavy item, they don't deliver. Overall worst delivery service and customer service, very frustrated, unprofessional, helpless, whom very hard to understand what they are saying, looks like Walmart doesn't care about losing customers by giving these kind of service to customers. Never buy anything on Walmart. Ca again.
I ordered an audio book on-line, which never arrived. The Walmart supplier, BooksXpress, sent a tracking number which was invalid. Seven phone calls to Walmart Customer support over the last 5 weeks have been fruitless. I have asked repeatedly for a refund but they always tell me they will have to check and will get back to me within a day, but no one ever gets back to me. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was put on hold for 40 minutes until I gave up. Supposedly my concern has been "escalated" and I was told the escalation team would reply within 3 business days. But they never did. It appears that tey take your money and hope you will go away.
Bought bunkbed in Nov still haven't received them won't refund. Ships thru Can par which is the worst company in Northrern Ont. On phone on hold over hr. Never again Walmart

I gave them one star as there wasn't a no-star option. I was grocery shopping at Walmart In Metrotown. I paid for my purchases and was astonished I could not take the shopping cart to the car. I am disabled and my purchases were many and heavy. I was left with no option but to return them or carry them through the mall. PROBLEM SOLVED - I WILL NOT SHOP HERE EVER IN THE FUTURE!
I saw crest 3D whitestrip the price said rollback $59 and change regular $75and change. So I put in basket. I scanned my items got home and my receit said I paid $85.96 plus tax. Tried calling customer support to see if I can return due to covid restrictions,no answer. I guess I have to go back, and wait in line to find out if I can return.
Bought a new TV didn't work right.Returned for a refund as they won't exchange it for another one and then had to wait 2 or 3 days for to get my money back.Terrible place to buy large items.
I made a Christmas order in October and still haven't received one of the items and it is December. For such a large company customer service is atrocious. I have to chase them around for my money or order because they will not reach out to me. I will stick with Amazon or Toys "R" Us because I've never had this problem anywhere else.
Nobody g it back to me in my emails or phone calls! Disgusting after sale service! NEVER BUY AND GET DELIVERED IF YOU ARE NOT HOME!
The customer service i recieved today was incredible! I walked into Walmart to expecting to pickup my online order and get out right away, but plans didn't go exactly as I wanted them too.
Turns out there was a magician hiding somewhere in the back because he made my package dissappear! Without pulling it from his hat! Imagine that.
Needless to say, I was disappointed, and a little frustrated. Mr. Bennet was kind and kept his voice calm throughout the whole ordeal but couldn't find the package.
He called his manager, and Mr. Sandeep was SUPER helpful. Mr. Sandeep went to extreme lengths just to find the hidden package. It made me feel very special :) He also reimbursed me for my time. He turned that negative visit into a positive one that makes me want to keep coming back!

Unbelievable how good the knew comers are at steeling from customers. They are very crafty at their art of steeling, most Canadian would not catch the form that I suspect was learned in India.
Unbelievable experience at the electronic department in Lanford today.
I strongly suspect some fraudulent activity going on with the entire team of East Indian employees.
Crazy, they must believe that Canada is a gold mine for fraud.
Much different form the Indian's bring than a typical Canadian born fraudster.

I notified Walmart re: non receipt of a parcel purchased through market place ( Guangzhou Sheng Zhen Ni Zhu Bao You Xian Gong Si). The item was delivered to a wrong address, in a city 2.5 hrs from me.
The market place seller was notified several times with no response. When I can get through to Walmart I get the same scripted response "escalated please wait". Still waiting after a week to hear from the "escalation team" to contact me.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
