My last two orders placed a year apart, have ended with a credit card charge, and no product delivered. Calling in and spending hours on the phone results in them connecting you to the seller who 2 for 2 in my case, barely give what feels like a comprehensive conversation. Then you are told a replacement product will be sent or a refund will be issued which never happens.
Seriously one of the $#*!tiest experiences with a company ever.
I order a set of kitchen utensils January 10th the delivery was supposed to be January 31st then delayed to February 2nd than February 6 and 7. I called numerous times to cancel but they didn't want to refund my money the worst customer service never buy from a third party online, arrived February 9th. I Oder in pink came green
They deactivated my account and didn't give refund for the missing items in my online order. I was Walmart customer since 2019 until 2023. I placed online order every week or sometimes bi- weekly and spend close to $300. Recently, there was consecutive missing items in my online order. I am 100% sure the fault was from the associate who prepare my order and the the delivery driver who deliver my order. There was so many issue with uber and doordash when Walmart used this for my online delivery. Rarely, they send their Walmart driver. Walmart passed their fault and worst service to the customers and assumed that customers are not honest. Why they don't investigate and find the root cause. Why they don't hire a worker who can do the job without making repetitive mistakes. This company is worst. The problem here is with drivers who who with walmart, the third party Walmart use, uber and doordash and most of all the assoiciate who prepare the order. One time, uber just left my $250 dollars Walmart online grocery order infront of out building and didnot even call me and all the items get lost. Sometimes, half of the total items were missing. Not only happened one but multiple time. If I could put 0 zero I would, because Walmat don't deserves even 1 star.
Following up with my last review. Walmart sent an email to the company Jovati stating -
If there has been no communication or resolution within 1 business day, a customer service adjustment may be issued up to the value of the order to satisfy the customer, which will be deducted from amounts held by Walmart in trust for you. Lack of customer support can also affect the standing of your Walmart.ca account.
Jovati responded - If your package has not been delivered for a long time and your order does not show a refund, please contact us again.
I debated just giving up then but decided to give Walmart customer service one more call. The customer service representative agreed that the reply did not make sense having no relevance to the matter.
The representative once again sent an email to Jovati. Jovati responded - ok
Freight adjustment -5. What ever that means. I believe it is the company responding so that they cover their butt to get out of the clause stated above by Walmart. I received the email Feb,1,2023. It's now Feb,10,2023. Of course no refund. I am not going to call Walmart again. They have made it quite clear that they have no responsibility and will not help. I am lucky it was only a twenty dollar lesson. I do hope that sharing my experiences will bring awareness to others and not make the same mistake that I did!
I started using the on-line ordering/ delivery service when it began. As I am disabled and I have difficulty shopping in store this was a great option for me. Recently (by mistake) I ordered a roll of masking tape that was from a third party seller. I had gone back into my order shortly after finishing to add another item when I found my mistake. I immediately called customer service. I learned that there is only a half hour window to cancel (which I had passed). The customer service representative sent an e-mail on my behalf requesting a cancellation. Of course the company - Jovani - didn't reply for 2 days until after the item was shipped. I have since been given the run around from Walmart. I had 2 different representatives tell me to bring the item into the store and that Walmart would return the item for me and I would then receive a full refund including my shipping fee. Today there is nothing saying that in my notes... I made my way to the store for the return supervisor to look at me like I am an Idiot. I guess she's right. I was then told by an on-line supervisor to reach out to the company requesting a refund and he would also send a request. If I didn't hear from the company in a few days to call back to Walmart and they would help me. Of course no reply from Jovati. So I call customer service again just to be told that they are not going to help me. That their policy says that they are not responsible. Perhaps this is true but why wasn't I told this from the beginning? Why make me go through all the hassle? Why aren't they responsible for their representatives giving me false information?
All I can do is advise everyone I can to stay away from these companies. Be careful with ordering online and these third party companies.
So I wanted to create a shopping list of merchandise I need. The online system is so stupid it can't tell me what's in stock or not. To add insult to injury they want to charge me delivery charges and the items only go to the store. A mattress delivery charge to the store was $150 and became cheaper else ware. So Walmart has horrible customer service as the mattress would be your problem to return. So where's the service. Where's the technology that tells you inventory? Only additional charges for doing business with. Items are cheap else where with better service. So Walmart's management is way behind the times.
I had ordered on item on 8th January on Walmart sight (order#*******421) ETA for delivery was 21st January.I contacted Walmart on 23rd January until no body has contacted me for my order status. I received email today 3rd February that your money will refund as product lost during shipment.
How Walmart is doing business? Who cares customer go to hailed.
I need my item no matter how you guy will do.
I will picketing not to order or visit any of Walmart stores for any purchases.
This is the case of fraud.
I am waiting for couple days otherwise I will go for consumer protection about my issues.
I hope I will get proper resolution.

I ordered a cat tree in December and at the end of January I had still not received my item. Customer service was crap, they did nothing to help except tell me someone would contact me which never happened. They lost my product and said it was my problem because the website has other sellers which they are not responsible for. They said walmart did not make it so it is not their responsibility,but does walmart itself make stuff or purchase the items to sell. Most department stores do not make the items they sell. Stay away from here unless you want to be ripped off. They do not care about customers at all. I would give negative stars if available.
I am disabled and rely on grocery delivery. I have ordered EVERY week from Walmart for years, and spend at least $150 to $200 per week. For YEARS. Sometimes produce is damaged or one or two items missing. Walmart has processed refunds easily at those times. Usually just a few dollars here and there. HOWEVER, this week more than FIFTEEN items (cheese, milk products and produce) were missing, totalling almost $50.00. Clearly the driver didn't pick them up at the store. Walmart refused to refund the money, spent 4 days deciding, and for a week I have not had the groceries I need - and nobody is available last minute to shop for me. Not only that, but Walmart is accusing me of violating their terms of service and has terminated my account! For what? For expecting to get $50 of groceries that I paid for?
I purchased a hair curler for $39.99, same one at Winners for $19.99
Also purchased a Smart Watch for $289 + tax, same item on Amazon for $188 + tax
People, check around for better prices, Walmart is getting to be way too expensive.
I was in the store this morning and went through the self checkout. As I am scanning my items I left one of my items aside til I was done scanning the rest so I knew how much my total was and the associate came over and pretty much accused me of stealing. I've never stolen in my life nor would I have. The tampons were on sale 2 for 14 so she had someone go check and he came back and said they were not. I walked over to that department and took a picture of the sale and went back and she was extremely rude so I left everything there. You guys lost out on over $300.00. I brought my money to the superstore instead

Worst company ever, I have been waiting five weeks for an item that I ordered online that I never received, they have the same item still online. When I called them, I told them to resend that item, and they would not do that, I did not want my money back. I just wanted my item that I waited for for five weeks, and customer service was absolutely horrible. I will never buy from Walmart ever again.
Purchased a Bench and thank god I paid by Paypal. Article was showing in stock and sold /shipped by Walmart Canada. Then on the delivery due date, I received a note telling me that they don't have the item in stock. Checked my Paypal account and credit card statement and saw that the transaction was actually cashed in by Walmart. Started a chat session and was told that they have just taken an authorization and that they never charge anything prior to shipping the goods.
This was obviously wrong, so I gave the agent the transaction number, status from Paypal,Paypal invoice number etc... but the agent stupidly was telling me that Walmart didn't charge me for anything. I decided to call Walmart and talked to an agent that was telling me the same lies. Then I offered him to send him proofs of what I was telling him... While we were running into circles for quite some time, I asked him if the item was in stock or not? He confirmed to me that no it was not in stock. I requested a cancellation and after some interaction... he put me on hold and then told me that indeed cancelling the order should address all issues... Then when he cancelled the order, the refund from Paypal was automatically generated a couple of minutes later. When I told him that the refund is on its way, he saw nothing on his side, like if the Walmart system didn't have any trace of them cashing in and refunding me... Imagine that!
But without the use of Paypal, the money would have been gone and it was not a cheap item.
Then, I was worried because I had another order being processed, a very heavy item... Same situation: Delays, transaction cashed in... however this time, I received a damaged item with metal parts to assemble with missing holes, broken glass on one corner that is super super heavy etc...
Contacted Walmart, they told me that the escalation team will reach out to me. Of course they never did... Then I submitted a return request and was notified that a carrier will reach out to me to pick up the item... It never happened... Contacted Walmart, was told that the escalation (Translation: phantom/ inexistent/ doesn't care/ never call/ never email team) will reach out to me and of course they never did... Chats and calls are useless, as their customer care is trained to lie and don't resolve anything. They are just buying time, so now I will open a dispute with Paypal to obtain a full refund as I have an item that I can't use
Walmart Canada you should be absolutely ashamed of how you treat your customers you send people damage goods an then won't co operate with fixing your mistakes, for a multi billionaire company shame on you, an the only reason you got the one star is because you won't let people to continue to post with out one
Worst website compared to any other major retailer. Gives little to no information about in-store products. Most products website lists are for online orders. Completely garbage website, useless! Walmart has lost me as a customer!
I ordered a "cat tower" online and it finally arrived, after waiting and paying extra to have it delivered and when it finally arrived, IT WAS MISSING THE HARDWARE to put it together! I've called three times to fix this problem and now I have to wait until Monday, January 16th, 2023! Why is it so hard for Walmart to get any online order right? You can not conduct business this way... IT'S SO VERY "UNPROFESSIONAL!" FIX IT, AND GIVE ME MY HARDWARE! Please fix today?

I really should have listened to people who said not to use Walmart online. I found out how bad it was and now I'm out $300. They have irresponsible sellers. The one who offered my item for purchase sent me half of what I paid for, and now won't even respond to the Walmart customer service reps!
Tried to return product to store 4 days later, She said it was a yellow tag could not return have never heard of that before. She said final sale nothing is posted final sale also when checking out yourself how do you know what is final sale. Wallmart was a great place to shop but it is crap now will never go back.

Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
